Fantastic experience if you want to leave right when you enter. Drunk worker was chilling with his friends when we came, he didn't like "the way we talked" and we had to find another place. Good place if you want to search for another hotel right after entering this one.

Great service, good value for money. The location is not the best in town, however it's quite close to the center and you can reach any place by just walking. Room is spacious and full of light, and the apartment is well equipped and furnished. Every day the cleaning team was cleaning the apartment and changing the towels like in an hotel. They were even refilling the coffee cups every day. Do not expect luxury, but I appreciated a lot this apartment.

Great location. The manager was excellent. Service great. Don’t have a lift. Heavy laggage is a challenge. Excellent information about Porto. Therefore I still give it a 5 star.

We came to Porto for the afternoon and arrived near the apartment with the car. We payed like two euros to park the car in the street next to the apartment for three days. The host was very friendly and was happy to help us with all our needs. The apartment it self was really good, nice and clean. For the size and price in the centre of Porto I would really recommend this place.

We were so disappointed with the service at this property and how we were treated We communicated our arrival time as was requested and when we arrived we were informed that no one was at the property for check in and that they had messaged us. We checked our office messages several times and there were no messages that were sent to us. Regardless, we decided to go get lunch with our bags lugging in the rain and arrived back at the property at cheek in time which was an hour later, which was their official check in time. Upon arrival, we again found the doors locked and nobody available to check us. So we contacted the check-in staff at birth numbers provided. However, nobody picked up our calls or responded to our messages which we could see were being read but no one was responding to us after about 20 additional minutes, we just got a text from the property saying that our reservation was canceled due to flooding. I completely believe that was inaccurate as we just think that they didn't want to check us in or did not have the ability to check us in. Regardless, this company has several properties in the area so if truly the apartment was flooded they could have offered us an alternate accommodation. However, the fact that they didn't do that shows me that they just didn't want to accommodate us. We spent the next hour standing on the street in the rain with cars going by drenching us with water. Complaint has been filed with booking dot com and I hope that this property can be held accountable for the extremely poor service.

Good location, many good restaurants in the area. Very nice and helpful host. Air conditioned. Clean, stylish room. Easy to park a car in a paid parking garage nearby.

We stayed 4 nights and we’re hoping for a 5 star experience as per other people’s reviews. Firstly we booked the place based on photos in Bookings showing a balcony, we even chose the Superior Room thinking it was be the nicest. Our room did not have a balcony and when we queried this staff advised us the rooms with balconies cost extra and that we had “city views”. Well the only time we had a view of anything is if we hung out a window! The bathroom had broken floor tiles, broken toilet seat and a broken soap dispenser. The kitchen had 1 wine glass, 1 espresso cup, 2 coffee pods and 3 sheets of paper towel…we were there for 4 nights! (When we raised this with staff they advised we could purchase more pods - wow, thanks! How hospitable and kind of you!) It was a very disappointing experience and we would not stay here again or recommend this place - so many other nice places to choose from in the area. André had been one of the best hosts I ever met. Not only that he gave us many tips where to go in Porto, even a mobile phone for the guests has been given to us. The apartment was big, tidy and provided everything we needed. I can highly recommend this place!

Large comfortable room that had a kitchen stocked for all your cooking needs. Unfortunately, the one thing it didn't have was a coffee maker. There's a cafe near by but I like to have my coffee before I leave my room in the morning.

Very happy with our stay. André (the host) was awesome! Gave us innumerous advices and tips to visit Porto. He was a lot of partnerships with restaurants in Porto that offered us 10% discount. Regarding the apartment, it was exactly what we expected and more. The location couldn't have been better and it was really comfortable. They also had garage for parking our car, witch was important as there are not much parking in the city center! Thank You André!
