Grumpy front desk staff. The Air conditioner was not working properly. For the price, it should be better customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for any tourist. May be it works for the local and/ or business clients but the hospitality is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely disappointed with my stay here.

This place has a great location. If you decide to stay here you'll have access to great restaurants in the surrounding areas. All sanitary measures are in place. The front desk is right in the middle of the lobby. There is a big green sofa behind the front desk that is frankly uncomfortable. They have their business center next to the front desk in an open area. Everything is clean and works fine in that area.👍 A good thing: the room I got first was on the first floor. A not so good thing; it had a view to the tanks of gas. I requested a different room and got one on the 4th floor, that was a good thing. A not so good thing the wall that allowed the great view I had from the room, was made out of glass. The whole wall was a huge window, and it made the room so hot (81 degrees inside) it was necessary to keep the AC going and the darkening curtains closed...😲, good bye view during the day. Since I had to wear a face mask in public areas, I had to work from my room instead of working from the business center. I decided to use paper clips to hold the curtains closed and the people at the front desk saved the day. 😀 Over all I liked the hotel and definitely loved the service the employees provided. From the front desk to housekeeping. Thanks for your great work.

Best part was the location, views of the city, and air conditioning. Rooms were comfortable but not luxurious. Valet parking was helpful. Staff was pleasant.

Great room & service at a very reasonable rate. The room & bathroom were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were efficient and friendly. My only suggestion would be to get those windows washed often - the pigeons are totally spoiling what could be a nice city view. Location is not the best, square at the intersection of two major thoroughfares with significant traffic. The nightlife around the intersection can get... interesting, but I never felt unsafe.

Cool hotel. Nice standards. Not a very cheap one, its a little extensive but nice. The bathrooms without bathtub, I would preferred one...

I run a small design studio in Canada and we frequently work in Mexico City. Over the years, my staff often stays at Fiesta Inn hotels as the chain has modern, clean, well-located properties at reasonable prices. On my team's most recent stay on February 8 my cameraman asked the staff in the lobby to look after three cases of photographic and lighting equipment while he went to the front desk to get change for tips. Returning seconds after, two of three cases had been stolen. We have CCTV footage showing the theft taking place in the hotel's property, - it is unclear if the thief acted in collusion with hotel staff. We have the police report, all documentation of the stolen gear and many emails with courteous manager Adriana Gómez, who assured us that their insurance would help us. It has been three weeks since we last heard from them after repeated emails, so we fear the worst. My recommendation is to stay at this hotel during a holiday if you are not bringing anything valuable, - as a business hotel it fails to guarantee the most basic of needs: protection from thieves.

Regular beds, pillows are too high for my comfort. We did not get our room clean one day of our four night stance. Personnel are very kind and helpful. Rooms are big, modern and clean.

Beautiful modern clean and well staffed. Rooms very contemporary and bright. Beds very comfortable and for my part, excellent firm pillows. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the service in the restaurant is exemplary.

Nice place to stay, but not the best Hotel comparing with the rate. The Gym is incredible small if we can consider that a gym. Service sometimes is really bad talking to much time or not responding to your requests.

It's a nice hotel, well located and with spacious rooms. However I'd say that in comparison to other local hotels the food is priced too highly and the air conditioning is rather loud so I needed to turn it off to sleep. That said, it is a good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, and I'd happily start there again.

Worst customer service ever. I would give cero, for the moment we got there everything was horrible, they go confused with our reservation and made us wait in the lobby forever without even offering g a glass of water. We left early I. The morning and by the time we got back to it 4pm still no room cleaning HORRIBLE ! No one apologized to us , the manager was never in to complaint or talk, I will never go back to this place. Last but not least to apologize they decided to leave in our room that was more than 80 degrees ham and cheese in a plate omg ! Really ?! Zero delicacy, like no one care at all.

Well located. Not too far from many places. Make sure you confirm your reservation with the hotel, not with third parties. Quiet place and people were kind. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and they have a small gym in the first floor.

Good location between Roma and Condesa (10 mins walk) Room spacious enough but bathroom was small and had no ventilation or extractor, also the room had no way to open a window (floor to ceiling windows) so it always felt stuffy. Service is good, i say overall an ok place to stay

A safe and friendly hotel with nice coffee in the reception. the staff are helpful and speak very good English. the gym is a little crazy as its in full view of everyone but the equipment works well and its nice to be in such a hotel in Mexico city. The breakfast has a large choice and the dinner was good too.

Great location. Great view from rooms. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms didn't have a mini fridge.

I fly to Mexico City alot for business this is the only hotel I will stay. Alejandro in the restaurant is an amazing pro. Guadalupe at the front desk is a customer service rock star! The hotel is clean and sincerely cares for its guests🫡🙌🤩

Very good service. When we got to the room, we realized that the aircon didn't work, so we reported it and they fixed it very quickly. Room service takes like 30 min, even for ice, but still good. I have been here a couple of times and definitely will come again. Excellent location too.
