Great service, quite place and the pizza was good.

Although the food was good, the CS didnt follow up with me at the time to pay. I had to stand up 2 times and look for the employee to remind him of my bill but still waited about 45 mins to get it... Once I paid, I had to wait 10 mins more for my change and to my surprise it was the wrong one. I told the guy it was the wrong bill and he went to get "the right one", but after waiting 15 mins no one showed up. Little did I know that some one was parked right behind me at the parking lot of the place, making it more difficult to leave the place.

Really bad service, we were the last ones to get our food but 45 minutes to wait, we were told that we had to wait because the pizza got burned so they had to do it again. Employees were apologizing left and right I will never buy there again.

the food was great. i went to try the crunchy hut cheese and it was really good. but the best thing were the beverages, they have some smoothies to DIE for. i tried the piña colada one and my friend tried the strawberry smoothie and they were SO GOOD. Only downside was that the service was super slow, it may have been because it was dinner time but it took almost an hour for my friend to get his wings and we had to wait a long time whenever we asked for something

Pizza Hut was sort of slow because of covid, but service was excellent, though. Tiradente is their best location. You can eat either inside or outdoors. They have a small place out of the store

The pizza is soooo much better in here than in any other branch, it's crispy and the bread sticks are very well seasoned, 10/10

Very rude hung up the phone on me

Was the choice of the party I was with. This particular location is a bit hectic; this one having a kid's play area has the usual kids runnings around, etc. So if you are in the mood for a decent pizza and calm environment, this is not the venue to choose.

The food was hot and fresh. The only issue was no one spoke English. They were very patient, we had to split the check so you can imagine how much time that took. Google Translater was my friend again.

Good spot! It has the standard menu and quality of other Pizza Hut locations. Not much too add if you already been to other Pizza Hut branches in Santo Domingo.

I was charged for breadsticks that they never brought until I called them out on it
