I stayed at Sheraton Santa Fe during one of my business trips . The gym is a bit small , but fair compared to the other gyms in hotels . The room includes a smart tv , desk area , walk-in closet ... It was very clean and comfortable. I ordered room service everyday

It was my wife’s birthday and I asked if the hotel could prepare any cake. They prepared a wonderful surprise for her. Excellent service, experience and excellent employees!

One of the first hotels in the zone, its old fashioned from outside, but still amazing drom inside, food its really good, I attend to an event and the saloon its perfect, it has been renewed to still look like new! Its not so expensive as other hotels more new on the zone but still being a perfect option. Its well located near to lot of activities shopping centers and restaurants just by walking 3 mins from it.

I called the hotel to inquire about the services available for Platinum and Titanium members and was greeted by Tania who answered all of my questions. I managed to get a weekend rate for two nights at 104 USD which I think for the regular room was well worth the price. The executive floor with larger rooms and suites was open but the lounge was not. Due to the lounge closure I was able to have my breakfast and evening snacks and drinks with my partner in the lobby. I felt the hotel was very stingy about the quantities of drink and food given in the restaurant.. especially in lieu of what I would normally have recieved in the lounge. Upon check-in I was told by Tania that no master suites were available for upgrade but I was offered the presidental suite at an extra 58 USD a night. In the end it was an extra 116 USD for a total of 220 USD which I think was a great deal considering the usual price of the presidental suite. After a quick tour of the presidental suite and the regular room that I had reserved I jumped at the amazing offer. Some areas for improvement I arrived around 9pm so there was a lot happening in a short amount of time but the bellman was not immediately available to help with my baggage as I have grown accustomed to at other Sheraton hotels in Mexico. Also at the time of check-in it would have been nice to know the full price of the upsell with tax included, it's a small difference... but I have still liked to know the full price before making deciding on the purchase. Another issue at check-in... I was not offered my welcome choice benefit as an elite member which surprised me. Despite the shortfalls I was happy with the overall experience. The suite itself was very good with two balconies but no seating area or lighting option on either balcony. The jacuzzi and bubble bath was the best feature considering how few hotels have jacuzzis in Mexico. The seating areas were very comfortable, the 3 rooms in the suite plus 2 bathrooms were all in good working order. Decor in the room could be slightly updated but otherwise very comfortable room. The lobby was very open, spacious and comfortable. I loved the decor in the lobby and restaurant.

A nice hotel with serious but classy finishes, a recommended place if a hotel is required

They said I got a standard room. This might have been the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Very modern and clean, with an excellent layout. Nice staff. Breakfast buffet was the only underwhelming part of the experience.

Hotel really needs to be updated, it looks dated, furniture scratched and my particular room upon check in had hairs and crumbs on the bed. They did change the room and it was "better" ... staff is very friendly and apologetic of the lack of cleanliness all around...

Nice rooms in a modern hotel nestled in the mountains of western Mexico City. Not as historic as the Sheraton Maria Isabel on Plaza Reforma near the angel de independencia.

Conveniently located in walking distance to the Ibero. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The service is impeccable, and the included breakfast is a fantastic buffet. I highly recommend this hotel if you must stay in Santa Fe.

Great place, so educated staff in the restaurant. I prefer something a little bit more relaxed but overall so good.
