I
recently
visited
Vizcaya
and
I
had
a
very
good
experience
with
the
food,
the
ambient.
The
restaurant
has
a
Spanish
vibe,
and
it
offers
a
variety
of
traditional
Dominican
and
Spanish
dishes
to
choose
from.
I
went
for
lunch
with
a
friend
and
I
had
a
craving
for
pasta,
so
I
ordered
spaghetti
bolognese,
which
was
plenty.
My
only
nitpick
with
the
pasta
was
that
it
felt
too
greasy
for
my
taste.
My
friend
ordered
a
mofongo
(mashed
green
plantains
mixed
with
garlic
and
fried
pork)
and
the
texture
was
soft,
which
is
not
common
but
makes
it
easier
to
eat
and
digest,
and
it
doesn't
make
you
feel
bloated
when
you
finish
eating
it.
My
favorite
part
about
the
restaurany
was
the
staff
since
it
was
very
professional
and
fast.
They
pay
attention
to
detail
with
the
drinks
and
the
food,
and
I
didn't
have
to
wait
for
an
eternity
or
ask
for
anything
twice.
I
know
it
may
sound
like
a
must,
but
here
in
the
Dominican
we
don't
necessarily
see
this
as
much
as
we'd
like
to.
All
in
all,
I
had
a
great
time
considering
restaurants
are
crowded
during
lunch
breaks
around
that
area.
The
food
was
good,
the
price
is
fair,
the
staff
is
well
trained.
