Words from a Metro hopital doctor "inko bill chiye, me batata hu inko and deta hu inko bill tab pata chalega inko" Most pathetic hopital in Noida. Poor than govt hospitals. No management. No atticates on how to speak. I went to this hopital with one of my relative who really needed urgent attendance. I went to emergency of Metro hopital and if i remember correctly it was doctor Akash who advised me to go to reception area to deposit the amount for treatment and bed charges. When i went to reception they asked me to wait 30 mints and advised me to go to TPA room for formalities. While my relative was in emergency they started giving drips to the patient without any information on what they were giving and why. After 45 mints when i went to reception they again said beds are not available. I came back to emergency ward and informed this to doctor then he started speaking to me rudely and said that they can only put the patient under observation when rooms willl be available and if you want you can go to some other hospital (this should be informed to be earlier without wasting an hour). For this i told the doctor to discharge the patient. When i was leaving with the patient they gave me a list of medicines they put via drips and asked me to buy this from the pharmacy outside of the hospital. I was surprised when they gave the list of medicines and injections instead of bill. When i asked for the bill from the doctor instead of medicines list which would have saved my time so that i can go to another hospital the response from doctor was threatening he said "inko bill chiye, me batata hu inko, deta hu inko bill tab pata chalega inko" and he also threatened me of adding extra charges. When i came back from pharmacy and try to click the pictures of medicines that i was returning, they called guards and bouncers who again threatened me of dire consequences. I asked for the names of hospital staff who was dealing rudely, but they denied stating " nam jaan k kya karoge" . Never seen such a poor hospital and doctor who dont have manners how to speak to people. These hospitals and doctors should not be in their profession. These people are just there to make money and not to help patients.

Careless Staff. Zero care for patients . Warning ⚠️. Do not Visit this hospital All the nursing staff is worst .Zero Care ,staff started to laugh at Patient health condition. Hospital wards have ..Water issues.they dont even have water in wards. Doctor do not give U the best advice for your health.. Even the doctors are focused on extracting Money from Patients Pocket. Noise pollution Wrong Reports results were obtained They dont have PET CT machine still they dont even aware you that they are going to make you travel 30-40km and charged you 43000/- for a test which can be happen in just 11000/- Even the CA-19 reports are also obtained from different hospital, they cant done a single test in there laboratory. Just wasting precious time . Saala her test bhar jata hei .ek bhi test hospital mein available nahi hei.. Blood test kr sakta hei hospital bs.✅ Saala Aadmi ki tabyeet bat se batter kr dete hei.. pura time saala construction chal raha hei. Hathoda se thak thak krta rehta hei pura din plumber .

This hospital is situated at Noida city of Indian state, Uttar Pradesh. It seems an integral part of Metro group of hospitals. This is multispeciality hospital. It is having O.P.D at basement area of the big hospital. It is near to Metro heart institute at walking distance. This place is easily reachable and connected very well by various transport mediums like city buses, taxi, autorickshaw and Metro train etc. With couple of nearest metro stations i.e. Noida sector 15 and Noida sector 18.

Worst hospitality I had ever went. Too much EXPENSIVE. If u asked for bedsheets, water etc.. they don't even bothered. This is the Condition of Single room, god knows the condition of lower wards or rooms. Nurses and ward boys are super lazy and useless. They don't even know how to talk or attend patient or attendant. UNMANNERED STAFF. Room beds and stuffs are outdated. Poor service.

Worst Experience here with in almost every aspect. Consulted Dr. Anurag for stomach infection. Starting first day doctor's staff has been making mistakes. Process is totally unorganised and faulty at several points. Our patient was given an injection meant for another patient. This could have been life threatening but fortunately in our case the incorrect medicine didn't cause harm. Over this doctor totally denies the responsibility for thier own work and staff mistake saying 'you're not in canada or USA so except few negligence' further blaming India and Indian staff. Below points need to be considered before coming 1. Delay in process is a habit. 2. Staff is short for number of patients admitted. 3. You will need to follow up with staff for tiniest of requirement. 4. Multiple follow up on each request with staff is must. 5. During emergency time, duty doctor will show up 1hour late so, be ready to bear some pain. 6. Doctor with in same team will visit at different time giving different opinions and confuses patient. 7. Patient who can't make on time due to a test/diagnosis have to manage with stale meal. In short you're on you own here.

