Today I went to this store with my family for lunch, after placing the order and paying, I came across cockroaches climbing the walls of the kitchen!     Demasiado mau. Provavelmente o pior bitoque que comi na vida. Carne absolutamente horrível (provavelmente redondo ou ainda pior), mal cortada, e mal confeccionada. Molho do bitoque e arroz demasiado salgados… Cara Justa, dê lá um saltinho ou peça a alguém que vá lá por si… Ah! E convinha que os funcionários guardassem as quezílias para fora do horário de trabalho. É só um centro comercial mas ainda assim como cliente não tenho que levar com isso no balcão…

    No Arrábida Shopping pedi 2 menus Bitoque de Vaca , um menu com água e no outro para o meu neto ,queria Sumo como só têm limonadas pedi ice tea , mas tive que pagar a bebida á parte ou seja paguei 2.50 por mais uma bebida , ainda questionei se tinha o bitoque sem bebida mas também não tem, sinceramente é um abuso , as crianças não têm que beber limonadas o mais certo era pagar um extra ,perderam clientes .Pouca simpatia no atendimento.

    Bife que parece chiclete, duro, difícil de cortas e de comer, pedi mal passado veio bem passado, funcionário não sabe o que tem nem como as coisas funcionam, és obrigado a comer menu não tens outra opção, bebida do menu limitada, água ou cerveja e tudo tamanho pequeno, preço muito elevado para a qualidade, a não repetir e não aconselho ninguém a lá comer.
