A sea side restaurant in San diminigo, Dominican republic. The place is chic, food is amazing. A great place to chill with your family or friends. Music is good too. Recommended

I have been coming here for 8 years and definitely love it. I love the service, food and drinks. The best of all is the view of the Caribbean Sea. At time, the view is absolutely breathtaking. My favorite platter here is the salmon. My favorite drinks are the Sangria and their Caribbean Sour.

This place was recommended by Renaissance navigator. It has a large open-air covered deck that is literally 2 meters from the Caribbean Ocean. Everyone, both guests and associates, was smiling, talking, and enjoying themselves. The views were impressive. The guest was asked if he wanted the English or the Spanish menu, and he said ambos (both). The selections were a weird mix of seafood (which they were mostly out of at 5:00 PM), pork products, and a number of sides or snack foods. WARNING: the Shrimp Cocktail app is like these teeny weeny little shrimps, not the normal big ones seen and eaten around the world. It was gross. The half-chicken was a little better. The rice was hot and fluffy, and the chicken skin crisp and slightly dark. Frozen strawberry drink was on the menu. So that was also ordered and tasted delicious. It took a while, as usual in the RD, to get attention and pay the bill. I don’t know if I would recommend this place for much more than drinks on the seaside deck. There's better food all around the area.

Nice place with a nice view. The food was quite good. They have natural juices. The mofongo was really delicious. We had lunch there. Two main dishes and two drinks. It was almost 50 Dollars. A little bit too expensive in my opinion.

Been 3 times Now , Excellent service , Clean , Open Seaside Restaurant always nice Breeze across from a Busy Noisy Road .. All my main course Parrilla was excellent ... Rice was Cold , Papas fritas appear to be dry freezer type I skipped ordering having seen plates go by ...ordered vegetables Brochettes .. Loved Pork chops , Chorizo Al Vino were the Best I have ever had .. 1/2 Chicken was good , had Fish was ok , ahh but the pincho de Camarones at $545 peso for minuscule Shrimp they were good but too small .. I will return probably try the Chivo

Amazing food ! I'm still thinking about how juicy and tasty the steak was lol. And the views from the waterfront tables were so stunning and relaxing. Perfect with a nice cold beer. Can't wait to come back!

This restaurant is at a great location on the “malecón” with great views of the bay. Service was alright and the food was alright. If I return it would be for the view and the atmosphere, but not for the food .

Great food, great view. Go early and you will get your choice of where to sit. Now for the food, everything was good. But their soup's, wow. Their sancocho, mondongo, cosido! I kept ordering the same thing they were so good. Their hot sauce was also amazing. Can't wait to have their soup's again.

We made a short stop at the Parrillada restaurant. The restaurant is nicely located and you have a nice view. We ate only a small dish. There was nothing wrong with the calamari. These were fine. The prices were totally fair for that location. The drinks came quickly and the service was very nice. I can not say more because of the short visit. But I think it is worth it for a stop.

The place is a truly gem nearby plaza españa. Here you can get typical food from DR. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS. They accept credit cards and also have a nice view of the ocean. It is perfect for lunch and breakfast

Marvelous Family Night ! We Google this place here in USA and went to visit it as soon as we got to DR. This restaurant is very inviting and interesting. I have to say,that all of our expectations were fulfilled. We felt welcomed and appreciated by all the staff members. The food was Delightful and on a perfect timing,so fresh and well seasoned. All of my 13 party members were so happy to be in this Beautiful and captivating place. Very Romantic and Family oriented. Also there is a separated nice Bar area. Please let me recommend you to visit and enjoy this Beautiful restaurant..

I very rarely give bad reviews but the service here was incredibly slow. I was able to eat what I ordered (sancocho and rice) but I'm not a local so I can't really say if it was particularly good or bad. But my Dominicana partner ordered fish and was unable to eat more than a few pieces, claiming it tasted bland and bad. I hope they will improve as it's a popular restaurant with a lot of potential.

Feels very welcoming, and Criollo! It's a very good representation of our country, our culture and of course our food... which by the way it's very good. They also have many drinks available and such a beautiful view!!! They have affordable prices but they're not the lowest either. It feels peaceful but joyful because of the background music! This place has delicious food and the price is reasonable BUT what I didn't appreciate it is that they charge a fee for dinning in. I just don't see the need as I'm in town I want to eat there not take to-go. It's absurd that they charge you that fee. At first I thought it was the gratuity they were charging but then the waiter clarified it was a sitting/dinning in fee. Ridiculous!!

The food was delicious and it was right on the water with a great view! First time trying mofongo and I really liked it! Only problem was, the waiter took FOREVER to come by for me to ask for the check, then forever to actually bring me the check. Not very fast service, but food was extremely filling and yummy!

Great authentic Dominican food, with an amazing view of the ocean. It's usually not very crowded, the food is fairly priced for the portions. Have been eating there at least once every time I am down there. I like it more at night time. The view and the ocean waves make the atmosphere more remarkable. I don't believe reservations are required to eat there, I usually just walk in, as it is an open space. The online images for it are authentic.

Very expensive compared to other restaurants in DR and Santo Domingo. The starter was good and quite filling, but I can’t remember the name For mains we had a shrimp pasta which was very bland We also had dorado in some cheese sauce and I think it’s the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, even school cafeterias have better food, truly outrageous Cocktails were good, service was attentive but I just can’t get past the horrific fish

Good location, good food

We ordered meat and chicken, not bad, but could be better, the piña coladas were nice, the view is great. They sell typical Dominican food like Mofongo and it seems to be packed most days, but the quality is not great, edible but not a place I would frequent much, just for a few drinks as the chicken was very dry and the meat overcooked after we ordered the meat to be medium cooked.

It was a.bad day for thr fish. A friend took me there to impress me. I wasn't. Please pick up the trash in the grass near your seating. how can you enjoy your food in a picturesque? a place that is not clean

Nice place by the sea and the harbour just steps away from ciudad Colonial. Local food No Alcohol😭. Food is nice and fresh. Good for the family. I had the mero with lemon sauce... Not exceptional but nice and fresh... Works for me.

Very nice place. Been here before, and is a good place to eat typical Dominican food. I liked the whole thing and there were some singers that will go table to table to sing for tips of course. Great place to be.

Good food and even better water view vibes, and the Sea breeze was amazing!

Environment is excellent with very tasty food. The grilled pork chops were excelent. Soft, moist and the taste was on point. The ceviche caribeño was good also,, not overpowering taste of vinegar nor salty. The sancocho loaded with good meats specially the beef. Overall it was a great dinner.
