Hotel is great. We were able to check in early and get a room upgrade for a small fee. Room is huge and clean with a HUGE bathroom. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. It's close to great shopping and amazing restaurants. The staff is so great and super kind and helpful. Definitely staying here next time we come back.

Every time I have the opportunity to visit Mexico City I like to stay at this beautiful and clean hotel. Immediately, once you enter the hotel, the staff is attentive to welcome you and welcome you, very helpful and willing to help you in any way possible and make your stay pleasant and hassle-free. Registration is simple, secure and very fast. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. All services are very accessible and if help is needed, the hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Despite the noise outside the hotel, from the clubs and bars around it, once the windows are closed it is not so loud and is tolerable. Actually the place is very comfortable and clean. I don't have any negative things to say about this hotel and I really recommend it to my friends whenever I can. Area is very central and with transportation available at all times. A hotel to which I always want to return and stay for a few days to relax and rest...recommended for everyone.

Clean and modern boutique hotel in the smack middle of la Zona Rosa close to restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Very large rooms, nice showers and modern bathroom with bidet, helpful staff and secure building. Nice perk: Breakfast is open until late, unlike at most hotels. Warning: Do not book a room on Friday or Saturday if you want to sleep...the music from all the nearby nightclubs is relentless and very loud on the weekends and can be heard inside the rooms. Also - the junior suites are offer as having a king sized bed, but the mattress is a queen size.

Quaint little hotel with trendy atmosphere. The staff was friendly but not completely prepared with my reservation when I arrived. The lobby was colorful and well decorated. The room was a bit barren and then A/C didn't work well. The bathroom had an impressive shower head with good water pressure and temperature. The sink in the bathroom kept holding water and draining slowly. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shades offered nearly blackout experience for a slow roll out of bed in the morning. The breakfast is offered until noon which is a bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast given that it was buffet style. The eggs and breakfast nachos were delicious and they also offered a variety of fresh squeezed fruit juices. Overall, it was a decent spot to stay for our first night in the city. The location was pretty central and easily accessible to several tasty restaurants and transit nearby. ;)

Amazing staff. Rooms are unbelievable for the price. I loved the huge bathroom, couch and speaker system!! And it is in the middle of all the gay night life action. Such a great place. I so agree with a recommendation I got which was to be on a higher floor so you don't hear the street noise. I would say 4+ is good.

Great location and rooms here. Very clean and well kept, with great air conditioning. I stayed for six nights and felt very comfortable here. It is next to bars so there is a bit of noise but I found that the windows blocked majority of noise if I kept them closed when I went to bed. Very comfortable sleep! The hotel is in the middle of Zona Rosa and central to most things you want to do in Mexico City. The WiFi here is good as well. Have had no trouble uploading all my holiday pics back to the cloud after a day of sight seeing. Only one minor point. The shower, while huge is a bit hard to control the hot and cold water. Other than that everything was fantastic!

Great location. Great and helpful staff. You’ll be in the middle of Zona Rosa. Yes it is where all the action happens and you can hear the music and the energy from the streets. Close the window and you’ll be fine. Sexy rooms. I got sick there and the front desk were extremely caring. If you’re interested in a tour with an amazing private guide ask for Willy. He is exceptional. Until next time.

The hotel is in a excellent location, staff was very helpful and accommodating! The room was very spacious and the bathroom had the best shower I’ve seen with lots of room!!! Walk right out the door into the nightlife but the room was nice and quiet! Will definitely stay with them again!

This was a great spot for a long weekend solo trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, even offered to get me a cab at checkout! The breakfast was good and my room was clean, bright and comfortable. Plenty to do right in the area but also centrally located making an easy walk to several other neighborhoods. As other reviewers mentioned, it gets loud at night due to the bars/clubs on the block. Honestly, I didn’t mind it because I planned ahead and brought earplugs. Worked like a charm. It also meant the area was always populated enough at night to feel safe if I came back late. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Me and husband stayed there for 2 night and everything was perfect. Hotel is in nice area, very clean, staff is very polite and do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. I loved their breakfast, all the food was fresh and a lot of options. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel was very clean. Great that breakfast was until noon. It is located in a very noisy part of the city by bars and nightclubs, however it is compensated with the wonderful stay. Within walking distance of many restaurants and main attractions

Very good location (especially if you're gay - it's right in the middle of the Zona Rosa!), a stone's throw from the Independence Angel. The penthouse rooms are spacious, clean, and have really large bathrooms, all for a very good price. Definitely recommend the place!

The room was quite clean, everything was well arranged, the reception was quite attentive and the buffet breakfast food was very delicious. The only problem is that my room had some kind of radio on the wall for music but it didn't work :( and the tv had limited channels. Outside of that, it has a very good location since it is close to some bars and you can even walk to the Chapultepec forest.

Had a great stay with my boyfriend. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. We even got a view of the Angel of Independence since we were at a corner room in a high floor. Will definitely stay there again.

Edgar and Antonio are the best! They attended me promptly and were so knowledgeable. Edgar gave me the best advice and recommendations for my trip. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. The location is also awesome.

Antonio started our stay with a smile! He made us feel more welcome than anyone else in the city! The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing! I will be staying here every time I visit Mexico City. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
