recommend
this
store
at
all!
Hello,
I
would
like
to
share
my
bad
experience
with
this
store.
I
made
some
purchases
in
the
month
of
06/2023
and
sent
everything
to
a
family
member's
address
in
Portugal,
so
as
not
to
pay
so
much
in
shipping
to
the
foreign
country
where
I
am.
In
August
I
went
on
vacation
to
Portugal
and
everything
was
delivered
to
me
by
the
my
family,
where
I
came
across
several
errors
in
the
orders
I
had
placed
until
that
moment,
several
damaged
pieces,
other
pieces
with
changed
numbers
and
some
orders
that
were
never
delivered
to
me
until
today,
11/7/2023.
Since
then
I
have
tried
to
contact
the
store
several
times,
often
waiting
several
weeks
to
get
a
response
from
the
store's
employees,
where
I
had
to
send
several
messages
explaining
my
situation
and
for
them
to
listen
to
me!
comments
I
left
on
Instagram
photos
were
deleted
by
them!
I
had
colleagues
of
mine
send
messages
asking
for
information
about
sizes
and
prices
and
they
would
respond…they
would
go
weeks
without
responding.
Then
we
reached
an
agreement
in
September
to
give
me
a
Voucher
for
the
value
(144.74)
to
use
in
a
new
collection,
and
so
I
placed
a
new
order,
where
I
still
paid
another
€32.11,
I
made
the
payment
at
the
same
time,
they
said
I
want
the
order
to
go
out
the
following
Tuesday,
all
in
September.
I've
been
in
touch
twice
more
and
always
with
lots
of
excuses
and
no
order
until
today,
I've
tried
several
contacts
via
message
on
Instagram
and
so
far
nothing!
This
is
unacceptable,
even
a
really
bad
experience!
The
last
message
they
sent
me
was
saying
that
they
would
not
be
in
store,
but
on
Monday
they
sent
me
the
tracking
code
for
the
order,
this
on
01.10
and
to
this
day
no
order
or
money!
A
person
abroad
without
being
able
to
do
anything
and
I
tell
you
I
have
had
a
lot
of
patience
until
now,
as
this
has
been
going
on
for
several
months.
