Very good shuttle service from PUJ Airport to our resort (Majestic Elegance). Our driver was Ramon, see picture. Very friendly and reliable. The van was brand new and very COVID safe. Mask, lysol spray, anti bacterial gel etc. Make sure you book their service online: puntacanatransfeservices.com. You should receive an email confirmation. At arrival, there will be a rep right outside of airport with sign holding your name. (Don't get fool by inside reps trying to get your business). Ramon or his partner will be there for pickup and transport your party to destination. You would pay the full round-trip price first and might get skeptical as there's no receipt. We were but Ramon was assuring and sure enough, we confirmed with Ramon via whatsapp the day before and it was all good. He communicated and on the day of departure, he was on time. Make sure you get his card for his contact info.

This company went above and beyond! They are amazing, quite literally life savers. I am so grateful for this company! Expedia sold us a resort package in which our resort is in Punta Canta, but flew us into Santa Domingo. They drove 6 hours round trip to ensure we made it to the resort safely! And are showing up in the very early hours to drive us back! I will only use this company when I fly into the DR. I recommend that you too use this company and I am telling all my friends and family to exclusively use this company!!!! They are good people who go above and beyond! I am grateful

Tailgating and aggressive driving was the theme. My family had to look down during the drive both ways due to the fear of the driver rear ending the trucks and cars for driving too closely and fast. Literally weaving through condense traffic. It fealt like road rage and anger. I wish I took a pic of the driver. On a positive note, the driver was on time (early for drop off). Friendly for the most part. The vehicle was clean and spacious. I'm sure the other drivers would be fine, we just got an angry driver.

Adriel is the best driver I have had anywhere in the world, he is very nice, friendly and professional. His communication throughout our trip was top notch and took all our transportation worries away. His Suburban is very nice and taken care of. Make sure to download WhatsApp, it’s the best and fastest way to communicate.

We had a great experience with Punta Cana Transport in a recent trip to the Dominican Republic. We signed up to chat on what’s app and the whole process was seamless. They even emailed us the day before our trip to assure us our driver would be there and not to talk to any other service as they would have a sign with our name on it just outside the airport. And they did! They were very honest and trustworthy and made the whole airport transfer to our hotel very stress-free. The price was right and I would highly recommend their service.

The drivers were professional and they were on-time for each of our transfer slot. I was little hesitant doing booking through WhatsApp but I am glad that I went and selected them. Would definitely recommend them for transfer service in Punta Cana.

We used Punta Cana Transfer Service for 3 different services this week. We had a Suburban pick us up at the airport and also take us back to the airport from our resort. This service was awesome and the driver was very nice, the car was clean and on time. We used them for a dune buggy tour, the tour was a total bait and switch. Promises of Macau Beach were touted. When we arrived, they said no beach, and we drove around dirt roads with little to no scenery. Don’t use them for this. The worst service was an excursion to Saona Island. It took 3 hours each way on multiple buses. Our boat nearly left us behind, which as it turns out, would have been ok. The island was beautiful, no real amenities, no beer, even though they tout open bar. Open bar means rum and coke, apparently. Leaving the island, we took a speedboat back, which was how they get us back to the harbor. The boat ran out of gas in very choppy seas, it was a mess. Worst excursion we have ever experienced. We heard multiple horror stories after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

I used Punta Cana Transfer Service for a group of 80 people for my destination wedding, round trips to & from the airport and I cannot say enough food things!! they worked with me so well to arrange all the different groups, being a large group coming on different flights was a bit stressful for me but they reassured me it would all be okay and it was. My family and I used this service earlier today to travel from our hotel- Serenade de Punta Cana back to Punta Cana International Airport and we had no issues whatsoever. The man picking us up arrived early to our hotel lobby, was prompt and professional, and had a sign with our name in all caps making him easy to identify. He made the job short and simple and we appreciated that. The price was also shockingly affordable at less than $28 USD. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Used Punta Cana Transfers this past week for my DR trip to and from airport. Beyond accommodating and professional!! They even worked with me when my departure date changed (we decided to leave the early) and without hesitation, they made my new date and time work!! You won’t go wrong using them!

Landing in Dominican was perfect but leaving was a bit of a nightmare I had booked for a 12 pickup, confirmed pickup would be as is unless flight was delayed (flight was at 3:55 and it was a 30 minute transfer to the airport) driver didn’t arrive until 12:45 and they told me he was scheduled from 1 even though I have evidence I booked for 12 and three hours plus transfer time in the Dominican airport was not enough. Some of our group didn’t even have time to get food before they boarded the plane.

Wonderful transfer service. Ramon on time to pick me up and drop me off from the airport. Safe driving, clean van, handled my luggage bags with care. I would use his transfer service again.
