New hotel. Beautiful. Unique design. Staff is genuinely kind, professional and attentive. Rooms are spotless clean. Free transfer to and from airport in luxury vehicles (jaguar / tesla). Really nice welcome drinks. Rooms are well fit with amenities. Bed is extremely comfortable. Free city tour with a hotel vehicle and driver. Competitive pricing, assuming as the hotel is new. It’s is a 20 min walk from the touristic center and you also have a metro line right around the corner if you prefer. Also, a bolt taxi is only €3.5 if you’re feeling lazy. Location is a very quiet local neighborhood. In the high season it has it’s benefits. Many thanks to everyone at Hotel Jaguar for a wonderful stay!

Upon our arrival at the airport, we were warmly greeted by the incredibly amiable driver of the complimentary shuttle service, which was truly outstanding. Upon reaching the hotel, we were met by an exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms were satisfactory, and the beds comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink at the bar, and the room amenities included complimentary fruit, coffee, and water. While the location is slightly outside the city, it is within walking distance, and the hotel offers a convenient free transfer service. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel and highly recommend it.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The whole experience was incredibly good with a special mention to Marta who was unbelievably helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Included with the room was a transfer from Porto airport, a city tour and a shuttle to the town centre in a pristine Tesla X. The room was spotless with modern up to date appliances. The hotel is a few km from the town but well placed for transport links. If we ever return to Porto I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Had an amazing night, the staff so friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and elegant, the atmosphere classy. I love the exotic style of the lobby. Got to the airport in a Tesla, so cool. If I ever go to Porto again I know where to stay

What a fantastic hotel! It opened in februari 2023 and the design is absolutely lovely. Rooms are well-decorated. Bed and bathroom very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. But the absolute highlight is the very friendly staff! The hotel has several drivers that can give you a tour through the city, drop you off at a place you like or bring you to the airport. Location is very close to a metrostation so you will be in the city center in minutes. Highly recommend this place and will visit definitely visit again if I return to Porto.

The hotel is a new hotel, very clean and charming. Lovely place, and great location too! Just a block away from subway station, 3 stops and one can enjoy the life buzz and the beauty of Porto! The hotel stuff treated our group of 40 persons as their family - we felt welcome and cared for. Patricia's apple crumble is amazing, thank you Patricia for sharing your recipe with me! If we go to Porto again - this will be our place to stay!

Outstanding hotel! The service was first class. Marta and her team were great. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The food was amazing. It is a boutique type hotel that treats guests like family. Good location as Metro is close by. Looking forward to returning to Porto and visiting our friends at Hotel Jaguar.

Wonderful hotel. From the moment I arrived at the airport to the moment I came back to the airport to leave Porto I enjoyed the great hospitality of the hotel and it's people. I have nothing but good words to say for the service, the rooms and the people. The location is also very convenient as it is quiet but very close to the Metro station as well.

Very convenient airport pickup service. Not too far from the center, you can walk or take the subway. The hotel is cosy and has good services. The room was neat and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and Marta was especially kind and very helpful! It's great to have such good advices from a local :)

A hidden gem in Porto. It is a 4-star hotel but could easily be marketed as a 5-star for its service. Friendly staff always keen to make the most of the experience for the guests. Highlight especially to Marta for explaining me everything about the city and for the Brazilian driver for its kindness and knowledge of the city.

The hotel is very cute and unique. It is a few minutes from downtown but seeing how crowded that was, it’s a good thing. Marta truly made it a wonderful experience. She made me feel welcome throughout my stay, gave me advice when I first arrived, and generally was just lovely. As I apparently had a smaller room than others (much much nicer than my mediocre room in Lisbon for twice as much) but they gave me free breakfast to compensate. I got a welcome drink, a plate of fruit and chocolate in my room, a free ride to the airport and they give you a transit card (without rides) so you don’t have to buy one. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a gem, the hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and convenient but the gold medal goes to the staff, they go above and beyond to make you feel great there. I've been too many places but here people feels authentic, warm and welcoming, not just like it is their job but more as they enjoy your presence there. Marta and all her team share a vision of hospitality that goes well beyond hoteling.

Love it, such a nice hotel with friendly staff. So glad I choose to book this hotel for my few nights in Porto. I marked location as 4 stars mainly its about 30 min walk which isn't so bad. One of the big pluses is that the hotel can provide free transfers to & from the airport and if timing works a city tour in one of their cars. Would definitely come back & recommend this hotel to others

Travel Agents, Tour Guides and Travelers! We recently returned from a trip to Portugal. We saw and experienced many wonderful things but wanted to share one particular highlight. It was a hotel called the Hotel Jaguar located in Porto. From arrival to departure, the incredibly talented team at this hotel treated us like royalty. We were a large group of 40 and that would present a challenge for any establishment, but Marta Relvas and EVERYONE on the team made serving us seamless and managed to make it look like a pleasure at the same time. Every member was personable, kind, polite, patient and generous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the food we were served at dinners was delicious and plentiful. The location was great as there is everything that you need or want nearby (parks, groceries, pharmacy, etc.) We highly recommend the Hotel Jaguar to anyone visiting Porto.

