Great hotel, perhaps one of the best hotels in its price range. The rooms are small but comfortable, perfect for the tourist who will not be sleeping in. Restrooms are adequate, shower pressure like you wont believe and with hot water on command. Friendly staff and just blocks away from main sites.

They care more about you wearing your mask in the lobby than getting a good night’s rest. The pillows were awful and replacement pillows were just as bad.

Great location and staff are super friendly and attentive. Even though spanish is not my first language, the amazing staff and I were able to communicate and you can book your packages in the lobby too. The breakfast is a great way to start the day without a hassle (condensed milk for coffee and mini waffle maker!!) The room is great and cozy and provides tranquility after a long day of exploring the city.

Perfect location. Everything went well from check-in to check out. Friendly and professional staff. The room and bathroom were very clean, with nice eco-friendly touches. Very comfy bed. Vegan soap! It was very peaceful at night. I liked the rain shower with great water pressure, and yes the water can be very hot if you like it that way! Best ever make-up lighting in a hotel bathroom lol. Okay, gotta report the downside, which was the weak/slow WiFi. It was decent on my friend's MacBook Air but not on either of our iPhones. See other reviews - maybe it was just our devices. All in all, I thought the price was very reasonable for what I got, and I will stay there again.

Great location within walking distance to main sights, ATMs, coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants and taco stands opened 24 hours. Clean and quiet room (ours was on the side of the hotel not the front). Reception desk was a bit short-staffed so getting service was quite slow. Better and harder pillows would also provide more support. No safe box. Excellent place to stay for the price range.

This hotel was very comfortable to work and rest. I chose it because their location was great to take transport to the place I was visiting for work and, it was the best decision.

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, great location near the Revolution Monument, Alameda Park, Bellas Artes, and the Zocolo. There is a subway entrance next door (Juarez Station), and the metro bus is just a block away.

My partner and I stayed on the 9th floor and had a window overlooking Mexico City. The room was clean and the shower pressure was great. Friendly staff and good location. I would stay here again 👍

Very helpful staff and air conditioning was great. Very central and a few minutes walk from the cuidadela and some very nice restaurants / coffee shops / global brands like mcdonalds and subway if you are a tourist and want to play it safe with food.

My experience was better than expected. The rooms were a little small, but very comfortable and clean. We were 5 people but, I wish they had a room where they could fit all 5 people like other hotels. For example having two queen beds and maybe a sofa or an extra bed for a reasonable extra cost ( other companies do have that option). Otherwise, the experience was good, location is good (not too far away from " La Alameda", 5 minutes max). The hotel was new, it smelled new and was very clean. I hope it will continue to stay that way. Very friendly staff and appreciated that security guard was there at the door. Loved that you had to use your key to enter the hotel at late hours and also to be able to use the elevator. Liked the contemporary design for the rooms.

The shower didn't have soap any of the days we stayed. The staff wasn't very helpful and sometimes rude. The hotel can spend a little more in more comfortable pillows as the 3 we got could barely count as 1 when put together. The hotel is really nice and in an excellent location ; very clean; comfy rooms but it needs work on those little details to make it excellent.

Really nice staff, the lobby has a retro touch to it, its modern and just overall really good design. It may not be the best place for families with children for it is hotel around lots of parties and it may be loud, not to mention theres (rarely)suspicious people walking around just like any swarmed area, so please be careful. The rooms are the right fit for a sleep and go scenario, it may not be the best for big families. But its a good area, its a surrounded by lots of locals and cultural food.it also has amazing places to take pictures at. Thr food is really good, it has a basics (egg, yogurt, fruit and bread) But also has chilaquiles which ais a mexicsm casual breakfast. The room itself is nice with a amazing view if you get a higher levelroom, it isn't the most spacious room but its perfect for a easy sleep and go. The bathroom is a modern design and the water has good temperature. Something i love about the bathroom is that they use recycled water for the toilet which is very good for the environment. Overall its a good hotel with good locals and amzing service, i do recommend.

Nice rooms, check in was quick. The hotel is very nice, and the room was nice as well. There was a stain on the bed sheet but that wasn't a big issue. The rooms aren't very soundproof but everyone was quiet, you could just hear the toilets and doors opening and closing. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.

Ibis balances low prices with euro chiqueness. One might say it is like staying at an IKEA. Given COVID, they offered the option to bring up your breakfast. The staff was world class. The manager was quick to respond to emails as was another member of the administrative team. The security guard and front desk staff were eager to provide directions. Free bottles of water mean you are not nickeled and dimed. It is great for public transportation. If you are really on a budget, you can take the Metro (subway) from the airport to the Juarez station, which is located 500 ft away. You can also take the MetroBus to the Hidalgo station. This will cost about 30 cents USD. In my case, my flight arrived a little after midnight, so the trains and buses weren’t running. UBER, was about $4 USD - there was no traffic at that time,p. Given their rates in Mexico, it shouldn’t be much more during the day. Across the street there is a 7-Eleven. Note: They also have a rewards program. Just pay a few pesos for a card, and you can scan it into the Mexico app. The hotel is near the Alameda Park (it’s like strolling in Paris), and the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Check out the Palacio de Correos across from the Palacio (make sure to have a look inside. You can Google “Adamo Boari architect,” and you will see what I mean. You will love these sites and the hotel!!!

Parking is under renovation and staff doesn’t even care about guest parking. In a city like mexico its very difficult to get a parking.

Salvador. Thank you very much for all the kindness and gentle service you have had with us. It is pleased for a foreigner to encounter such good service, attention and kindness in one person. You have made our trip a much better experience due to your service, and have imprinted the best of what a Mexican is in its essence. Thank you
