A nice place, beautiful views from here. Comfortable and clean. A good hotel in a nice and beautiful place. It needs some improvements. Friendly staff. Beautiful views from the hotel rooms, too.

Nice hotel with a good view of the beach. nice breakfast. Cheap. If you are looking for something modern, new, luxury, this is not the place to go. Rooms are outdated. Old tv device and furniture. Its ok but nothing special.

Everything is perfect, wonderful food, great staff, beautiful view! the only detail is that you can only get there by car as it sits high on the island, but it's worth it!

Senac Hotel in Vitória boasts stunning scenery and modern, comfortable rooms with an incredible pool. However, my experience was marred by some notable drawbacks. The staff came across as cold and somewhat arrogant, often responding to my requests with an unhelpful attitude. The air conditioning in my room was excessively noisy and difficult to adjust. When I requested an extra blanket, I was provided with one that was clean but visually unappealing and not in keeping with the hotel’s design aesthetic. The in-room spare blanket was of poor quality, resembling an old towel. Additionally, the sauna was uncomfortably hot, to the point of being potentially hazardous, and lacked an emergency button. Despite my requests, the temperature issue wasn’t resolved during my stay. For travelers seeking a brief, inspirational getaway, Senac could be a suitable choice. However, it might not be ideal for those looking to engage more deeply with Vitória’s culinary and cultural offerings, as you’ll need a car or Uber to access most attractions.
