Basic budget experience. Tea on executive floor was a nice touch but the rooms have no amenities at all and are very small. Two people MAX with little luggage.

Walls are a bit on the thin side, but overall a good experience.

The location is great. A few meters from a shopping mall.

Room small and basic, no coffee, iron, only a hair drier. Beds were ok but my wife was bitten in the night, so likely have bedbugs. Some towels were threadbare, and the shower was weak although always with hot water. Charging 1300 a night is not worth it, The breakfast looked very basic too so we ate at the Fiesta Inn next door.

This hotel is in a very nice place , cus you can enjoy of the restaurants in the mall next to the hotel. And has a view to the Azteca stadium very nearby from here. It’s the second time that I’m stay here. And I will back for sure 😎🙌

The Ac is global, you cannot adjust the temp for your room, free Internet is extremely slow, the rooms are fine, clean and somewhat comfy

It was a good but simple hotel. The service is good, and the breakfast is pretty decent but is just a bussiness hotel, in case you are searching something fancy this one is not for you. Although, it's look is pretty clean and modern

See, the One Hotel is the cheap version of the Fiesta Inn - but it make sense. It's a good price for a nice room you'll use just to sleep. Clean, friendly and quiet I am enjoying my stay. Curiously bathrooms/restrooms are in better condition compared to the Fiesta Inn.

Low capacity for income-efficient registration. Extremely slow collection systems. The staff offered no solution alternatives. The facilities and comfort are of acceptable levels as a service experience there are many aspects to improve. There is a lot of noise in the rooms, they should have iron in the rooms as there is only one ironing room for the whole hotel and that is uncomfortable to have to leave your room to iron.

This time the place was a little miskept. Some trash on the corridor floors and it was specially noisy at nights with a group of kids staying to attend a singing/talent contest. This is not a budget hotel, but a cheap hotel, so can't ask for what you are not paying, although cleanliness is a must any place, right?

Second time I stayed in this hotel, and this time it was even better! The breakfast is better than before and with more variety! The rest is the same good as usual! Great stay.

Budget experience. No frills. Far from sight- seeing. Good shipping mall closeby. Very helpful staff. Especially Laura.
