Always stay at this hotel during going on-board, check in check out always fast. Location is near to beach, staff is co-operative, Hygiene side is also Perfect, Swimming pool,Gym and other amenities are also nice, food side is little bit expensive. Airport Drop is not available but you can request taxi at reception or you can find outside the hotel. Room Ambient is up to the mark.View from room is also very energetic specifically in the early morning. I always enjoy the stay at Sheraton Vitoria.

Very clean spacious hotel. No complaints at all. The staff were all very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again. Reason for the lack of 1 star is I have been to better (although more expensive) and the food wasn't the best. But nothing to complain about.

Good stay at Sheraton Hotel, Vitoria. Clean hotel, with good sized room. The view from the room is excellent, overlooking the sea, although rooms on the other side, i cant be sure what they overlook, best to ask! Staff are friendly and helpful, there is a bit of a language barrier, but nothing too bad, we must remember it works both ways! The pool on the top floor is quite small, more of a splash pool, good view though! Overall i recommend the Sheraton, its location is pretty good for main shopping centre and "Triangle" for bars and restaurant, all walking distance.

Our top floor king size room was spacious and clean. My parents lower level queen size was very dirty. The front desk is very slow. The cards never work properly in the elevators making it VERY frustrating. The pool was super cold but clean. No bar service and no way of reaching anyone from up there. Probably won't stay there again. Only giving 3 stars because the restaurant staff was super nice and friendly and we were happy with our room.

Excellent view and attention. Fare pricing. Rooms are really nice and spacious. The pool is small but it serve it purpose. The sauna and gym are quite good. Breakfast is pretty good.

Hotel has a nice gym and pool area. Rooms are clean and pretty. Location is pretty good, there are nice restaurants nearby and the park and Shopping Vitoria are close.

They call themselves 5 star but I won't give them more than 3.2. Rooms are ok, nothing great so an average hotel by all means.

Nice, clean and friendly environment with several facilities and services that make you feel relaxed and content. Recommend!

Great location, service and executive lounge

Great location. Very close to the beach. Loved the views from the room. Staff was very good. Restaurant was a little bit slow, but the food was pretty good. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Roof top pool was great and open pretty late.

If you stayed in a real Sheraton before, you'll notice the huge difference. Vitória does have good hotels, so this still an option.

Good value for your money. Excellent staffs and service.
