BEWARE of never ending fees. The hotel was unable to accommodate the wedding coupon for no explicable reason. The breakfast was 560 pesos which felt like extortion. We were also not given even one towel per person in the room, and the pool was too shallow to swim (1.1 m). Finally the lighting in the room was very weak.

Gorgeous gardens........very well kept and magnificently designed. Service pretty lame. Food: mediocre, wanting to be gourmet: yet not at all, would be great to have a Mexican restaurant directed by excellent chefs. The place is designed for events ( There are always all sort of events , from weddings to business workshops, and they do not advise one when making a reservation). If one wants to have a quiet fab vacation, there are always people all over arranging, preparing, and loud music. The rooms are nothing special, TV does not work well, balconies could be great, but the noise and smell of food comes through constantly regardless of gorgeous views. It is a wonderful place to visit as a botanical garden, but would not stay there again. The pools are not fabulous, no shade. One Biologic pool is gorgeous, with plants and no chemicals, yet the place has no privacy, so many people: servers, children, constant preparations for events. Not recommended at all. Just visit the gardens and have a drink.

Gardens are absolutely beautiful! 😍 However, we stayed for only one night and service was so-so: no hot water in shower, telephone had no service for various hours, bottled water over-priced. AND, QR code for menu in room did not work.

You book a hotel like this to rest. You get noise from 8 AM until late hours because NYE event they are hosting makes window in your room shaking. No available sunbeds in the pools from 9 AM. No refrigerator in the room and no soundproofing whatsover. It is a shame of a stay

Magnificent gardens and a well kept hotel. I love all of the sculptures that honor the figure of women in different postures.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Not only are the rooms beautiful and super clean, their gardens are just so beautiful and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. The food at their restaurant is also delicious. They have everything you need to have a wonderful stay here. There's a spa and three pools. I loved, loved, this place. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Cuernavaca. Prices at the restaurant are higher than other similar options.

It is a nice place. 10 min from the city center and close to stores. The hotel welcomes you with nice gardens. Clean rooms. The hotel has a restaurant and two small pools. It was a relaxing experience

If you go to this place be ready to eat the buffet selection is great. The staff is really helpful and the outside sitting is really good. Price is very reasonable and they arranged sitting for groups. It is a very nice hotel if you are looking to stay there. They have a valet parking and you definitely want to use it. They don't charge for it but you off course have to tip. They take credit card and cash as well.

The food is amazing, the vibe is chill, the weather is great, and the people are friendly. Highly recommend for a getaway! Yes it's busy with wedding receptions, conventions, etc., but that adds to the general sense of a well-run hotel at a spectacular location.

Grand stay, phenomenal brunch - a must have for a traveller. Three different pools, including one with fishes!

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The gardens, the pools, the landscaping is beyond excellent. Good place to relax with family, to have a seminar or convention, or to plan a family event. Rooms are large and very nice, and staff is excellent. Would highly recommend.

If you are in town you could stay but if you have a place to stay you can come for the breakfast/lunch buffet. Outside sitting was stupendous.

Garden focused hotel near a supermarket and walking distance from some good restaurants. Simple breakfast on the weekdays and buffet breakfast on the weekends. Would definitely stay here again. Gym is really lacking. Rooms are fine however the outlet is inconvenient to access to plug in your charger.

General experience was good. Sunday's brunch is excellent, but expensive and service is not so good. The rooms and furniture are old.
