It’s been a while since I’ve posted a review, but this place was too amazing and deserves praise. I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, courteous and eager to help. We experienced nothing but exceptional service at our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the view was amazing. The in-house dining was delicious, as was room service and the adjacent restaurants were delicious as well. This was my families first experience in Mexico and we loved it. The location of the hotel puts you close to a lot of beautiful places within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend the Hilton Mexico City Reforma to anyone, and I will personally be back the next time I’m in Mexico City! Thanks so much for helping make amazing experiences in your city!

The staff were always very friendly! The lobby is so beautiful and the bartenders were great! It has 2 restaurants in the hotel which are both amazing to dine at. Room service was quick. There gym is one of the nicest ive been to when travelling and has a personal trainer to help if you need it. The location is prime if you want to be emerged in the culture definitely recommend taking a walk on the strip closer to the evening there is so much going on.

One of the best hotel experience so far! Celebrated a birthday here, Ian and Carlos specifically helped arranged and setup a surprise for us! It was excellent! The upgrade of the room is definitely worth it! The view, the service, and the all you can drink and eat happy hours.... Will miss this place for sure.... The view is stunning and unforgettable!

Booked the Presidential Suite. The room itself was really nice and most of the staff was great. Especially the young lady at the bar who made the most fabulous espresso martini. However, there were two incidents that really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun weekend. Hours into my stay I received a call from the front desk to tell me my music was too loud. Mind you if was around 4:00 PM and the concierge for the room turned on the music for me. The worst part was the rusted irons in that destroyed my clothes. It took three separate irons and multiple calls to housekeeping to get an iron that wouldn’t damage my clothes. Due to this situation my friend and I missed his birthday dinner reservation that I booked months ago. It was truly a headache attempting to find another restaurant last minute on a Saturday night. I expect a certain level of service when I’m paying a premium price for a room. I didn’t receive that level of service at this hotel. I’m highly disappointed. Update: The front desk asked me about my stay and I explained my disappointment. She told me someone would reach out. It has been three days and no follow-up from the hotel.

Single travelers beware! I have been a loyal customer since 2010. I had a reservation for two nights but due to the earthquake in Oaxaca I could not make it back to Mexico City on time. The hotel was less than friendly and helpful with my reservation. I have asked for a change of dates but they refused. They are so cheap they would rather make a buck than keep a loyal customer. Never again. Specially now with the little security available, where without an explanation people jump to their demise from the roof (check the news from 01. Sept 2022). Female tourists traveling alone are harassed by staff members. Awful dangerous hotel. **Update from November 2022: Hotel management ‘could not’ find my reservation. How convenient. Back in March when I was stuck in Oaxaca trying to change my reservation the only thing they could do was pretend they wanted to help me but kept transferring my call between employees. I spoke to around 7 different people that day until they got tired of pretending and hang up the phone. The nerve of these people!

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large, the showers are great, and the views are amazing. The styling has character and the beds are comfortable. We had an executive room and the lounge was excellent both for the amazing service and phenomenal views. Breakfast was great with made to order eggs and a variety of other tasty food. The included evening happy hour also had good snacks and drinks. The staff in the lounge learned our names and preferences at the first visit and welcomed us warmly every time we attended, they really made our time in the hotel special. We'll stay at the Hilton Reforma any time we are in Mexico City.

Unbelievably amazing hotel! I stayed for 2 nights and the entire time there was perfect. All staff speak perfect English and are friendly and professional. The outdoor pool is beautiful and a great place to relax. The breakfast had lots of options and each section was always full of food. The BEST part was the bedroom. I stayed in the Latino Tower View JR Suite and it was huge!! Huge bed, huge bathroom, walk in wardrobe and the view was breathtaking!! Make sure you wake up early to catch the sunrise, I have never seen such a beautiful sunrise watching it appear over the mountains in the distance :) The location is perfect too, right is the Historic Centre.

The place to pamper yourself. It worth the value! The food was very good. The amenities definitely outweigh the cost for the stay. There are so many options in this hotel, but be aware that the spa services cost more than the surrounding businesses. The sauna, pools, and hot tub are free, though.

Great location and great lobby. The rooms are on the older side and the sink and piping doesn't seem to work well. Doesn't drain. They asked me to prepay and my 9 day trip was cut short. The refund takes 15 days which is messing with my business expense report.

