A friend had recommended this place if I wanted to have sushi. As this restaurant is in the middle of Blue Mall, there is no front entrance, you just look for an empty table. I can say that the service was sub standard for the place and price. The food was ok and nothing special. I did notice that some of the cooks preparing Sashimi or Sushi, were not using masks, although many people do not use them, I prefer the cook that is preparing my meal to use a mask.

Top quality service! Attentive waiters which meant very little waiting time for service. Area kept clean and the staff polite and courteous! The food... delicious! The pork belly dumplings, the chicken skewers, and the beef sirloin are all very flavourful and delicious!

Very nice restaurant, and fast service! I come to blue mall pretty often and this is my favorite restaurant in the mall. Food is just simply delicious, prices are okay and not so expensive! Sushi is very traditional and no weird stuff. If you like strong drink I recommend the Scotch 380 with orange juice. Another thing to try would be the Sangria Sake. Awesome experience, always return!

Excellent quality food, however not a great eating experience, service was lacking, needed to ask for a bottle of water 3 times before it arrived. 4 people eating 2 almost finished their food before other 2 got their food.

You are in a mall and now with covid the tables are really far apart which detriments the dinning experience a little, but you forget it right away! Food is great, portions too. One really cohesive menú. All the drinks with sake are a must. The Japanese salad as an entrance is perfect, the Gyosa was small but so tasty. Great place to go with friends.

Amazing service but we were really looking forward to sushi and that was absolutely horrible. Very small portion of sushi and didn’t taste fresh. Also, my favourite part of sushi is the wasabi and theirs was not at all spicy and very mildly flavoured, also dislike cream cheese in my sushi it’s inauthentic. The wagyu beef dish was excellently cooked to a medium rare and the rice was also good. Come here for everything but the sushi!

I visited Shibuya Ichiban at Blue Mall and found myself amidst an upscale atmosphere surrounded by high-end stores. The food was good, though a bit overpriced for what you get. My initial visit was marred by a lack of service, perhaps influenced by our nationality – my Dominican girlfriend, who is multilingual, and does not look her ethnicity was seemingly ignored. Thankfully, a very kind manager named Angel stepped in, addressing us in both English and Spanish. In order to make amends, he reserved a table for us on a scheduled return visit and crafted a delightful custom meal for us. The second experience was far more enjoyable, especially the exceptional dish prepared just for us. I would have rated 1-star if it wasn't for Angel, he truly was what his name says. Furniture, I'd recommend the sister restaurant named SBG across the way which he also manages. Service was much better there, thanks to a wonderful waiter named Javier.

Highly recommended trying this Asian fusion restaurant with high quality ingredients and creative combinations. Don’t let the setting in a mall fool you. The standout and star dish was the tuna tartare with cubes of sesame-coated crispy potato, very tender and large tuna chunks, mixed with aioli and a runny egg. The ceviche and mint lemonade were also outstanding. One level lower but still good were the crunchy fried rice (a bit too crunchy for our taste) and the shrimp tempura (good but not very different from others). All dishes, while not grease-free, were not overly oily or salty. The service was a bit slow and less than attentive at times. Dishes came out as they were ready.

Service is very slow. My food came out before my beer did. The rice was so crunchy that it broke one of my teeth.

It is an open restaurant inside the mall. Service is good. The appetizers and food we had was very good. Wagyu steak is excellent. Only comment is that the Fried Rice was really "fried" and way too hard.

Food was not much of a big deal. I've had better asian cuisine. It's in the lobby of Blue Mall so there isn't much ambiance either, but it's meant to blend in with the upscale look of Blue Mall. The music wasn't loud though, and the waiters were respectul and dedicated. We had two entrees, three drinks and two main dishes.

I can’t imagine anyone saying anything bad about this restaurant. Our server was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The food was EXTRAORDINARY. Overall a fantastic experience.

Great Japanese cuisine in Blue Mall and a nice late night option with friends. I had sticky rice, egg rolls, and a red bull cocktail that was quite delicious!

Loved this place. Amazing service, good food, good music!! We ordered wagyu beef, and we totally recommend it!! The taste of everything was delightful and cooked to perfection!! We will totally go back and try other plates!!

Meh. It was a little strange trying to find the "front" desk to wait and be seated, it's located at a pillar and isn't noticeable at first glance. No one was there and we had to ask a waiter to find the person to have us seated. Seating arrangements were strange, felt more like cafeteria seating as it's smack dab in the middle of the mall and people who are shopping are walking in between some tables to get through. Food was a bit sad to look at which was disappointing, didn't taste all that good from what I had expected. Noodles were subpar and sushi lacked flavour. I'd avoid this place and find somewhere else for a better atmosphere and food.

Not the most original sushi in town, but the quality is top-notch. Fresh and delicious fish, perfect seasoning and good service. It's not cheap but fair in relation to the quality.

The worse service we experienced in Santo Domingo! In this island to find a service like this in a top end Mall it’s unbelievable. It took over half our to bring to food, the worse was ThE MANAGEr. The owner should know this guys is clue less and has no idea how to do his work. The only person that tried his best was a waitress (I wish I asked for his name) he tried to fix it and then the manager came to yell at him! Which I found that he was racist towards the very kind waiter. What a bad experience. The owner should know this!

Absolutely the worst service I experienced We went with the family for a quick dinner, ordered simple plates ( rolls and chicken fingers) and soup. Took forever to get our order, our drinks took too long the food came 40 minutes later with the rolls first , soup followed 10 minutes later and the kids food another 15 later and incorrect (we ordered rice and they brought it with fries ). The manager in charge is leading this service debacle and the staff is all over the place. I suggest you find another spot to spend your money at.

Nada especial. Just normal place, nothing tasty, very strange Philadelphia that they even didnot think to ask google how to do it. Chahan, fried rice is just concon but fried who left from rice and mixed with vegetales, very oily and sulty. I suggest you to eat somewhere else.

Great sushi & fresh fish. Open kitchen & original mixes with a little dominican touch but keeping japanese essence. The restaurant is inside the mall so could be a good option when is melting outside. Though is surrounded by shops have a good vibe, the bar is cool and so is the atmosphere... high end. I liked it and will come back

Worst Asian food I’ve ever tasted. Ordered pork dumplings and shrimp roll. Literally took one bite of each and and couldn’t anymore. Worst roll I’ve had in my life. Only thing worse then the food was the service! Asked for the check after almost throwing up in my mouth and took 20 minutes. Paid full price just to get out of there!

Just went for desert..service was very fast, and attentive.. Had the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream... it had a base of chocolate cookie with a soft ring of deep chocolate, super rich cake with a dark chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, garnished with a hard caramel candy decoration. It was extremely good.
