Best hotel during our trip around Portugal. The bedroom is so cosy, confortable, super clean and there is clim. We were even welcomed with some porto and chocolates ! The location is also really great, 5 min by walk from the Pont Dom-Luis. The breakfast is also really good ! We also appreciated the fact that the owners think about the environnement by not proposing butter, jam or shower gel in small plastic container for example. Just perfect ! Thank you.

I recently stayed at this delightfully well appointed guest house. Booking online was effortless. The staff were attentive and offered assistance when required. Breakfast was a shere delight, home from home with all fresh produce - a splendid way to start the day. The rooms are as good as any 5* hotel, with all the accessories one would need. Extremely comfortable beds. The decoration of the whole establishment is very tastily done and obviously a lot of thought went into the interior design. Connections to the other side of the river are close at hand so you can avoid the noisy city centre when you want to sleep. I have no hestitation in recommending this guest house and I will definitely be back again. Congratulations to the management.

In spite of a sketchy looking street view, we were very happy with our three day stay at Serra do Pilar Porto Suites. Inside was comfortable and clean. Our host, Antonio, was as gracious and helpful as could be. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and filling and attended by Sara who was friendly and welcoming. The location was walking distance to to many sites and transportation. Over all it was a great value.

I'm happy i stayed there, the staff is outstanding and welcoming. The rooms are top, breakfast was excellent and the location is the best. Within a walking distance from all must see spots in Porto, crossing the amazing Luis I bridge and the Jardim do Morro's amazing view.

Beautiful small hotel near the monastery. Helena is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to special wishes or questions on what to visit or where to eat! The rooms are very clean and elegantly designed, not a single thing that’s missing. Won’t be our last visit, that’s for sure!

Amaizing experience. Sara was lovely. Check in super easy and safe. The mattress was super comfy. Also the Porto Wine inside of it 🙂 breakfast was super good. Maybe the best I ever had at any stay-in room. The location is super good, you can easily walk to Porto through Ponte D.Luis, 10m walking. Overall big surprise. Will definitely come back.

Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in. Everything was super nice and clean. The service is also amazing. Location is great. I am now addicted to Port wine LOL thanks to the wine provided in my room.

(Translated by Google) Exceptional accommodation. Nothing bad to say about him. Its value for money, the rooms, the cleanliness, the unbeatable breakfast. But if there is something to be highlighted, it is your hostess Helena. She enjoys taking care of her guests, and it shows in all the details she offers. 5-7' from the Dom Luis I bridge. Very close to the metro stop and with several places to eat around. (Original) Alojamiento excepcional.

This is by far the nicest place to stay when visiting beautiful Porto. I really couldn't rate it high enough. The location is perfect, because it's set in a quiet street but a short and easy 5 minute walk across the bridge and you are in Porto and all the amazing things it has to offer. If you need to travel by tram or train, there are two train stations super close by and tram stops at either end of the street. I visited with my Mum for 3 nights and we took the Alpha train from Lisbon. In less than 3 hours we were in Porto, a few minutes to Serra do Pilar Suites to check in and drop off our bags, and a stroll to Porto to soak in all it has to offer. The B&B itself is just as advertised, the rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are really comfy and we both slept really well. Helena, the owner, is super friendly and accommodating. She provided lots of helpful information so we could make the most of our time there. Also, being vegan, I checked with her before traveling and she made sure that every morning I had plenty of delicious food to eat that suited my needs. Everything is fresh and yummy and very well presented. I particularly enjoyed all the choices of fresh fruit and even some pastries. I 'd most certainly stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
