Great location but absolutely AVOID this hotel if you’re planning on working remotely. There is no business center (one is pictured on the Marriott website/app and no longer exists after a recent remodel). The lobby has a table and outlets but it is extremely loud, so impossible to take calls. The rooms are dark and depressing + the issues of housekeeping/ travel partners etc. We asked if there was a meeting room or something we could use and they said they would charge by the hour (for a small windowless room behind the reception that was still quite loud). The app also shows a lovely rooftop- That does NOT exist. The breakfast is gross (frozen veggies and pasta for breakfast??) In general, staff and service is not up to normal Marriott standards.

This is a wonderful, if not cheap, option for staying as a tourist in Mexico City. It is central to most things you want to see, if not right at any single one of them. The neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and is very safe. The staff of this hotel are all fantastic and friendly. I could not have been happier staying with them. The daily breakfast is good as well. The rooms on the back side are quite quiet in general with no road noise, but there was a dog next door that insisted on barking loudly every morning at 7:30 a.m., like clockwork.

Very disappointed with my experience there. I booked a junior suite, which was nice and comfortable. It was located on the 6th floor. But the big problem is that in the morning, I got woken up at 6am due to loud noise. It turns out that the gym was located just above my room. What kind of design is that? Who in their right mind would put a gym just about the rooms? Whoever came up with that design probably never stayed in a hotel before, or is incredibly incompetent (or both). If you choose to stay there, make sure you don't get a room on the 6th floor. Also, they have two lifts and only one is working. So prepare to wait to go up and down.

Hidden Fees: Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed a charge labeled "Donation". Upon checking your website, I discovered that the charge was for UNICEF Check Out For Children. However, I was not informed about this charge during check-in and I was not given the option to opt-out of it. I firmly believe that hidden fees are unacceptable in any situation. Donations made to institutions sometimes serve other purposes than helping people sadly. In any case, It's essential to request donations openly and transparently, rather than imposing or hiding fees. By doing so, you can maintain a positive reputation and build trust with your supporters and members.

Great hotel in a good area, full of restaurants and quaint shops. Staff was very curteous and prompt. Room service was reasonably priced and portions were very generous (sandwiches and breakfast), food was sent up quickly. Coffee maker in the room and free water bottles every day (+ fruity water in the lobby). The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom layout: the sink was outside the bathroom and there wasn't much space to hang your stuff while you showered. But really good hotel, I would return.

My review is for the restaurant mainly. The service is on point and the food is absolutely divine. 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking for a dinning experience in Mexico City.

We stayed here just recently, while visiting our son in Mexico City. - First about the room - our was a comfortable standard double with 2 queen beds, decent size - not facing main avenue. TV got a good selection of both american & mexican station (MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, ESPN, etc.). In the bathroom - great shower(with shampoo, conditioner & bodywash provided for you on the wall), excelent water pressure and never problem with no hot water. Another surprise was a toilet with 2 types of flushes. 2 bottles of water are gratis (free), when you checked in, then it will be charged to the room (one suggestion is - there is a supermarket at the walking distance from the hotel). The closet with hangers and allways present ironing board and 2 small drawers are finishing up the description of the room. But one big problem in the room is a barn door (to close the bathroom), which basically is accident waiting to happen. Also would be nice to have a microwave oven and at least a small refrigerator in the room. - Restaurant downstairs called ORRIN provided us with daily breakfast (buffet style) at $265 Pesos per person. On January 6 (Tres Reyes) or Three kings day the special cake called Rosca de Reyes was served (nice touch). The selection of food was nice (you can order omelet, also outmeal, juices, pastries, cottage cheese and a selection of mexican dishes). - Service We didn't had any problems - all our requests were performed in a timely matter and to our satisfaction. On the front desk one person was outstanding - Abraham was always helpful with all our issues. Next time we will be in Mexico City, we will definetely stay at Four Points Hotel. You have to stay here to meet Franco and Apolo! They were so gracious and generous to us at the bar. Our time in Mexico City would not have been as great if it wasn't for them. Make sure you ask for the Chocolate Martini ;) Also, the hotel is in the perfect location with easy access to the whole city.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! The service was great and we felt very welcomed! The barrista/bar tender was supper nice and made everyone feel safe he was very welcoming and recommended safe places to visit. He is just a joy of light! Thanks Franco!!!