The hotel is quiet. The airport shuttle and welcome cocktail are nice services they offer. I wouldn’t count of the city shuttle as it was never available during our 4 day stay. Hotel is conveniently located and only a few minute Uber ride to downtown Porto. The bar and restaurant are convenient to have on site.

This was an incredible experience from the moment we arrived. We were met at the airport with a luxury shuttle, then off to the hotel where we were greeted by Marta who took great care of us for the entire 8 days! Marta was just incredible. She made us feel like we were her only guests the entire time. We had 6 in our group and not an easy task for anyone lol. She did it effortlessly!! I appreciate the great care that we had . I'm absolutely delighted with my stay at the hotel. I initially booked a standard room, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade. The room came with complimentary water and fruits, which were included in the room rate. I arrived slightly late for breakfast, and the incredibly considerate staff went out of their way to ensure I didn't miss out on a meal. I want to give special recognition to the attentive and thoughtful staff. The hotel experience goes beyond just the fruits and the spacious, beautifully designed room. It also includes a complimentary drink at the bar and airport transfer. Feeling under the weather, I was granted a late checkout. Having traveled extensively and stayed in various hotels, this has been one of the most pleasant stays I've had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable experience.

I stayed at the Hotel Jaguar for 4 nights and I had the best time. I cannot fault the hotel which is spotless and has a charming boutique feel. The rooms are well equipped and well serviced and there is a fully stocked minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and a welcome plate of fruit and chocolates waiting for you in the rooms. The staff were all lovely. Especially Marta the guest liason manager. She is so nice anf knowledgable and couldn't do enough for you to make you stay a nice one. I was picked up from the airport in a Jaguar and dropped off in a Tesla which was a an experience in itself. I was also given a little tour of the city in the Tesla free with my stay.

Service at this hotel was top notch. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. The times are small but they are very efficient in what they put into the room. The bar is small but cozy a great place to meet fellow travelers. The room was very clean. Pickup from the airport and drop off at the train station was very helpful. They are a little bit of a walk out of the city 30 mins or so but I enjoyed the walk. They offer a car service that can bring you to locations.

Everything is good in this hotel: from the super and nice profesional staff to the amazing new and clean rooms. Totally cheap if you consider the quality. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Hotel Jaguar from Mar 9-12. What an amazing place from the location to the spacious most clean rooms and its quaint decor. Everything so on point. The staff was beyond top of its class. Thank you Daniel, Liliana, Vitor and Liana You nade our stay so pleasant. Marta was exeptional. She gave us all points of attraction to visit. She mapped our route and invested her time with so much care. She really made our visit a huge success. We can't thank you enough Marta. My husband and i travel extensively, so we have a good point of reference to say the staff was 'the best'. This is a new hotel and everyone works hard to make it a success. Please come visit. Stayed here during April with friends for a city break in Porto. What a find! Complimentary airport pick up and drop off, welcome drink, excellent rooms, good value breakfast and friendly and enthusiastic staff. Marta was particularly helpful with advice on where and when to visit. It takes approximately 30 mins to walk into town although there is a Metro station just around the corner. It’s downhill on the way so after a long day sightseeing or after an evening meal and a few drinks maybe call an Uber to avoid the uphill walk.😂

Wonderful, we loved Marta who was super nice and patient ❤the rooms are clean, modern. Very helpful stuff, very good bathroom and comfortable big bed wonderful rich breakfast. Near the Metro station .

This Hotel surprised us very much. From the first moment we arrived, for our entire journey and the moment we left. All staff is paying attention to make your stay as comfy and luxurious as possible. The friendley lady even took time to tell us about the places to visit and gave us a map and some tips for the next city! Check this place, it is worth a visit of course! And they have a parking place, just over the street!

Excellent hotel a few minutes from the marquez metro stop. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great shower. Great staff, ready to satisfy client request. More than I expected. Marta was a great host, providing useful information about the city and driving me to the airport early in the morning

Amazing from the first day to the last moment! Our room was spotless and quiet with daily housekeeping. The decor is fun and unique! Anything we needed, whether it was information, luggage storage, restaurant recommendations, or even a pair of scissors, Marta was there to assist! She was SO helpful in showing us a map of the entire city (and Gaia) so we could make sure to see all of the sights. Daniel and Liana at the front desk and bar were also very friendly and helpful! In total, a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Our large Canadian group of 39 people stayed at the Jaguar Hotel for one week. Marta and her team were phenomenal during our vacation. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The food was perfect and varied every night with local dishes. Huge shout out to the kitchen and dining room staff. Very cozy bar at the front. The location was perfect with restaurants and bakeries very close by. The Metro was one block away which provided quick transport to other parts of Porto. Considering our tour size, it was flawless execution from check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
