This
place
ruined
my
vacation.
I
was
treated
like
trash,
ignored
by
staff,
staff
rolling
their
eyes,
so
much
so
that
my
partner
ended
up
in
tears.
One
of
the
worst
experiences
I
have
ever
had.
Numerous
things
happened
and
we
tried
brushing
it
off
to
enjoy
our
vacation,
but
it
was
too
much.
It
began
with
them
giving
us
the
wrong
room
and
had
a
back
and
forth
to
get
what
we
paid
for.
After
getting
our
new
room
we
tried
taking
a
nap,
but
loud
construction
began
on
the
room
below
us.
We
called
the
front
desk
and
were
told
construction
would
continue
till
a
certain
time
(construction
started
up
the
next
morning
too),
so
we
went
upstairs
to
use
their
roof
top
restaurant.
Our
server
(Fernando
or
Freddy)
gave
us
our
first
drinks
and
never
returned
-
waited
for
more
than
half
an
hour
-
only
to
see
him
later
counting
his
tips.
I
finally
asked
the
manager
and
turned
out
our
server
had
left
for
lunch.
Not
only
that,
but
other
servers
just
stared
at
me
and
refused
to
help
as
well,
knowing
full
well
my
server
had
left.
Then
I
had
the
misfortune
of
asking
Fatima
for
the
name
of
my
server,
where
she
rolled
her
eyes,
scoffed
and
pretended
not
to
understand
me.
Save
yourself
the
headache
and
do
not
come
here.
I
am
not
sure
if
they
have
had
a
change
in
management,
but
these
were
some
of
the
issues
we
experienced
and
not
all.