Great location and nice hotel. We are Diamonds and were upgraded to a huge corner room with nice views. The location is convenient to the historic district and right off Reforma which is a main drag. Executive lounge for breakfast and dinner was great, shout out to the staff there especially Ulises…they all learned our drink preferences by the end of our stay.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, and walkable to many sites of interest. The room was beautiful with great views. Staff very friendly. The only issue I had was the bathroom. There was a wad of hair on the shower/tub surround. I can understand that it blended with the veining of the marble, and so was missed, but it means that they didn't clean very well. We did mention it to staff, but they never went up to clean it. I would have given a worse rating, but like I said the location and rest of the hotel was fine.

I often stay at the Hilton as I come to Mexico City for business trips regularly. I stayed here again recently. All the staff were super friendly as always, especially in the spa, and I have had some very good massages here. However, I must say that the general maintenance standards of the spa seem to have slipped. There was a lack of shampoo and shower gel as the dispensers were either empty or missing completely (there are clearly quite a few wall fittings missing). The steam room was closed. The water in the showers seemed to run either super hot or cold. I noticed that there were less towels readily available too. The general feeling was that the spa is not being maintained well. It’s a shame. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

This is a tremendously great hotel, with great staff and management, wonderful location. The price has gone up a lot, I guess because of the exchange rate. My one and only complaint is that the dinner in the Executive Lounge is no longer very good. Before the pandemic, they had a chef who was truly a five-star chef. Now the food is basically nasty, tasteless, unimaginative. But i still stay at this hotel, because of the wonderful service, location, uniformly professional staff.

Loved the stay here. It was extremely convenient and affordable. All of the amenities available are listed on the site. The gym was great. The rooftop was amazing and the pool was small but overall a great energy. And if you’re looking for something simple, and straightforward that’s located in the history, District, all of the workers were extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast in the lobby was really good on the right hand side when exiting. The restaurant on left-hand side when exiting is more just for the looks not so much the quality.

A solid choice for being central between all the areas and 5 minutes walk from the metro as well. Great location and views from rooms, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and a big comfy king bed with great bedding and pillows. By comparison, the bathroom towels were a bit thin! Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a special welcome for our birthday trip to Mexico. Only downside is that the pool looses sun from 2/3pm as the rooms in the tower cast a shadow, but great for a morning swim. The terrace restaurant was closed and there was a bit of maintenance work happening when we were there by the basketball court. Would recommend.

This hotel is amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so nice & greets you. The pool water is so warm that you just want to stay in all day... The bar & restaurants are great! Let's not forget about the spa if you need a massage its right there... my kids & I loved this hotel. We are looking forward to coming back when we are in the city again.

This is a great hotel for business or leisure travel. It's clean and well situated within walking distance of many tourist destinations and food options. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Some staff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay. Carlos and Leonel in particular were amazing. If you have Diamond status with Hilton, it actually makes a difference at this hotel. If they're not fully booked, you'll most likely get an upgrade. You will also have access to the executive lounge which offers breakfast and snacks/drinks in the evening.

Clean spacious rooms- we were upgraded to a Master Suite. Service was really good and particularly as diamond members we had lovely cocktails and appetizers in the evening. Location is good but I preferred other areas which were within walking distance

Definitely a top facility for lodging, business event, or informal gathering, among many other purposes. Most of the personnel is very courteous and polite, test to help in whatever needs their guests (and non-guests) might have. Really liked it. Almost as good as the branch at the AICM-T1.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean. The front desk was very accommodating, fulfilling our requests and needs. We held our daughter's wedding there and was blown away by their preparations, their attentive staffing, fulfilling our every desire and surpassing our expectations. We honestly could not have been more pleased, and see no room for improvement. Keep up the good work Hilton Mexico City Reforma!!

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy. The front desk was very accommodating, fulfilling our requests and needs. We held our daughter's wedding there and was blown away by their preparations, their attentive staffing, fulfilling our every desire and surpassing our expectations. Sadly, there was a huge downpour of heavy rain right before the outdoor wedding, and the staff jumped right on it. They moved the wedding chairs 3 different times and the trellis also that was covered with flowers. They made it such a positive, easily negotiated experience, despite our disappointment with the rain, and there was never a complaint from them or acting put out. I was so appreciative of their "can do" spirit and their positive attitude. Because of this, the wedding was still a very wonderful experience! The flowers they provided for the table was exquisite and matched her colors perfectly. The food for the dinner was extraordinary, in presentation and taste, and there was more than adequate servers who did an excellent job. We honestly could not have been more pleased, and see no room for improvement. Keep up the good work Hilton Mexico City

I fly in from the States and stay at the Hilton Reforma for the location. This hotel is located in the historic center of Mexico City and convenient to many restaurants, monuments, and even a park. There's so much to do within a 10-20 minute walk! The staff members are friendly and usually speak decent English. The rooms are clean but could use maintenance on small things. However, the views are nice. Also, I really like the gym for the space and equipment.

