Terrible
customer
service.
They
sent
me
the
wrong
location.
To
a
place
about
half
an
hour
away
and
quite
ugly
that
I
even
had
to
go
down
and
ask.
They
told
me
that
they
had
space
available
for
two
cars,
when
I
arrived
at
the
place
there
was
no
space
available,
there
was
barely
room
for
one
car.
They
told
me
that
they
had
an
agreement
with
a
parking
lot
in
the
area,
but
at
the
time
I
arrived,
(already
late)
they
told
me
that
it
was
not
possible
to
use
that
parking
lot.
I
had
to
go
find
another
place,
the
manager
said
there
was
no
problem.
The
next
day
I
went
to
get
a
refund
and
the
receptionist-employee
told
me
to
send
them
the
bank
account.
Afterwards
I
didn't
hear
from
them,
they
kept
contacting
me
for
a
refund
and
nothing.
When
I
spoke
to
the
manager
he
told
me
that
the
owner
told
him
there
would
be
no
refund.
I
asked
for
the
owner's
phone
number
and
after
arguing
for
a
while
he
told
me
that
he
was
going
to
check
with
his
partner.
And
he
called
me
back.
They
charged
me
for
the
full
night,
as
if
I
had
stayed
and
they
did
not
admit
responsibility
for
anything.