Metro Multi-Speciality Hospital in Noida deserves its top-ranking status in 2023. The facility excels in patient care with highly skilled professionals, modern technology, and a wide range of specialties. The hospital's commitment to excellence, clear communication, and emphasis on preventive care make it a standout choice for those seeking quality healthcare. Highly recommended

Very pathetic condition. My 87 year old grandmother was brought to the ground floor for holter machine and now she is made to lie on a stretcher in the corridor in Delhi winter because 1 lift is not working and the other lift is being used by the hospital owner for his own purposes. And because it is being used by the owner, the patients have to suffer! The admin also doesn’t have a solution!

Today I am literally crying and feeling regretted. Due to nurse staff, My discharge written in morning and it been 5Pm nurse has not even send summary for billing. Nurses are that level of careless. On metro hospital sector 11 second floor all head nurse think they are owner of hospital. They never response politely and never done documentation on time. I would feel really sorry for every patient who is admitted here.

The worst hospital in town. I am not sure if there is any management to fresher doctors or staff. Doctors in emergency room, giving medicines(NS-100)and upon asking of reason, different dr has different reason, dr says "aise hi/ for Bp/ for pain relief". Our mistake that we have been for emergency for stone pain. After 3 hours of non sense talk of their's with no relief. Nurses uses foul languages to all attendants for all.patients like keep only one attendant "baaki sabko bhagao yahan se" and many more statements like this. Dr Sabeeqa in emergency was in extreme rush to leave for her home after her shift without considering her patients. Extreme poor experience.

Patient Name: Shri Vimal Bhatia, Admitted my father at Metro Multi speciality Hospital on 29th Aug(late hours). The doctor present at RICU at night informed us that the patient is very critical and cannot say anything as of now. We were aware of the fact that it is difficult to come out of sepsis shock(leads to multi organ failure). Special team of Dr. Deepak Talwar, to name few Dr. Deepak Prajapati, Dr Rajat Saxena, Dr Shirish, put in their 100% to provide best treatment to my father. On their efforts and God blessings,my dad is fine now and got discharged after 17-18days. Also I would like to thanks all other staff - Nurses (day and night shift), medical icu staff, IRCU and RICU ,housekeeping staff for doing a great job. Thank you once again for saving my father's life...

Avoid, unprofessional Doctors & staff. I am a retd army veterinary physician with 33 years of experience and have treated animals more professionally than these agents of yumraj. My mother was treated to death by both Dr Kapil Kumar Singhal & Dr Kapil Singhal of ICU. Their inexperience, incompetence, ill knowledge made them do tracheostomy on a fully conscious coma recovered patient. Due to it she developed infection in ICU and succumbed to death. Avoid

Whole treatment was very good. My mother was suffering from Anemia and She's admitted for 5 days, Dr. Anurag Tandon is very polite and give patient all the beneficial and logical advices. All the Staff and Nurses are very very helpful and Cooperative, Especially Nurses and the two helper girls one named "Vineeta" She's very very hardworking and helpful. All the ward are neat and clean. Patient Name :- Leela Devi Admitted in the Gastroenterology ward (4th floor 417-E) ❗❗❗Billing process ( explain things like treatment process and documents) Needs to be more easy and handy ❗❗❗Lifts needs some maintenance only 1 good condition lift other two lifts which are generally used for shifting patients are slow and rusty. ❗❗❗ Discharge process needs improvement took soo much time.

TLDR ; Don't go if you have other options, avoid Sanjay Sanadhya at all costs if you want to live! I have had the worst experience in this hospital, and I have been to many- public and private included. The experience started off okay with only long wait times as the problem. It soon became a nightmare when my patient as sent into the hands of this guy called Sanjay Sanadhya, unarguably the most incompetent and uncaring person I have met in my entire life. I am not sure if his degree is real or fake cause he sure does not understand medicine or dealing with unwell people. He is out there to make money off of your misery and will be rude to you in the process. I understand that doctors become desensitized to certain things in their practice, but this person outright told us he does intend to save our patient. (We moved to a different hospital so all good) I would have liked to go after his license if I had the resources and connections. This person is the reason why I have issues trusting doctors in general, and I have a hard time believing any specific doctor and end up getting multiple opinions for even things. But he is not all that's wrong with this hospital. It is unhygienic and the opinions I got from practitioners here was inconsistent at best. There are many other hospitals nearby - Fortis, Apollo etc. that have their own issues, but are still so much better than this one.

