    This is a pretty average airport, not too bad. The food is good and the guy processing my boarding pass was great! I wish I knew his name, he was very helpful.

    Small and clean, many options not a single charger. Staff are very nice and enforced mask wearing, I went early to explore more and not missing my flight, no problem to check in. Remember to have a portable charger with you, i could not find charge my phone. They will help you with any questions.

    my 1st time flying to Santo Domingo. The Immigration process is real easy and the Officers are very friendly. It's run very efficiently. It's a clean Airport. Leaving the same. The have a few checkpoints throughout the Airport. Dogs are present at the Airline check in counter. They are very professional. I look forward to coming back next year. Beautiful Country - everybody is friendly

    First time here and so far I like this airport. Clean though. Nice workers. Good food. Need to work on signs 😫 and directions.

    One of the worst airports in Central America. Their employees maybe don't know thay are working. Panels are outdated, not informing the arrivals properly. X-ray inspection takes a looooooong time and, they don't know how to explain why a simple chocolate bar can't go aboard. That's pathetic. I left my three cakes (Coco al horno) there, where I bought at Bravo supermarket. Confuse. Main doors are closed to exit and a lot of improvements are needed.

    The staff was very helpful: I was wearing a boot on my right foot and traveling with a knee rover. Everyone tried to accommodate me as I navigated the boarding process. They have an entire system of helping people with mobility issues so if you fall in that category (even if it’s temporary) make sure you let the airline know your needs.

    It is clean and offers a wide variety of products for gift, souvenirs and foods. As with most airports customer service is trivial but mostly with the vendors who you would expect to be more cordial. All restrooms has a separate area made specifically for infants and toddlers that is not located inside the female restrooms its completely separate. Upon arrival we deplaned using metal stairs which I thought ended in the early 2000s the experience was a bit presidential to me so I didn't mind. We were then transported to immigration and baggage claim by an airport shuttle bus. The airport is clean and fairly up-to-date

    Not a bad airport experience compared to some of the other ones I've been to. Security moves along quite quickly so that's the biggest positive. All in all I would say it took about 40 minutes or so. There were several spots where suspicious looking substances were left on the floor for quite a while so not the cleanest airport that I have been to. I liked the food options that they had there. Quite a bit of variety. Not a bunch of small shops to choose from though, only a few of those but that's okay I suppose.

    Que horror de aeropuerto! . Sorry but for as clean as an airport this is, expect at least two hours getting your boarding pass. Most airlines won’t let u check in online before.. I guess even though they offer you the svc on airline sites it usually always results in “see an agent”. Expect 1.5 hour average for checkin and boarding pass print. Don’t forget your COVID vaccination attestation (yes even in year 2023 year 3 of the pandemic) and your immigration e ticket which you can google and get a QR code for. I tried to dress down but somehow I have a snarky face on today. I thought I was getting express treatment but no… I had to go through extra trace detection (well tbh i am carrying a skateboard in my personal item bag 🤣. +1 hr waiting time Forgot to mention the what seem to be self employed security officers snatched my passport away while I was being handed over to the next security person. This was a stressful + 15 minutes trying to recognize which teenage officer had my passport. Ok now to the immigration line after security (another +1 hour wait.. there are 12 officers for 100 ppl) and this is to leave the country! 😅 To summarize, more training for the 300+ workers here today scrolling on their phones mid customer. Also it is 4:43 AM so I have a bit of sympathy. Two hours later waiting at the jetway for the ground control to onboard 12 wheelchairs ♿️ !! They actually called the first boarding group to board before actually boarding all the two wheelers. 😢 Omg the gags when all the wheelchair passengers can actually walk 😉

    Welcome to the DR is unique and full of fun. The airport is expanding but the logistics is improving by every trip that I make to the island.

    The reason for giving them 4 is due to the food places timing. Most of them were closed or closing around 8pm. If you are coming late make sure to pay more at the restaurant. The fast food will be closed early. The security and immigration was fast. They have 2 lines. One for Canadians and Americans and other for all other countries.

    I love this country...people from here are very kind ❤️ Today the airport looks so good...there was musical group welcoming to the visitor!! Christmas is coming and them invite you to celebrate!!

    Airline agents and airport staff were extremely helpful. Navigating the check in counters, customs were easy as well. The lower rating given here are attributed: 1. Completely non-functional wifi service, you're either unable to connect as there arent any bandwidth (too many users) or the speed is slower than molasses 2. Gate B1-3 which is a significant portion of the airport did not have any functional air conditioning,

    The airport has made a lot of changes since 2021 to make your experience better. While I'm still not a team of having to stand in the initial checkin line when we have checked in online with no baggage the immigration check is way better. Get a line for passport verification and allow for electronic tickets and things will be great

    Baggage handlers were a bit of a hassle, kind of pushy at times, never use them anymore, I always say I don't need one. There are a few pretty good VIP lounges, make your arrangements beforehand, the one called "Before-boarding" was only accepting travelers who had reservations, and only the traveling party can go inside. Free beverages and snacks for the traveling party. That lounge used to be better some time back, it looks like a colmado full of people nowadays.

    I am not a tourist, I am a resident who requires wheelchair service. I have already reported it to the airline. This is the only airport where the employees getting paid to do a service require $20 additional to do a service that if it is good I would give a tip, which I was going to do and when I handed it to the person she remarked to me no $20. At that point I got out of the wheelchair and proceeded with great difficulty to the exit. The employees are rude and not at all accommodating. This country is supposed to be top in tourism well they need to work on their customer service skills because they are terrible.

    I was impressed about how much my country has advanced. The airport was clean throughout. Delta airline counter service was fast and their stuff very friendly. The TSA check point was very advanced and very fast. Better than a lot of places a have been to. I give them an A. Immigration check was very fast and professional. Great job Dominican republic. I look forward to visiting very soon. Keep up the great work.

    A poor example of what should be a glorious airport welcoming guests to the Dominican Republic. Can't the country do better at the Port that says who we are as Dominicans arriving to such a beautiful island?. The entrance road is run down with grass growing everywhere. Just 😔 sad.

    There is not sitting area to wait for overnight flights before checking for early flights specially when you coming for another cities. The hotel nearby don't offer taxi very early morning and it is not safe to be in the city looking for a taxi. For a international Airport, it should have better conditions

    I flew out of there in May 2021 and now April 2022. I was quite surprised because there is much more organization and speed compared to last year. Getting thru the checkpoint was a breeze. Getting they customs was also very easy. Now that the forms are electronic is much efficient. We were not asked for any customs forms on our departure, only on the arrival portion of our trip.

    I travel to 20 plus countries a year and have never left an airport review in my life. The check in/passport control and immigration for exiting the country is the absolute worst experience of my airport travel experience. They make you download all kinds of forms and the questions are difficult to understand with poor English translations. Everyone was confused all over the place. Customers and airport workers. Really I would avoid this country for the sake of not having to ever deal with this headache again.
