Totally recommended, I have been in my therapy for a year and a half and I consider that the follow-up, attention and flexibility have helped me a lot. Very flattering if it is your first time going to therapy, it is the perfect place to go with doubts and/or curiosity about how to improve mental health.

I had never had the opportunity to take therapy, going to CEMEPI was a great decision. Honestly, it is a place where they make you feel comfortable, with professional treatment and great ease in adapting to one's times. Special mention for Jacky, the therapy was excellent, I didn't think I would have made so much progress in the treatment time.

The truth is that in the times that I have attended therapy it has helped me a lot, my psychologist gives me a lot of peace to tell her things and I feel that I can talk to her without being judged and she understands where I need help, I have had a friendly experience with her and she has helped me with what is best for me, problems, confidence, although I know they are long processes, she makes me see improvement little by little.
