I really liked all the food we ordered. Menu was a little limited, we had Nachos and Burgers. Everything was just perfect.

Großes Restaurant aber mit weniger und kalter Atmosphäre. Service eher nur okay. Räumt Teller ab, während man noch isst. Qualität der Speisen hängt vom Gericht ab. Burger Top, Salate eher lieblos.

It's the friendliest Hard Rock I've ever visited. Good service and quality music to be entertained by. My wife and I really enjoyed our lunch date.

We all know how cool Hard Rock locations are, this one is no different. The restaurant decorations are all about rock and roll, but they kinds lost the vibe, because the place is too bright and there is a lot of unused space, there a staircase that makes it look like a disco place. Besides decoration, i dont know if it was due to Covid19 or what, there was not enough personnel, but that was no issue, there weren't that many people either. The beers where not cold...the menu is short and it doesnt leave you with many options. I have to admit adding an italian menu was a good update, but the italian menu is also falling short. They can definitely do better with the menu. The personnel is really nice, no exception. For me, its not recommended as a restaurant, more like a lounge or a place to have couple of drinks and chill for a while.

I went on a Thursday with my my family who came to visit DR , I always take a look at reviews first to see what I’m getting my self into , I’m very much familiar with Hard Rock Cafe, Had Rock Hotel Etc. But this one 👎🏾 only this that was a bit tasty was the nachos with beef my entire family thumbs down everything I order Buffalo wings the bones were black not burnt the meat was not even real chicken I don’t know what it was , mother ordered the Messi burger she don’t know what it was she ate my wife order ribs not tasty at all little sister ordered some flatbread meal also not tasty only thin that could not go wrong was the French fries and drinks highly disappointed for a popular restaurant like itself could not hold up to its name or reviews is a shame ! I enjoy food I enjoy being out when something is not right it must be addressed yal got to do better won’t be going again that’s for sure.

The food was good. They charge extra for a side of ranch dressing and no refills on your soft drinks. Waitress was hanging around while I was eating my food making me feel so uncomfortable. I was still working on my fries when she came and removed my plate ugh, so rude.

Everything was in point.. Food, atmosphere, location, service, drinks.. the roof top was perfect for a beautiful afternoon lunch and the view of the city added to it. Definitely going again when i come back . The while mall (Blue Mall) is worth a visit.

I had the great experiance ,of performeing on this great stage ,with my band (may 19) we rocked 🔥💪🏻💪🏻 i felt loved the people .

This particular "Hard Rock Cafe" I cannot recommend. The place is always full of "Demboceros" the management has allowed this "Hard Rock Cafe" to become a get together Getto music lovers... whom also are the ones to always visit and, partake at what used to be a Really cool franchise dedicated, created and, inspired by and for the Rock & Roll Music 🎶 🎵 Shame on the management for allowing such franchise to become a GETTO HANGOUT!

Nice ambiance and restauranto to share with large groups, because the place is huge. Suitable to get together with friends. American style food with delicious burgers. Not the best burger but a good option. Well located inside Acropolis Mall.

A very cool Hard Rock, nice environment and a good view of the city. It has cool memorabilia, a dance floor and stage for live concerts. And the food and service is good as always.

I was in a concert last night, management staff was impolite and rude to a simple question about a table. Sound quality was absolutely garbage. Won't recommend or go there no more.

Service was very good and the food was awesome. We went later at night but they had the soccer game on and some folks watching. This place looks like it could be fun around normal hours. Very friendly and quick. Would recommend for sure. A little hard to find tucked away on the fourth floor

Frankly the atmosphere is not that great. Two times I've gone and they've had special events and just a small seating area outside. Once I went inside the music was so loud I hated it. One time I went and it was normal. The food is good as usual for a Hard Rock so that's why I go back. This is the only Hard Rock I've been to where I don't want to actually buy merchandise because I don't care to remember it later.

Very disappointed. First of all, almost nobody could speak a single word in English. I think it’s totally fine not to speak it fluently but I expect from a Hard Rock Cafe employee to speak the basic phrases. The Hard Rock Cafe Shop had hardly any goods, the most for babys or kids. No range of sizes, almost nothing for men. The worst part of the whole experience is, that after we ate there my friend got really sick. After we saw the doctor he told us he has food poisoning. He ate a Caesar salad and for dessert a brownie with ice and cream. And I think that's the worst thing a restaurant can do wrong. So unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it to any body.

I was there on a slow time and with my 1yr old son. The staff was super nice and attentive. Surely it is ore lively on peak times and with live music.

Sadly it has lost the charm it once had. The last few times we have been there (concerts) the experience has been less than desirable: bland food, bad drinks and not so good service. Tonight's concert brought together amazing musicians but we could not enjoy them properly as the sound was horrible. Not sure I'd be coming back any time soon.

I have been in different Hard Rock Cafe throughout the globe and I have had really good experiences and at the same time is one of my best places to be in when I go overseas. The Hard Rock located in Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep. Has one of the worst services out of all the blue mall restaurant. My last time in this restaurant. I guess I’ll give it a two star because I have heard they have some great events.

They do NOT follow the hours indicated on their website and online. I went at 11 and the girl told me i had to come back at 11:15 because they weren’t open yet very unprofessional

I went for lunch and a band was doing soundcheck the whole time so I guess i d recommend to go better at night if you re looking for ambience. Food was ok and service also.

Never missed an opportunity to go there. Hey it's Hard Rock Café. Try their mixed Nachos plate as a starter, if you're not alone. Afraid of covid, go the balcony. Ok it's more expensive but worth the experience.

Nice place to remember the rock 🎸 and inside the city of Santo Domingo the menu about the food I recommend the Nachos entré and the BBQ Ribs with barbecue.

It’s not hard rock anymore, they play reggaeton and dembow now, I’m totally disappointed. When I asked why they were playing that music they told me that they changed the owner and now they will only be playing that music and not rock anymore… what a shame.

Food was satisfactory, but the service by wait staff was not so good. All servers were to busy chitchatting with friends and other servers... Had to ask several times for more beer, etc.

It's Hard Rock, if you've been to one before you probably know what to expect. There are two floors, and a balcony for smoke breaks if so inclined. Good food at decent prices and staff is nice and efficient.

They are not putting rock anymore, I am never coming back. I was raised in hard rock cafe in la zona colonial, listening to Led Zeppelin, beetles, etc. what a disgrace.

Had the veggie burger today with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Was delicious. The patty was made with quinoa and black beans and served with fried onions. Put that in your belly!

Very nice HRC in Santo Domingo. It has a great view. The service and food are great. Also on this venue you can see your favorite artists from the DR and also international. Love it.

Absolutely perfect, the whole experience was great since the dishes were so tasty, the staff was diligent and fun, the prices are alright, the items on the wall are worthy of being on a museum, the vibes was awesome.

The place has great service and delicious food at affordable prices. Big space and amazing activities for adults. Dancing on Tuesdays and occasionally concerts. Absolutely love the music which, of course, is mostly Rock. Of all ages. Great place and great times.

The new years eve party was a disappointment this year. My party of seven was provided a folding table not big enough to eat confertably. The place was not full to capacity. It was a big disappointment 😞