I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times. It’s always a solid hotel. The staff always go above and beyond. I really appreciate the housekeeping staff always pay close attention to everything. They even noticed that I was out of my personal mouthwash and they left a new bottle for me. They serve a very hearty breakfast every morning. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The area is safe and easy to walk to many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and a great shower! The staff is wonderful, specifically Franco and Alejandro from the restaurant/ bar, Pedro at the entrance who were always ready with a smile and offered great recommendations.

This was our first time staying in CDMX. We had a wonderful stay at Four Points. This is a safe and lively area day and night. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and they provide you with all the amenities you need. They have a good gym, breakfast included, laundry service, bar/restaurant, and extremely kind and helpful staff. Special thanks to Franco, Valentino, and Zuyhin! You really helped make our time there special.

Great location, rooms were modern. The rooms were a bit dirty and the bathroom was also with many hairs. Called the receptionist and they cleaned the rooms right away. Restaurant and coffee on the first floor. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Amazing hotel with exceptional location and service. The doorman Jorge is exceptional, as is Avraham at the front desk. The location is perfect with bars and restuarants outside and the neighbourhood is busy. They offer a taxi to and from the airport so it's worth calling a head for that. They also have offer group and private shuttles to the pyramids. Unfortunately I chose the private tour and was booked a guide who didn't speak English. That is the only think I believe the hotel could have done better, as the front desk knew I only speak English.

Great hotel, rooms, staff and great location in heart of Roma Norte. Safe, street lined w beautiful restaurants and shops, parks, people out eating and in parks every night. Highly recommend. Want to visit again. Mexico City really beautiful place. Best weather in the world!

I spent four nights at this property last week and couldn’t be happier. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel offered all the modern amenities you would expect. but where the hotel excels is the staff. From the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and to the restaurant staff you couldn’t ask for a better experience (including the bartenders). I highly recommend a stay if your travels take you to Mexico City.

Great hotel in a great location. Very comfortable rooms and plenty of space in the lobby to catch up on work or hang out. Tons of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. I visit Mexico City at least twice a year and this is where I'll be staying going forward.

Nice hotel in the heart of Roma, it has a nice lobby and a Starbucks on the first floor, the rooms are actually bigger than the usual four points, it has a small gym but you can workout pretty good, I stayed here for a short time and I would come back! Four starts because I wish they will let the guess open the balconies..

Four Points provided excellent service and great location around plenty of trendy bars and nice restaurants. Room service left our room clean and tidy every day provided very quick service. The best part about this hotel was Abraham at the front desk. He went above and beyond with providing recommendations for trendy restaurants and local bars. Every day he would follow up asking how our stay and activities were going. He even offered to walk us to local restaurants and activities. Thank you Abraham so much for your spectacular service and help! Much thanks from your pals from Atlanta!

Awesome for its location, rooms, service (everybody was great), cleanliness and comfort level. Only drawback could be the restaurant but then again more than what you will expect from a Four Points

Ridiculous room with “interior view” means a box without natural lighting.. horrible room with a window that open to the lobby! Totally misleading description… disappointed from the first step in the room !!!

This hotel is nicely decorated and nothing over the top for amenities but the service is outstanding. Anytime we requested anything someone was at the door in under 5 minutes. The breakfast lady recognized us by name on the 2nd day. I would recommend this location!

The location is really unbeatable for this hotel. You're right in the heart of Roma Norte, a super touristy area but easy access to tons of great restaurants nearby and a quick Uber ride from anywhere you want to go. The floors are slightly uneven, the bed was hard and the pillows flat, but the staff are terrific. It's good for those traveling on a smaller budget.

Overall, this was a nice hotel and you can’t beat the location. Just had one issue. The first morning, I had no hot water in the shower. That afternoon, I let the front desk know, and to their credit, a maintenance man was in my room in minutes. As soon as he turned the shower on, the hot water began to flow. I asked him if the issue was that in the morning when everyone was using the hit water, perhaps the boiler isn’t adequate. He told me to let it run a long time and I will have hot water. Just to be safe, I took a nice long afternoon hot shower! Next morning, I let the water run for 12 minutes, and no hot water was to be found. By the way, this is the only issue, the staff at the hotel were all super nice and friendly.