Everything was perfect except the room temp. The thermostat will not adjust past a certain temp and if you want to be in a cooler room to sleep - this is not the hotel to do it in. The room was hot and it was a pretty uncomfortable two nights of sleep. I want to give this a 5/5 but can't because it was miserable to sleep in. Otherwise: clean! spacious! great view! I'd recommend it to friend who will be in town for one ngiht. The restaurant(s) on the first floor are amazing! The location puts you close to everything!

Just finished my 3rd stay here and couldn’t be happier about the experience. Everyone, from the reception to the concierge and breakfast staff provide excellent, friendly service. They always do their best to give Diamond members an upgrade to the executive floor. Rooms are well appointed and housekeeping does a fantastic job. I expect I’ll be staying here a lot more in the future.

We have a lovely stay at this Hilton. We were on the top floor, in a suite and had access to the executive lounge. The lounge is very spacious and Breakfast was great. The evening cocktails was okay: Drinks very good, and the food was just okay. But what made our stay here special were the staff, specially two people in the executive lounge: Leonel and Carlos. So we really want to thank them for all their support. The hotel is very well located to Centro Historica. The Alameda Park across the street is great for walking and it is to good to the subway stations if you are willing use, which we highly recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice but the service... not so much. We were told we had 4 free breakfast vouchers at check in and when we came in the next morning to use the four free vouchers they verified with us that we did, in fact, have 4 free breakfasts. When the check came, it showed that only two breakfasts were free. When we asked the server what the reason was, he said that they had made a mistake. They called down to ask how many vouchers we had and turns out we only had two. Why should we have to pay for their careless mistake? It was verified with us TWICE that we had four so we were under the impression the whole time that we wouldn't have to pay for four breakfasts. It isn't the fact that we had to pay, it's the fact that this mistake wasn't made clear to us from the beginning and there was no effort made to try and make things right.

Nice location in city. East Uber trips to restaurants and any place else you want to visit. The staff was very courteous. They attended to one issue with the room coming and their solution provided was very generous. Several restaurants to choose from on property. My wife used the gym and lap pool and enjoyed it. The executive lounge was busy on the weekends for breakfast. Would recommend.

1000% recommend this property. If you are a Diamond member, so many of your benefits will kick in - the executive lounge access in particular. The property is modern, sleek, and very clean. My room felt very clean as well. The staff is patient, understanding, and so very helpful. This includes staff in the executive lounge, breakfast restaurant, Sonora restaurant, literally every team member there. I was able to easily take a COVID test very last minute due to change-of-business-plans (Antigen test, ~600 MXN) thanks to Jaime. I had to keep extending my stay, and there was no issue with that. Coordinating private transport to-and-from my business site was smooth (charge to the room or use credit card or cash...I had no cash, so this option was necessary). Setting up a 4:15 AM ride to the airport was also not a problem. The Sonora restaurant was delicious - 100% recommend for steaks, chicken, salads, and even a veggie burger. I felt very welcomed and taken care of at Hilton Reforma, and I hope they continue such excellent service!

I can only speak for the amenities that we used when visiting. This hotel allows you to visit their pool and use the shower/changing rooms. The price was about $50usd/person for whole day access to just that. The pool was nice, there was an indoor one and an outdoor one. The outdoor one isn’t temperature controlled, indoor one was. The showers were fine, they did have soap/shampoo. But no lotion on the outside to put on. They had a table with some chlorophyll water which is a nice taste. They are prompt on notifying you when it’s closing time so you can make yourself to the changing area. The entrance fee includes a drink a yogurt I believe. But I’ve heard from others that they switch up what is offered (either a yogurt or salad bowl). Nice hotel and a good place to take your children if you want access to a pool that is indoors and not deep. Can’t say how deep the outdoor one is but it looked like people were doing laps on that one when I was looking out from the window.

This was hands down the best place I have ever stayed on any of my travels. The building is beautiful and clean. The staff were all extremely kind and caring. The location is in such a great area, I highly recommend anyone traveling to Mexico City to stay here. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Mexico City.

The only place I’ll stay in CDMX! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We stayed in the Alameda suite which was fantastic. A jacuzzi tub overlooking the park and Palacio, a separate bedroom without windows so it was completely quiet at night (lots of street noise otherwise!) and the club floor was nice for breakfast, snacks in the evening, and nonalcoholic drinks during the day. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel. It has a very nice gym and spa. There are also inside and outside pools. The Executive Lounge on the 26th floor serves a great buffet and a la carte breakfast. The service is stellar. The best thing is the view to the east. On a clear day you can see half of Ixtaccíhuatl and all of Popocatépetl. I saw smoke come out of El Popo this morning.

