Very nice rooms, great size and view. Nice furniture either. Good breakfast. Have a good size pool but it close too early. Location is not so good because, even it been next to downtown and shopping Mall. It doesnt have any conviniebt

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant is good. There is really nothing bad to say about the hotel. The only improvement I can really suggest is that the pool area could be upgraded a little, and in the winter the water is very cold and unpleasant, so a heated pool would have made our stay perfect.

They need to upgrade the card system, I was forced to go downstairs and have the card fixed a few times. Gym is tiny and not usable. Pool is great, but small. The restaurant downstairs is very good for dinner. For breakfast, it’s mediocre. I enjoyed my stay, this hotel is decent for what you pay. I wish the tv was more modern, and the card system, but i cant complain.

1950s Hotel. Fresh paint job, everything else dated. TV not connected to the internet. Every small pousada does better than that!

One of the best hotels in Vitória, but limited number of evening restaurants open around the hotel.

We came in a group for business in Vitória and stayed ath this hotel fir 2 nights. After check-in one of the guests from my group found the room assigned to him was used and dirty. After many discussions with front desk he had a room change after 11pm. My room was clean but dark like a cave. There is just a mini light and 2 abajours (1 of them broken). I felt like in campfire. Air conditioner not working and when I went downstairs to talk to front desk he refused to change the room and asked to wait next day. I was unable to work with the low light and never more came here or allow company to book anything at this hotel. By the way this is not the cheaper option around airport.

Even tough it is a beautiful 4 star hotel, the minibar item's fee should have been written if they are not free. Neither it has prices of its waters, cokes and etc. nor it has a text that it is not free.. And yes, it is calculated when you checkout by sending an employee to check what we drank

It's an excellent hotel. The room is very nice and tidy. Receptionists are very polite and ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is very nice with a great variety of food and drinks. There's a gym and a pool where you can exercise and relax. It's near a shopping mall and a food court with a supermarket. I really recommend this hotel if you need to stay in Vitória.

I've got enjoyed a lot with every service.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel has amlarge dining area on entry and serves a well organised buffet breakfast each morning. The rooms have very good airconditioning and a sjower that certainly has the power to clean . The mini bar is also maintained well with a varied choice. The only disappointment is the very small gym which the aircon achieves next to nothing and a swimming pool which does not do justice to the rest of the hotel. I never managed to get to the sky lounge to my disappointment though i did try several times in the lift to reach this floor. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive. Also plenty of uber taxi close by to go to and from the airport for around 17 reais. If the gym and pool were of a higher standard i would increase my review score. But 4 is still good.

Stayed here for few days last year and was a good place.Friendly staff,clean and simple rooms. Pool area is good and it's right next to the gym.Food here is super but a few minute delay can be expected.Breackfast is busy.

Stayed here a few years ago. Was great. Staff were so friendly. Rooms were spotless. Good range of food and the location was very good. Looking forward to a future stay.

Excellent hotel at prime location with all facilities. The view from top is amazing. There's no plug point close to the bed. That's the only negative factor I have

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are able to speak great English and made it a very comfortable experience for me! Super professional and overall a great experience. Clean room, great amenities, and amazing location. Highly recommend for anyone!
