Very nice and clean hotel. The service was really good too. I would definitely come back.

I had planned a trip to Morelos and stay at this spot earlier this year but due to the pandemic I have not been able to travel there and had to reschedule my trip and was told that I could call them back to reschedule but when I attempted to they said I only had til a certain period of time and that time was over. When I originally planned to visit was on “Semana Santa” in April so their rates were $200USD for the night and I paid half to be able to reserve the room but ended up loosing it because they couldn’t work with me on rescheduling my stay. Their excuse was that I never called them (when I did but the call couldn’t connect or their lines were busy) and claimed that I never picked up when they attempted to contact me which they never did but the fact that they refused to reschedule my stay and kept my money is a messed up way of doing business.

Just amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and elegant. The staff very attentive and the swimming pool with bar was a plus. However the town is very very small and not very well maintained.

Its a beautiful hotel, very pleasurable, the pool is nice and the rooms are big and confortable. The breakfast is incredible, very complete, and so tasty. A really good hotel.

The Hotel Excelaris is the best hotel around here, the rooms are very cleaning and quietly because the location is the best for the hotel, and the service is extremely important to the hotel with you, has a lot of the most important, their people worries about the perfect service.

Didn't stay at this hotel. Went in to ask for information, staff was really helpful and friendly.

Stayed for almkst 2 weeks. Very nice and clean. The only bad thing was the wifi acsessability. And the staff is pretty bad with english, but other then that: super great!