Top notch service, from the concierge to the journey ambassador to the waiters/waitresses in the Exec lounge. They definitely treat Diamond members great. Upgraded me to an amazing room. Exec lounge breakfast is really good. Happy hour is great. Hotel offers airport pick up. Special shout out to Concierge Nayeli. She gave so many awesome restaurant recos and was so friendly and patient. Hospitality at its greatest! Also shout out to Carlos in the Journey Ambassador for all the hospitality before and during my stay. My third time staying here and I will always make this my go to place for my future Mex City visits!

I detour and make time to visit the best hotel in Mexico City. Indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, gym, spa and customer service is outstanding. Happy hour on the 26th. Floor. That’s also where you check in if you have status. Welcomed with a Victoria beer and bags carried to the door. Amazing views and convenient location. It’s a must go.

My favorite place to stay for over 15 years. Staff is always very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The view and the proximity to el Centro and the many museums make the location ideal for a gateway or business.

I felt very safe and supported throughout my stay. When we needed help getting tests arranged for travel everything was done for us making the process incredibly easy and stress free. Hotel is in a good location and has facilities still open for use which was a relief. My only slight negative - which is probably more of a general Hilton thing and not specific to this hotel - is that the rooms are not very cheerful.

A great stay at the Hilton. I won't look elsewhere for my next stay in Mexico City. The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and eager to please. I loved the executive lounge and and great people providing service there. The location is fantastic. The only things to possibly nitpick about are that the AC fan was noisy and the water flow in the bathroom sink was weak, else it was perfect. The Hilton was a highlight of our stay in CDMX. Thank you to all of the staff we interacted with, that made us feel so welcome.

Stayed for 10 days and was very satisfied. I switched from Marriott and Sheraton nearby the Angel of Independence and it is definitely an upgrade in all aspects. To be fair, Sheraton has an awesome gym but the rooms I stayed all had different issues like weird smell and constant mechanic noises. Marriott wasn’t a pleasant stay, the room was with no view at all and staffs weren’t welcoming at all. This Hilton property is nice and clean, very quiet room and the staff from executive lounge to the gym are all amazing. I will definitely choose this place when I return to CDMX next time

It's very nice. I just went in to the bar and got a mango frozen margarita. It was delicious and had tajin on the rim. My drink cost around $220 pesos, which is a bit over my budget but that's also why I'm not staying here as a guest. There's also an ATM located near the restrooms. Their restrooms are clean and the staff are very nice.

Wonderful experience at this property. As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a Jr. Suite and the executive lounge happy hours were amazing! Manuel was like our personal bartender -- great guy! We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat, as it has everything you need. El Cardenal had the best traditional Mexican food we enjoyed on our trip (the Coloradito Mole was our favorite) and Sonora Prime had AMAZING Red Snapper and Steak! You could stay at this hotel, assuming you have executive lounge access, and be very comfortable never leaving the premises for days! The sole complaint was the Christmas Brunch: it was a ripoff for 1500 pesos. Small selection, and barely anyone there. There's better breakfast brunches at hotels in Miami and New York for half the price.

Excellent hotel located right into Mexico City downtown. Superb service and comfortable rooms. Be aware if you got allergies, this is a pet friendly location, even though cleaning is done professionally you can eventually find some pets. Sound isolation is real good, even with with some barking dogs. Lobby gets a little crowded.

Regardless of the event that was ongoing at Mexico City during my stay, the staff made sure I was pleased with the accommodation I received. It's amazing how small but pleasant details can make a night's stay going from nice to extremely pleasant.

Mexico City is a big city, with any big cities there are questions and doubts. Hilton La Reforma provides the answers to your questions and eliminates doubt and apprehension. This hotel is fully loaded, well staffed and right in the heart of Mexico City. The front desk, maids, bellhops and security work for it's patrons 24/7. Most, if not all of the staff speaks English and you can tell their passion is to make you feel at home. I almost feel like I'm at a resort. I recommend this hotel to first timers in the city from anywhere in the globe. There is an information desk if you need to find things to do and directly to the right there are tour buses. My recommendation is take out a little extra cash and tip the workers at the Hilton Reforma throughout the day. It is not required but their passion is serving their clients and when you hand them a tip and thank them for their service their eyes light up and what else is cooler than brightening up someone else's day while on vacation or work who's mission objective is to make you feel at ease and at home.