“I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received at your hospital. From the moment I went in to the time of discharge, every experience with every department was great. I have never seen hospital staffs , doctors, nurses like yours. From housekeeping to dietary, nursing, valet and all the other departments, I was impressed. I will recommend Metro hospital to everyone going forward. Thank you for a wonderful experience despite the fact that I was hospitalized.”

I visit this hospital in 2019 for the treatment of my father in law for stent procedure and after that for routine check up. Though he is a aged person and despite of other medical difficulties, the Doctors team suggests us better options. Their positive attitude gives us belief that we were at the right place. Now, after a certain time I must say, I got best doctors and a very good care.

I had admitted my sister because of acute pain in abdominal. During treatment, we found that Dr. Anurag Tandon is very arrogant and not ready to answer our queries. When I had asked that what is causing the pain because as per medical test like CT scan, Ultrasound etc. , Nothing was clear but my sister was facing extreme pain. Dr. Anurag Tandon says that mein inke stomach mein ghus kar nahi dekh sakta and you should stop questioning. We go to doctor because someone in pain and doctor give atleast hope but Dr. Tandon is not a good doctor nor a good human being. I request to everyone Please avoid to visit Metro Hospital and if you still visit, search a good doctor.

Giving one star just because they have oncology specialist - Dr. R.K. Choudhary. junior staff, nurse, team doctor all are pathetic. If you are in some emergency please do not get admit here, nurses have no clue how to handle such situation as their on duty sleep, eating time is more important then collecting blood from blood bank. Only by God's grace and ICU team + main doctor saved my husband else I had spend the dreadful night in this hospital. Think 5 times before getting admit here. Hygiene, security and safety all are next level concerns in this hospital.

Long story short, the doctors at this hospital are good and know what they’re doing. Dr. Anurag Tandon and Dr. Rajat Saxena did hernia repair on my father, which given the context of his liver cirrhosis, is a very risky procedure. They provided us the details, didn’t sugarcoat anything, and ensured that we were aware of everything that was going on. I don’t live in India, so it helps that the doctors don’t take your family for granted. My father is still undergoing his treatment here, and the hospital continues to deliver. I agree that some services here can use some more looking into, but overall it’s a decent hospital that takes care of the patients. This location is in Sector-11, there’s another heart institute that’s in Sector-12, and has a separate location on Google Maps. There’s a pharmacy here, and the ICU is on the first floor. There is a waiting room on the ground floor. Restrooms are for the most part clean, and are located on each floor.

worst hospital ever I've been into...worst staff, nurses are way too arrogant and doctors too. My mother was under treatment of dr. Kush Ohri, I would say he is the worst doctor I have met with a lot of attitude and arrogance. My mother was admitted for four days and doctor visited thrice and they added 7 visit charges for the doctor, these hospital is to rob people and the worst doctor who focus on money not patients health, he didn't showed up for two days when my mother was admitted and to add up bills he wrote unnecessary tests. When we revisited the hospital for follow and he asked for a document which we were finding in the file, within 2 monutes he started to argue and stood up and went away without even checking the patient and when asked nurses around here they kept on asking us to wait and the doctor never showed up. Please don't ever visit to Dr kush Ohri, so called doctor with attitude problem, shame on him.

The Hospital lacks basic patient care. Medical ICU staff do not take care of patient they writes many scripts during midnight to make money. Doctor will advise you the critical critical condition /death just on the face of patient.I have seen the ICU staff sleeping during my surprise entry into ICU. Hospital management should take corrective actions . Dr. Kush Ohri is too inexperienced to treat critical patients.Overall , not at all satisfied. Sorry to write this review but the realty is realty.

