We booked a Penthouse apartment from the owner "Willy" with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms plus 2 private terraces. We received 1 bed, 1 bathroom and one terrace. The apartment was extremely dusty and the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. There is Absolutely NO amenities in the apartment. No soap, no toiletries, just 2 rolls of paper. The ac does not work and is so loud on the terrace that sitting outside is annoying. The penthouse is also up 10 flights of stairs!!! I would NOT stay here again.

Just as charmed as the first time visited in Sptember. Everyone pleasant and welcoming. They were very accommodating even when I arrived in the early morning. Close to area beaches, restaurants, and local sights. Yes you can visit on a budget. Near to local supermarkets and eateries that are not as expensive as you would expect. Some look for the luxuries, me I look at the simple sincere ambiance of this place. Where if you want to relax, or just go crazy you can. The management and staff well are just nice. Hmm. Would I visit here again? Definitely more than likely. So as long as the keep it the way it is, nice and inviting.

My last day of vacation and I am already planning my return. The grounds, staff and security are all exceptional! 24 hour guards, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Jackie, Ricardo and the ladies at the bar who cook the best food.

This is absolutely the best place to be when vacationing in Boca Chica on a budget! It is an apartment complex where some owners may rent their apartments to vacationers. The grounds are remarkably kept and the architecture is modern. I have rented on more than one occasion from Riccardo with exceptional experiences every time. The location is a short walk from large hotels and restaurants as well as the center of Boca Chica and its beach. Now, all places have minor issues but it is the swiftness that issues are addressed by management is what puts one place above another. My only disappointment is internet access which is provided on the compound by APs with large antennas. Unfortunately, the signal did not reach my bedroom through all that concrete and steel. Even cell service through VIVA was only H+ in that area and had trouble reaching my bedroom. Dual voltages are available in the apartments. This trip I rented a 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor close to the lower parking lot and most importantly, close to the pool. You can purchase groceries at the nearby Ole and cook your own meals or purchase food and drinks at the poolside bar which offers above average Italian dishes. The weather was excellent, the atmosphere was great - a marvelous experience.

Forget to use booking.com here! They have no clue how to use it. Paid more than I should. The checkin was a catastrophe, took 1 hour. 50 USD deposit necessary (same amount as the room I paid for 1 night lol).

Every apartment is owned by different people so l can only speak for mine.I stayed 6 weeks and really enjoyed this apartament complex. It has a beautiful pool that has a joining jacuzzi and a kids pool all in one. The landscaping is very nice and has great security and parking. Almost every apartment has a ocean view is very nice. Huge wrap around porches make it very comfortable for outdoor eating and relaxing. It is off the main path so if you have a car great but if not there are motorcycle taxis outside to take you to the supermarket and beach if you want. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Boca Chica.

The view from the pool is awesome! Our room was clean and the home appliances worked perfectly! It's a comfortable place ideal to relax with family or in couples

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. Emily at the front office and all her staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and secure with pretty much everything you need (except a sharp knife). After driving around this beautiful country and seeing other accommodations, this is definitely the best in its price point (and even beyond) Good value!! The area is relatively quiet and very secure. Would not hesitate to come back and bring our family!!!

This is a really beautiful spot. The room we stayed in was simple. There was a bed, dresser, TV, and AC. The bathrooms were shared between rooms but they were kept very clean and always stocked. Everyone was very friendly, the guy who seemed like the owner speaks English and made sure we had a cab when we needed one. The pool was beautiful, the bar was great, the food was tasty, and it's only blocks from the beach! I'm very glad we chose to stay here.

Security guard and owner are very rude. Was stopped at the gate at around 12 am for 45 mins and after contacting the owner and sending him a picture of my reservation and confirmation, I was still told to find a nearby hotel and come back in the morning. You shouldn’t be sending people away in the middle of the night because you cant manage your rooms, let them in the room they booked and then figure it out later. Would not recommend.
