Excellent place to stay at an affordable price. The service is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The cleanliness of the place and especially the bedding is appreciated.

Bunk beds only in a room with shared bathrooms ($160 common, $200 double) Towels are charged extra. ($30) Very unpleasant odors. Regular care.

Everything was very good, hot water available at any time and the place was clean and tidy, I would only add coat racks in the rooms.

Good food, nice place, clean, good service and fair prices. It is advisable.

The rooms have no windows and are so small you have the feeling you cannot breathe. They woke us two times during the only night we stayed. Shared sink was dirty, and walls of the rooms too. We left after the night.

It is a very nice place. It appears to be small due to the facade, but it is huge, very comfortable. You feel at home, they are very friendly and the prices are very affordable.

Friendly staff and the rooms are clean, except for the size and that there are 2 bunk beds with 3 beds (single) each (that is, 6 beds per room and the rooms are approximately 4x6 meters). PRICES: I don't know how it's handled, but I paid $150 per person (they told us it was the cheapest), if you bring a car they charge you $50 (there is only space for 3 vehicles), the bathrooms and showers are shared with all the tenants of the Hostel and if you want to bathe and don't bring a towel they charge you $30, they have a kitchen (stove, plates, pans, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, etc.) PERSONAL OPINION: I had never been to a hostel, but it was very expensive for me, since a hotel or motel gives you your private room, with a private bathroom and they give you towels, parking for an approximate price of $400 or more and you are more comfortable However, in the hostel for 2 people it was $300+$50+$60= $410 and everything is shared. I had to experiment and personally it is better to look for a hotel or motel that, although for 50 or 100 pesos more, is more comfortable.

An acceptable place, the rooms in the vast majority are divided and have a single bunk bed and although the rooms are small you have more privacy, negative points I think the bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently

Excellent service, success in your next project

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong location. To a place about half an hour away and quite ugly that I even had to go down and ask. They told me that they had space available for two cars, when I arrived at the place there was no space available, there was barely room for one car. They told me that they had an agreement with a parking lot in the area, but at the time I arrived, (already late) they told me that it was not possible to use that parking lot. I had to go find another place, the manager said there was no problem. The next day I went to get a refund and the receptionist-employee told me to send them the bank account. Afterwards I didn't hear from them, they kept contacting me for a refund and nothing. When I spoke to the manager he told me that the owner told him there would be no refund. I asked for the owner's phone number and after arguing for a while he told me that he was going to check with his partner. And he called me back. They charged me for the full night, as if I had stayed and they did not admit responsibility for anything.