Very good job 👍💯 I had a wonderful experience at Metro Hospital. Visited Metro Hospital for routine Health checkup. Right from Reception to OPD, staff are helpful. In all departments they have Senior most doctors with a vast experience. They have a separate area for routine Health checkup and I found the reasonable packages with prompt service.

Extremely overpriced. If you want to get admitted, make sure you always have a person with you who is ready to run around to get things done, because the nurse and staff do not respond to emergency rings from the bed. They also take a lot of time to get anything done.

Small sized hospital. Staff is very lazy. Reception team is less cooperative. Patients themselves or their family members needs to take the form everywhere to get the admission done. Why the team is hired if patient is going to do all the paper work. Hygiene is also not good.

Worst hospital, doctors and nurses ever. They destroyed my family member's health. They were ignorant enough that my family member developed a huge sore in the ICU and they didn't even think of telling us. We noticed it when the patient was shifted to the ward. We then asked the doctors and then only they told us. Everyday, the patient's affected area is getting increased and more and more of the skin is getting peeled off with watery discharge. The patient's health was not that bad when she was admitted to the hospital. A lot has changed since she was admitted to the hospital. Her condition was not this bad. They even stopped caring for the patient when she was shifted to the ward. No monitoring was done in the ward. No BP measurement, no Sp02 measurement, nothing. When we called the doctors and nurses during some emergency, they took 30-60 mins to come.

Good staff and was not very crowded, no temp. check, just mask is required to enter. No scanner/metal detectors at the entry gate. I went there for pathological tests which were at very competitive price but had to wait for more than 2 hours for USG, rest were quicker, same for billing as well, it didn't take long time. Good parking space and not easy to navigate as well. The front road is narrow but traffic was ok.

One of the worst private limited company. Excess testing to make money. Not bothered about patient age and conditions but testing is required to generate revenue for the hospital.Dont coordinate to others doctors in same hospital.Ask patients to coordinate themself, unnecessary doctor visit happens that is not required , but every visit adds money. Ground staff is less and many more negative points.

Yup... We like the hospital. All the services especially the emergency service is great. All the doctors and the staff are very freindly and cooperative. There was no delay in food and medicines. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Jagdish is an exceptional doctor with great experience. She treated one of my relatives who was suffering from pancreas infection. The kind of care & treatment was commendable. He sits with the attendant of patient and explains everything in detail. It is usually said that if doctor talks politely, half of the cure is done. In this case, he justifies that statement.

Very poor staff, nurses are over occupied and don’t have time to attend the patient. As per them, there are lot of patients so there will be mistakes, they can’t attend all the patients efficiently. Second biggest problem is the infrastructure, the equipments are short, old, refurbished. Rooms are very small, smelly so anyone who gets admitted will surely get some other disease on top of the existing one. They take a good amount for treatment however if we compare the services with other hospitals, Metro hospital doesn’t stand anywhere. Your patient will be on his own. If you really love your family, don’t go to this hospital for treatment, you will regret.

Very bad experience. I have visited here for 1st time today. My arm have very worst pain so i think to go there nd get the X-Ray dkne coz its been 3 days that i have facing this pain. I go there & ask to do the x-ray so the receiptionst ask to give the doctor prescription so i said that i dont have any doctor prescription so he said go the x-ray department nd ask to give a slip to do the X-ray but he refuses to give. He said go to the emergency dept nd do your checkup with any doctor. Emergency dept is fully occupied so somebody refer me to go to the basement nd checkup with the doctor pulkit so i go there nd do my checkup. Dr Pukit also refers to do the x-ray. Finally after so much of effort in moving counters 1-5. X-ray dept refuses to give the x-ray instantly.. If these multiple speciality hospital doesn’t understand the patient situation who will understand. Even I request 2-3 person over there to give the report urgently but nobody listened. Secondly, as a receptionist he should know the process that x-ray dept does not write on paper to do the X-ray due to patient demand. He just wasted my time in moving around the hospital windows.

Very bitter experience. Came for Echo after taking appointment on Phone. After arrival, was questioned by staff about who gave the appointment and that Doctor is not available and that I will have to wait for two hours. This is despite the fact that Cardiologists and Health care professionals always advise to go for immediate help. Above all, this is the arrogant and rude behaviour of Staff and the Doctor which is most disturbing. Patients rather need prompt care and reassuring temperament on the hands of the health care providers.

