    Terrible attendance! I placed an order on 11/17 and asked my address in question how long the delivery would take. I questioned this, because it was important for my purchasing decision, as I was urgent about the coat. They told me 4 business days. Believing what they were telling me, I ordered and paid €6 for shipping!!! What is certain is that the order has not yet arrived, after I mentioned that I really needed the order within the period they indicated. I send messages, they open them and don't respond. I called the contact where I made the payment several times, they did not answer or return it. I don't recommend it at all and I will make a complaint in the complaints book!

    Terrible! On November 18th, I paid €48 for a coat and I still haven't gotten anything! I asked the store because it had been 3 weeks and nothing, they said I would receive it on Wednesday! It's been more than a month and no order or response! THEY DON'T ANSWER ME OR REFUND MY MONEY TERRIBLE I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER BECAUSE I WAS SCAMMED AND UNTIL NOW NOTHING IS UNACCEPTABLE TODAY ON 01/04 I RECEIVED THE ORDER BECAUSE ON 03 I WARNED THAT MY LAWYER WAS GOING THERE! THEY SENT ON THE SAME DAY, THERE IS NO SHAME THEY SCAM PEOPLE

    Nunca mais! Nao recomendo a ninguem, muito menos aos que nao vivem perto da loja fisica. Encomendei e fiz pagamento da Alemanha dia 10.7. 4 peças. Dia 5.9. dessas 4, chegou 1 que encomendei. 1 vestido falta e as outras 2 peças enviaram a propria escolha. Nao respondem a mensagens, mentiram e muito mais! A roupa nao tem qualidade nenhuma.Ate roupa da feira é melhor.

After payment and after I asked how long it would take to deliver the order, as indicated by the 4 days I decided to buy They asked me for contact details to give me my money back, so far nothing, they don't respond, they don't answer.... Until they received the money they were responsive, after having the money on their side, they ignore people. I ask several times which carrier is to try to call and see if I can get the order in time, they don't tell me. I went to the complaint portal and there are countless complaints about the same situation as me! These types of people should not have a store open to the public. They just had to admit their mistake and say that they were really late sending the order, as it was only sent 1 week after my payment. Now don't make people stupid I will continue to flood complaints until they answer me and until I can go directly to the store.

    I do not recommend this store at all! Hello, I would like to share my bad experience with this store. I made some purchases in the month of 06/2023 and sent everything to a family member's address in Portugal, so as not to pay so much in shipping to the foreign country where I am. In August I went on vacation to Portugal and everything was delivered to me by the my family, where I came across several errors in the orders I had placed until that moment, several damaged pieces, other pieces with changed numbers and some orders that were never delivered to me until today, 11/7/2023. Since then I have tried to contact the store several times, often waiting several weeks to get a response from the store's employees, where I had to send several messages explaining my situation and for them to listen to me! comments I left on Instagram photos were deleted by them! I had colleagues of mine send messages asking for information about sizes and prices and they would respond…they would go weeks without responding. Then we reached an agreement in September to give me a Voucher for the value (144.74) to use in a new collection, and so I placed a new order, where I still paid another €32.11, I made the payment at the same time, they said I want the order to go out the following Tuesday, all in September. I've been in touch twice more and always with lots of excuses and no order until today, I've tried several contacts via message on Instagram and so far nothing! This is unacceptable, even a really bad experience! The last message they sent me was saying that they would not be in store, but on Monday they sent me the tracking code for the order, this on 01.10 and to this day no order or money! A person abroad without being able to do anything and I tell you I have had a lot of patience until now, as this has been going on for several months.

    I made an online purchase on 11/08 and to date I have not received the order. First they said it was out of stock, then after several weeks without a response, I asked for an exchange. They said they had already sent it, another week passed and the order didn't arrive, there was no response to messages. A real shame. I ran out of money and received nothing. Not to mention that a month later I no longer want what I initially asked for. The event for which it was intended has already passed and I had to purchase something else!

    Terrible. I made a purchase on December 12th and as of today the 30th I have not received the order. Check the messages and opposites and delete them. They don't answer the phone. Shameful. I have already filed a complaint and I am going directly to the store to file the complaint in the complaints book and I want my money back.

    I placed an order on 11/03/2023, which was paid immediately, as well as the shipping costs, as requested. So far 12/22/2023, nothing from the order, not even seeing it, There are no replies, not even in the messages and in the publications feed they delete the comments. Terrible professionals, apparently they only need customers until we make the payment, because from then on there is no more communication, but for selling and receiving they are very cute back and forth. I've seen that there are many criticisms and all for the same reason, I think we will have to file a complaint because this is nothing more than a scam. If there were delays, they would at least give the customer satisfaction, that's what serious professionals do. Let's file a complaint with DECO

    I placed an order on December 15th, I paid, they confirmed the payment until today, December 27th, no response, no explanation, I send messages and get no response. I demand an explanation, I call the contact details and no one answers. Has anyone had the same thing happen? This gentleman just says yes cute. Tell whoever this happened to so we can do something.

    If I could I wouldn't give any stars... This Mr Ricardo is a great thief!! I made a purchase of €70 in November 2023 and I still haven't received anything!! They don't respond and they still have time to show!! I'm going to file a fraud complaint!! I don't recommend it to anyone

    I made a purchase through Instagram, paid for the order and shipping on December 24, 2023 and so far no order. They do not respond to messages or phone calls. They don't give any explanation. I was scammed by this store. Attention, don't be fooled.
