Very courteous service only thing which I feel needs to be changed that even if your are giving a discount on products you need to continue giving points on the purchase of the product. I was shocked when the sales person informed me That no points will be credited on today's purchase as we have given you discount which is absolutely ridiculous. The same needs to be changed i have shopped for more than 50k without earning any points.

Great service, they are super helpful during the entire process. The store is good too, has a nice collection to select from. Would recommend, especially around festival season.

I had a great experience shopping at Mia by Tanishq at Lower Parel. I happened to see a design that I liked on their website and I called the store and spoke with Pawan from the Mia team there. Though the product was not there at the store, Pawan had the product arranged at the store in just a couple of days. When I was not able to go to the store, the product was delivered to me, making the whole process very seamless, convenient and helpful. Not only does Mia by Tanishq have some lovely designs and great craftsmanship but also the Tanishq brand is highly trusted & reliable. Great work and keep it up!
