So
embarrassing.
Terrible
store.
I
went
here
to
get
a
quote
on
two
custom
frames
for
two
paintings.
The
guy
refused
to
provide
a
quote
unless
I
came
with
the
paintings,
even
though
I
knew
exactly
which
frames
I
wanted
and
the
size
of
the
paintings.
I
returned
the
next
day
with
the
two
paintings.
Two
men
work
working.
One
walked
directly
past
me
and
went
to
the
back.
The
other
saw
me
standing
there,
didn’t
acknowledge
me,
then
helped
a
guy
who
walked
in
after
me.
I
stood
there
for
more
than
5
minutes
just
waiting
to
be
acknowledged.
It
was
as
though
I
was
invisible
to
the
guy.
I
walked
out
and
went
to
MOLDURSANT,
which
is
where
I
should
have
gone
in
the
first
place.
Update:
After
giving
a
very
truthful
review
of
my
experience,
the
business
attempted
to
rewrite
the
story
and
paint
me
as
some
kind
of
demanding,
entitled
person
for
simply
asking
to
be
acknowledged
after
standing
in
their
store
for
several
minutes.

So,
I
will
expand
on
my
review
to
tell
even
more
truths.
When
I
went
to
the
store
yesterday,
the
young
guy
working
knew
absolutely
nothing.
I
asked
if
the
samples
on
the
wall
were
available,
and
the
response
was
that
he
"didn't
think
so".
I
asked
if
some
of
the
art
on
the
walls
was
for
sale,
and
he
didn't
know
the
answer
to
that
question,
either.
He
climbed
up
on
a
ladder
and
took
one
off
the
wall,
and
said
he
doesn't
see
a
price
so
it
must
not
be
for
sale.
Every
question
I
had,
he
said
he'd
have
to
ask
his
dad.
I
ABSOLUTELY
told
him
that
I
had
the
size
of
the
paintings.
I
also
showed
him
two
frames
I
wanted.
In
fact,
when
I
returned
to
the
store,
today,
those
two
pieces
were
still
on
the
table.
I
know
what
I
want.
I
know
what
I
need.
I
do
not
need
your
store's
opinion
on
what
is
best
for
MY
paintings
in
MY
house.
The
young
guy
told
me
to
come
back
when
I
have
the
paintings,
and
that
was
the
only
way
to
obtain
a
quotation.
I
don't
know
if
he
is
telling
you
something
different,
or
if
you're
trying
to
hide
this
fact
from
the
public,
but
it
is
absolutely
what
happened.
He
literally
refused
to
give
a
quote
without
the
paintings
there,
so
again,
your
response
is
a
lie.
Also,
not
a
single
person
told
me
"good
afternoon"
when
I
stood
in
the
store
waiting,
today.
That's
another
lie.
After
helping
to
unload
two
large
frames
from
a
car,
the
older
guy
walked
in,
right
past
me,
and
into
the
office
in
the
back
of
the
shop.
The
young
guy
walked
in,
looked
at
the
frames
that
had
just
been
brought
in,
looked
at
me,
and
didn't
speak
a
word.
I
actually
didn't
think
he
was
an
employee,
since
he
didn't
acknowledge
me.
I
thought
he
was
a
customer
until
the
owner
of
the
two
large
frames
came
into
the
store
and
this
employee
began
conversing
with
him
about
the
frames.
No
one
told
me
hello.
No
one
told
me
that
they
were
busy,
but
would
be
with
me
when
they
were
free.
No
one
told
me
good
afternoon.
No
one
acknowledged
that
I
was
standing
there
with
two
rolled
up
canvases
in
my
bag,
waiting
for
someone
to
assist.
I
was
invisible,
apparently.
And
yes,
Moldursant
is
a
fantastic
frame
store
-
highly
recommended.
I
have
used
them
several
times
in
the
past.
I
visited
your
store
because
I
saw
that
you
had
more
of
the
type
of
frames
I
was
looking
for
for
my
two
new
paintings.
However,
I'd
rather
go
to
Moldursant
and
get
greeted
by
its
friendly,
helpful
staff,
get
actual
answers
to
my
questions,
get
quotes
right
at
that
moment,
and
give
my
money
to
them,
even
if
that
means
I
don't
get
the
frames
I
really
wanted.
That's
how
good
customer
service
works.
I
don't
care
how
old
your
business
is.
Your
customer
service
is
terrible
-
rude
and
unknowledgeable.
Instead
of
acknowledging
that
your
service
(well,
lack
of
service)
was
the
problem,
apologizing,
and
asking
to
rectify
the
situation,
you
tried
to
portray
me
as
some
sort
of
rude,
entitled
person
because
I
simply
wanted
some
customer
service.
You
also
lied
several
times
in
your
response,
but
called
me
the
liar.
We
will
take
our
money
elsewhere.
