Breakfast was so-so, yummy juice mix, tho. Not enough lounge chairs for the pool area.

Offffff it is very difficult to put into words all the romance, beauty, tranquility, good energy! You fall asleep from your open window of the room and hear the rustling water!In the late afternoon, when all the lights are on, you can take a romantic stroll through beautifully irresistible gardens!we visited it 2 times and will come back for more❤

Wonderful place, everlasting spring in winter

This Spa & Resort is very nice. If one is looking for a nice weekend escape away for relaxing and enjoyable quiet time this is very nice spot. It also has big rooms to conduct business meetings. So for integration and networking it is also a very good option. Attention and service is really good. Gardens and open areas are really nice and well maintained. Restaurant is good, meals are really good, so no need leave the resort looking for meals. Restaurant atmosphere is also very nice decorated. In fact all buildings have a nice look from the outside. Perhaps, the rooms and furniture need some maintainance, but keeping its style which is really nice. It also has parking lot and valet service. The Spa & Resort is in Jiutepec, Morelos area and surroundings not that nice. But again, inside the resort one can get a good experience.

Rooms were a mix of rustic and modern. Great sound barrier though from top floors. The gym was closed so that was a bummer. The pools were open and were super nice. I needed some ironing done and a lady came at 10PM to do it. The entrance security team was professional as well.

Beautiful resort with great staff and accommodations! My husband and I had a wonderful time.

Expected more from the hotel. Towels had holes, there were ants in the bathroom, a cockroach in the bedroom, the fan was broken, and roads are made of gravel inside. Service was good and people strived to make the stay special. I wouldn’t stay a second time here.

Nice place for a quiet , peaceful, but expensive stay: the rooms are very spacious, but lacking a hairdryer, amnities for coffee or tea, a tv ( but that is not required here) and a directory to find your way around. A part from that, the staff is very helpful and kind.

Very pretty landscape but there where a couple of dead fish near our villa and a beer can in the back, no AC so you will suffer in the summer and there where no lights on the outside so it was really hard getting inside our villa. Besides from that the restaurant was very delicious for the breakfast buffet. I did not rty any other amenities.

This is a beautiful place where you will be able to relax and be in contact with the nature. The service is excellent!

It is a wonderful place! I enjoyed it a lot. Tropical climate. Amazing garden that admires you. Tons of species of plants, flowers, birds....very peaceful atmosphere.

I believe this is what the Garden of Eden was like. Serene and beautiful.

CAREFUL! My friend planned for her family and friend to stay there for her wedding and four days before the hotel cancelled the reservations and they’re not responding, they’re not even open.
