Good medical service, nurses must improve a lot, with extensive training focused on service to human beings, hygienic bathrooms. They can provide parking space for visitors, nearby there are private parking spaces that must be paid for fifty pesos (RD$50.00). Visits to patients are from two in the afternoon to seven at night (02:00 PM - 07:00 PM), Do not try to visit outside of these hours.

Excellent Teaching Hospital and very befitting of its name, as it honors a man who dedicated his life to the service of education and health of Dominicans.

Excellent service, very good staff, my only complaint is the cafeteria sells excessively expensive, they do not open on weekends and their administrator does not know how to treat people

The attention of the doctors is 1A, you pay very little, and... The best of all is that you do not have to make an appointment to be treated, it is hygienic. That I do not like it ? The emergency system does not attend to emergencies after hours and emergencies must always be there. A lot of people go too, so you have to go very early. Another thing is that in the cafeteria they sell excessively expensive, a real abuse. And the lady who serves is hateful...

A very equipped medical center, but unfortunately, with haughty and incapable staff. The area was empty and in order to serve us, 3 different people approached us to ask the same thing that we had already written in a register upon arrival. The bathroom did not have toilet paper and when we asked for it they ignored us. There was also no water to wash hands or drink. I took a person for an emergency with a sugar level of 400 dL and they sent her away with her sugar level at 292. Her blood sugar immediately went up again because there was no follow-up or control before sending her away to verify that she was stable. It is not what is expected from a center specialized in this disease.

My father-in-law was hospitalized for problems with his diabetic foot. Doctors have good logistics, but it is urgent to improve communication, since they do not inform anything except immediately and you find nurses or doctors who want to scold you without any justification. If you do a process every day and want them to collaborate, make sure you inform it in advance and in a clear and precise way... but no, they arrive early without telling you anything and then treat you like a piece of furniture or a thing. No education or humane treatment of people! Very dissatisfied

something I don't understand? The thing is that it was an emergency for a family member and they charged him 275 for a form to attend to him. where that family member has contributory Senasa insurance. and Senasa says that nothing is paid for emergencies. and they told that family member that it depends on what they put in it. He had to pay something. I really do not understand? what fumular? because you have to pay 275 for something that the hospital has to have. where does that money go? I really do not understand?
