Tae Fighting CFT is a whole family! The classes are super fun. My favorites have been Step with Dr. Lozano and Boxing with Santiago Martínez. Too much fun and they bring out the most in oneself. I still have many to try but 100% recommended for a person who wants to be in shape and have fun.
