The Tipografia hotel is wonderful and centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and sights. The decor is modern yet warm, and common areas are lovely, with a beautiful back courtyard—the photos online do not do it justice. The rooms are well appointed and cleaned daily. Breakfast is included and is delicious. Most importantly, the service is OUTSTANDING. Helena and Roberto took great care to help our group of four book restaurants in Porto, as well as plan an amazing day trip to the Douro Valley. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here in March 2023. The architecture and design of the building is impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard (ours was included in the stay). The area is quiet and is about 15 minute- walk to the centre. The weather didn’t permit use of the outside garden so I cannot comment on that.

Absolutely awesome hotel, great location for walking into the centre and far away enough from the crowds. The pool offers the perfect start to a day exploring Porto. The staff were exceptional, particularly Sara who gave great recommendations and had expert local knowledge. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved everything about our stay! The design in every single space is stunning and inviting. First thing to know is there’s a buzzer/doorbell on the main door which was initially hard for us to spot. Use that every time you need entry to the hotel, they’ll come get you. The staff was so nice and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about our experience there. The shower has tons of water pressure and hot water from the rain shower head. The AC worked amazing in our super clean and comfortable room with a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. For those that care, there are tv channels in English as well as Netflix on the tv in the room. There’s also a hot water kettle in there if you want to make your own tea. Downstairs in the common spaces you feel like you can sit anywhere to read or work or just relax. Full breakfast buffet of cheeses and fruits, pastries, coffee and lattes, plus eggs made to your liking. The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful to bring a drink from the amazing bar or read a book by the pool. We would absolutely return here on our next stay in Porto.

The most wonderful hotel and experience! The rooms and design are beautiful and every detail is thought out. We spent time out by the pool, drinking cocktails in the bar, and relaxing in the back garden. The staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations to explore the city. We will definitely be back!

A beautifully designed hotel in a quieter part of Porto. We have stayed in the peak tourist season and the hotel offered a calmer pace environment in an otherwise very busy city. The lobby, breakfast area, back terrace, and pool area offer plenty of space to focus or simplu relax. And last, the staff were very kind and helpful!

Loved it here. The welcome was chill, useful, personal but not too much. The place was well designed and considered. The breakfast was elegant but plenty. Above all it’s the service, it makes such a difference, nothing was a hassle, in an unperformed way. Recommend, for sure.

Fabulous boutique hotel with amazing, friendly staff. It's a remodeled Tipography factory and is very modern with only 10 rooms. The bar stays open until 11:30pm and breakfast starts at 8am. They only serve breakfast, no lunch/dinner or room service, but you're in a good location with restaurants nearby! The back gardens and pool are lovely and quiet. I would stay there again.
