The hotel is very nice and clean with a nice hot shower. Their art hardly any channels on the tv mostly news and bad tv shows. No movie channels!! They do have a kitchen but you would think it was prison food although fries and coke are good, hard to mess the two things up. Heating and cooling unit is nice but dosent work very well. Only has one fan setting and temp doesn’t seem to change much. This wasn’t my first choice but wanted to let the kids play in the pool. I guess as an American I’m use to better hotels. One last thing no coffee in the rooms!!!!!!

All in all a good place to stay for one or two nights. The rooms are standardized, clean and enough space. The service was a bit superficial. They were not able to provide water and also it wasn't possible to get a spoon/knife from the restaurant without any discussions. Anyways the price was fair.

The hotel was ok. Don't expect so much. There is no room service. Rooms are big and clean. Continental breakfast isn't really a Continental breakfast. It is a bit disappointed. For someone that doesn't eat a lot for breakfast, it is more than ok. Same for the restaurant, there aren't many choices and no table service.

People at the reception were as kind as can be. Information was easy to get since everyone was highly qualified and knew exactly what I talked about when I talked about multiple day parking. Great breakfast and good meeting place for business.

It's an old hotel, although the location is close to the airport and the Exportec Industrial Park but far away from the sites like Metepec and industrial areas, the rooms are large and is decent for a quick, cheap overnight stay although if you have the budget I'd recommend other hotels.

1-2 nights is OK, actually no restaurant and breakfast is quite simple. No hairdryer in the room

Worst Hotel experience in my life. The receptionist was impolite when questions were asked. The hotel was not able to provide water to the pizza i ordered so i was forced to drink a sweet beverage. In general there was no water available at the hotel.