Excellent hotel that has great staff and customer service. Concierge was very helpful and provided EXCELLENT service for COVID requirements getting back in the states. It was about $40 US dollars per person and extremely easy. We both agree that this was a top Hilton stay for us. It was also easy speaking with everyone since most spoke English. We'll definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great one week stay at this hotel the week leading up to Easter. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff are warm and welcoming. One of the best Hilton hotels I have stayed at. Excellent location in Alameda Park steps away from the central historical district with a plethora of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days. A few minor complaints: provided one towel the sound on TV wasn't working so we had to call the front desk we had put a sign for housekeeping one day and they never came they gave us one toilet paper on the roll In general, so many rooms and people here, we just felt like a number. Didn't get that personal feel but that happens in a manor city Some benefits of this hotel Concierge was very helpful and honest Breakfast was delicious Printed our tickets for the bus to Puebla at the front desk Close to city center

I would like to say all Hilton employees were super attentive to guest needs, polite and always willing to help. The amenities were top of the line. You have an amazing hot tub in the women’s bathroom located at the gym. We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. 'We would highly recommend, especially for business! Our double room was huge! It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. There were 2 tvs, a sitting area and the bathroom was spacious. The beds were relatively comfortable but not the best. We ate in one of the restaurants at the hotel and it was delicious! Breakfast had tons of options and was good. They had lactose free milk, which was much appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this clean, modern and well located hotel.

The hotel is staffed and run to the highest standard. We had such a good experience in every aspect. We were treated with the upmost kindness our entire stay. Include the breakfast buffet, if you get a chance. The food was delicious and varied everyday, the service was excellent, and the view wonderful. It was our favorite part of our day. We got scammed our first day taking a street taxi cab. Concierge arranged an immediate driver for us whenever we needed it, even return trips back to the hotel with an excellent hotel private driver for very low, pre-arranged cab prices. The battery went out on our room door the first day of our stay. Without any inconvenience to us, the manager moved our belongings to a new room for us and was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Very impressive. The housekeeping is kind and so good at what they do. The rooms are very clean and good quality. The lobby has fabulous atmosphere and is a great place to relax. The restaurants on site are excellent. The food prepared in the hotel has the highest safety standards and is superb quality. The room service dishes were excellent. Even the pizza! There was a huge event on the street outside the hotel during our stay. The security of the staff was excellent and it was easy to come in and out but feel secure at the same time. I can’t say enough about the excellent service of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Without a doubt we will return to the Hilton Reforma on our next visit.

I stayed on the Hilton Reforma from August 2-15. 13 days altogether The facilities are great, also great location. I have to mention several people who made our stay unforgettable. Sofia at the bar, she was very friendly and great customer service and margaritas, Jennifer at the vip lounge, she was great. Diana at the front desk, very helpful gave us a great room with view. Erika the room steward, she was excellent, always ensure that the room was clean and extra water. Julio Quintero at the Sonora restaurant excellent customer service great knowledge about food and drinks

Five stars could have been awarded if not for a couple of improvements. The room was not as well cleaned and only with reminder was it resolved. It does not have a mini bar, and no amenities aside from 2 towels (Covid excuse). Bring your own. It was just a room to stay at. Fortunately the associates were responsive and very helpful and the stars are for them, not the Hilton brand. Thanks Carlos and team from the executive lounge for your help.

Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the room itself. I got a junior suite. The location is prime location in reforma area. The rooms very very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were very courteous.their breakfast was good and I also ate at the Sonoma prime grill . I enjoyed both. I would stay here again. Though the prices were a little bit on the higher end, it is justified for the luxury it offers. If you plan ahead you can book rooms at nominal prices. The lobby bar was good and the bartender was great.

Everything from check-in to the actual room was great. Unfortunately, a bag was stolen from our room and we lost quite a bit of clothing and materials we needed for the rest of our vacation. If you stay, make sure to not let the cleaning staff into the room if you want to leave with your bags.

Very nice hotel, as you would expect from a Hilton. Large, spacious rooms with tea and coffee, minibar, some toiletries etc. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment but overall food did look good. Well positioned for a walk-about. Check out the inside of the post office by the theatre. Stunning piece of architecture!!! Only criticism was the aircon was noisy, even on low setting and for the first few days it wouldn't cool down. That was rectified quite easily but still noisy.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room with a wonderful view. Would highly recommend staying here the only thing to currently keep in mind is that if you are having breakfast at the hotel give yourself extra time as there is often a short wait to get seated and a wait to get hot food due the Covid measures they are taking in their dining room.
