Impatient and rude customer care executive on the phone. I asked a pretty legit question given my past experience with "spas" in Mumbai. I asked him "Do your therapists massage the pressure points or just rub oil all over?" To which his response was, "What kinda question is this?" And he hung up on me whilst I was explaining to him why such a question. Not my loss. Yours it is. You lost a client.

The worst Massage and the worst experience ever….. The Masseus was very unprofessional she came 10 mins late and didn’t have the courtesy to apologise then she started the massage with no knowledge of which oil she was using, I had briefed her right at the start of my Swedish massage that I want very light pressure which she completely ignored and kept on massaging with a lot of pressure because of which I was in immense pain. In middle of the massage her phone was ringing ,it ranged twice and also she was reading her messages. She was also humming a song in between which was so dam annoying I couldn’t relax one bit. She kept on asking me a lot of questions in between which was not necessary. It was so far the worst experience I had.

Zero comfort worth the money . Poor hygiene . Very shady place with shady and shabby rooms and to top it all , very very inexperienced staff who was absolutely unprofessional . Will never recommend anyone to go there ever .

Good massage they offer. Rooms are neat and clean. Therapist knew their job very well. Their kawha detox tea is really nice. Overall nice experience.

It was an awesome experience of having Swedish massage by expert. This was first of its kind for me. She was very attentive, welcoming, and very good at what she was doing. Will definitely come here again and will recommend others as well.

While the services at the spa were okayish, the overall experience was disrupted by frequent door slamming, staff noise, and chatter at the reception. Unfortunately, this affected the relaxing ambiance, making me reconsider a future visit. Additionally, the constant switching on and off of electric switches added to the disturbance, detracting from the atmosphere that’s expected at a spa. I would not recommend it to others seeking for spa experience.On sharing the feedback the lady at reception Kiran first denied to share her full name, and then got rude as well justifying the noises.