If you are deciding to stay at a place in CDMX and you are scrolling through reviews to decide on your stay like I did, well let me tell you! Highly recommend this location, its located in a great area where pretty much you can walk to any food place or bar, location is key. The place its self smells good and feels very VERY clean. Last the service is AMAZING, from the lobby to the bar. Yadira, Camila, Abraham and Jaime made our stay extra special and were always there to assist with any questions we had. My wife and I will be staying here from now on what a great experience, thank you form making our trip extra special.

Our family of 4 spent 18 nights here while we took Spanish classes in the area. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the restaurant was reliably good. The rooms were always cleaned well. Paulina, the HR manager, legitimately helped saved my life when I had a medical emergency. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and I would definitely consider staying there again. The location is also perfect. La Roma is a wonderful, clean, walkable neighborhood. We have 2 young daughters, 3 and 6 and we never felt uncomfortable walking the area to nearby parks, restaurants, etc.

My husband and I had a great time at the Sheraton Four Points in Colonia Roma. We traveled to Mexico City for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. In fact, they even brought us a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate to celebrate when we checked in. Such a thoughtful touch that really started our trip off on a great note. The location was very central and walkable to everything in Roma Norte and is also close to the metro, which is very easy to use and navigate. Housekeeping kept our room very clean and we loved the hotel amenities. The fitness center was bigger than we expected and we enjoyed the little rooftop sitting area and view. Overall we had a great stay at the Four Points in Colonia Roma and would stay there again.

This is a decent value in a good location. However, the Manager Ruben Bolaños is not customer oriented. I called after the stay to request an invoice so I could add the points to my Marriot account because the hotel had failed to do so. The staff was argumentative and did not provide it for unknown reasons. I spoke with Ruben and he promised to provide it but did not. I called again and he was accusatory & argumentative but did not want to help me. Not up to Marriot standards. Do better Ruben.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Four Points Colonia Roma. The location is fantastic, great neighbour to walk around, have a coffee or an drink and enjoy Mexico City. The rooms were nothing out of the ordinary, but they were comfortable and very clean. The on site restaurant for breakfast was standard, not bad, not great. Overall a great experience.

A decently priced hotel in a great location, next to plenty of great food. It’s not a four star hotel for sure but the room is spacious and clean, a good place to rest if that’s all you’re looking for. I love that all the doors have different painting painted on them. It’s like walking through a museum.

This particular hotel was my first stay at the Four Points and it started out as a bad experience. We were a large group of people and the room given to me was one without any windows. Claustrophobic. Immediately requested a change of rooms and got all kinds of excuses but I stood my ground. Finally got a change to a room with a tiny window looking out. Relief!. The location of the hotel is quite central and their breakfast is amazing. Wonder why they do not have a mini fridge in the room.

Great hotel located in a nice area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance. My family and I enjoy walking and walked from this hotel to Chapultepec in about 25-30minutes.

This is a OK hotel like other economy Marriotts but I found this one a little over rated and expensive if you compare the facilities they provide. Hotel is in a busy area and most of rooms are noisy They have one restaurant ORRIN.. first observation all menus only in Spanish (if you don’t know Spanish Google translate can help) Food is average , I tried their vegan menus and not impressed at all . Ordered some thing they call vegan steak which is nothing but grilled red cabbage “you gotta have a strong jaw to eat this one “. They have a OK wine list but they only cell Malbec by glass. So if you are traveling alone and want to order either get ready for the bottle (hick) or order what they have.. finally I gave up and ordered a dessert an Irish cupcake.. this thing was kinda good more of a chocolate and Baileys moose in a chocolate ring paired with black berry, poppy flowers and mixed berry chutney. I am sure there are better food options around but when you are on a business trip and want a quick but good bite this place is a little disappointing

My recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Mexico City's Colonia Roma was nothing short of delightful. The room exuded a contemporary charm, and while everything was modern and up-to-date, it was the human touch that set this hotel apart. Every interaction, from the check-in process to room service, was smooth and courteous. Lucia, at the concierge, deserves special mention. She guided us through the city's attractions and even made some impeccable restaurant reservations for us. Every evening, returning to the hotel felt like coming home. And while the hotel's in-house dining was fantastic, venturing out into the Roma neighborhood was a culinary treat in itself. A minor hiccup with the air conditioning was promptly addressed, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. All in all, this is where warmth meets efficiency in the heart of Mexico City.
