Good place very fun with a lot things to do(zipline, BBQ, pool, paintball, etc) really nice when you want a little of adventure near the city with a great staff. But they need care more about security some of the structure of the zipline have old wood and rusty iron.

Fun place with nice food and ambiance.

I am utterly displeased with the service. I arrived at the location. There was NO ONE on the scene to assist me. There were two “workers” they did NOT want to provide any service for me because they were working on construction / landscaping the property. One of the gentlemen called a woman to come out and said to her, “come help this American … “ she comes out and they have a conversation in Spanish. Then they both walked off and left me standing there. I was confused. — At that point, I was over the situation and ready to go back to Santo Domingo. — luckily my Uber driver waited for me. According to google it said it was “little busy” … which is a lie because ON ONE was there besides me, the two construction workers and the lady. I would not recommend this location to visitors. Unless you have free international calls and you can call and verify that it is open.
