Loved the view from my room! I would give it 5 stars, but the front desk wasn't that great when I arrived, and most staff was very unhappy, not the customer service vibe I expected. The room was spacious clean, the bed was also comfy, I liked the pillows, and it was a quiet stay. I will most likely return when needing to be in the area.

I love love love this property. I am originally from Mexico city and this is my place to go when I want to pamper myself. Also if you are a visitor doing business this is a great hotel to stay at or a weekend with your family getaway. The rooms are big and spacious and sooo comfortable. PETS ARE WELCOME AND PAMPERED. Food is great and please try the brunch! The smell is something I looked for everyday while walking on the halls and last but not least THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HELPFUL STAFF EVER. By my third day everyone knew my name and was happy to help. Thank you Gustavo, Jessie, Miguel, Gerardo, Ricardo and all the front desk team.

We went to the spa last Thursday and it was not an enjoyable experience. We had a massage and a facial. The employees are not experienced and we left more stressed than relaxed. I wouldn’t recommend their spa services.

We spent our last days in Mexico after a long term assignment at Westin in late June. The team, starting with Jessie has been so friendly, attentive to our needs. In addition to that we received a bigger room at no cost, food was really delicious and understanding that we were leaving in the middle of lockdown the hotel did so many small gestures and arrangements to make us feel like on vacation yet still respecting all the hygiene rules. On one of the days Mexico City was hit by quite noticeable trembles and the team of Westin not only handled it very well but also provided blankets and water to the guests of the hotel upon evacuation and really did all to calm us down. All in all, amazing hotel, amazing facilities and truly remarkable team. Anytime we will go back - we will stay at Westin <3 P.S. That's our cat enjoying fascinating views from the hotel :)

Be aware!!!! The hotel itself is nice, but make sure to use the security box while staying there. What a weird incident! - there were several restaurant charges on my folio totaling over $600 that I saw as I was checking out. The front desk staff did make the adjustments to remove them, but it was very disconcerting especially considering the two incidents above I will consider staying at this property again primarily because of my room and the friendly staff, hopefully there will not be any hiccups next time around.
