As an Immigrant from the UK who doesn't yet speak Portuguese, I smoked for many years and swapped to Vaping 10 years ago and in the UK you can get E-Liquid with Nicotine 2% anywhere , but in Portugal apparently you can't get Nicotine from anywhere but actual cigarettes lol 😂, I guess the government wants people to smoke , gotta get those euros from us right lol 😝, but this store is the only place I can get Nicotine ! , So it's a godsend , and the owner is very nice and luckily speaks English until I learn Portuguese I've only been here a week lol 😂, the only thing I wish was that they stocked Nicotine salt shots that would be an easy 5 stars if so