Very disappointed with Dr. Shalini tyagi ( Pediatrician). The fee 1000 and they will ask you to visit every 3months and pay 1000 and will give prescribe you highly costly tests which cost more than 8k and many more ..even if they have no any problem and she never think like how people will manage such huge costly test if there is not problem in child..it's a just followup consultation. So finally decided to change with better someone. It's a hospital responsibility to look in to such thing closely because ultimately she is in hospital premises. Doctor or hospital should never think like patients are money maker machine .

Doctors and nursing staff are good but other staff not that cooperative. Sister in night shift in NICU was very helpful. Food was served very late to the patients and TPA desk is a pain here. Requested Deshbandhu from TPA desk to inform us beforehand for all billing related queries but he doesn't listen. Will give you stupid answers.

Doctors are good but services in room are slow. Nurses can be careless. They lost the Xray report of my father. They have a barber also who carries a dirty towel. The nurses or admin have to be reminded again and again for getting the room cleaned or disinfected or for mosquito repellant. Some of the medicines the nurses were giving they didnt know what it was for. Dietician service and food is good as per the condition of the patient. The main doctor sometimes do not come on Saturdays even though the patient has been admitted for more than 20 hours

I recently had the opportunity to visit Metro Hospital Noida and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. I would like to give a special mention to Dr. Deepak Talwar and his team for their outstanding service and expertise. Dr. Talwar's ability to listen attentively to my medical concerns and provide accurate diagnosis was truly impressive. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge and guided me through every step of my treatment with utmost care and attention. The team of technicians and support staff were equally remarkable. They showed immense compassion and ensured my comfort throughout my stay at the hospital. Their dedication towards patient care was evident in their prompt responses to my needs and their willingness to go the extra mile. .

I was admitted for 1 day on 5th floor where the staff attentiveness was pathetic . Then I changed the floor to 4th from where Anurag Tandon sir operates and on 4th floor it was very vell organised.

I had a wonderful experience at Metro Hospital. Visited Metro Hospital for routine Health checkup. Right from Reception to OPD, staff are helpful. In all departments they have Senior most doctors with a vast experience. They have a separate area for routine Health checkup and I found the reasonable packages with prompt service.

Worst hospital in Noida..got some tests done here. Reports were neither available online even after 12 hours nor they were providing on WhatsApp after request. You have to call again and again to talk to somebody in the concerned department. Nobody bothers to pick up the phone. Only they are good in saying Good morning or Good evening but you will not get your work done so easily. It's better to keep yourself away from this hospital.

This hospital is privately owned but it is a perfect example of mismanagement. (1) No proper communication to patients. There is no internal coordination between floor staff, doctors, admin, helpers, nurses, billing staff, TPA. All of them will blame each other for mismanagement. (2) Even for a photocopy of aadhar card while hospitalization they will send you to TPA department, TPA department will ask you to go to reception and reception staff will ask you to do photocopy from market even when your patient is suffering severely. (3) When you demand single room, they will say only 3 bed sharing room is available. However, the single room will be available for the relatives of staff. When I demanded single room, the receptionist said no but his one of his relative got the same. (4) The nursing staff is very limited has higher no. of working hours. They don't provide good nursing care to patients. Even they are not trained enough. When we reported leakage of blood from the patients operating area, they didn't communicate it with the related staff. (5)) No cleanliness and hygiene in washrooms & rooms. (6) You have to fight with the staff even for a little help then only they will listen to you. (7) At last but not the least, their billing staff is absolutely rude to patients/attendant when you go to pay your dues. He is like sarkari babu. The only word I can say to him is a BIG IDIOT. (8) The only good thing is their experienced doctors but the mismanagement of hospital leads to the downfall of their reputation.

I had my Arthroscopy left knee surgery on 20.10.2023. During my hospitalisation, I came across Ms Simran Srivastava, Patient Care Executive, for being on the front lines of care. Her kindness, dedication and healing touch is speechless. She never made me feel like a burden and always eager to listen to my concerns no matter how busy she was......I would like to thank her and management of the hospital for excellent care of mine during my entire stay at the hospital.
