    En lo personal NO LOS RECOMIENDO. Por parte de Dolce Gusto en su centro de atención telefónica, me dirigieron con Casa Garcia para brindar servicio al cliente, mi cafetera Genio 2 después de no utilizarla un tiempo y querer volver a utilizar, resultó que trabajaba a medias pues no salía agua, por lo que el centro de atención telefónica me mencionó que Casa García me ayudaría con mi problema el cual solo era llevar a cabo una purga de la cafetera para que volviera a salir agua. Llegue al establecimiento y ni siquiera me dejaron explicar bien cual era la falla, solo dijeron "deme su nombre, deme su nombre", le pegaron una etiqueta y me dijeron la van a checar, espere, vi que solo la pusieron detrás del mostrador, ahí me quedé si perderla de vista, a escasos 5 min sin hacer ningún tipo de prueba le colocaron un papelito, la misma chica tomo la cafetera y me dijo: "el técnico dice que su cafetera no sirve porque su bomba de agua no funciona, hay que cambiarla y el costo es de $680" ¿qué? ¿como? Si ni siquiera la reviso el técnico, no la probaron, el recipiente del agua estaba seco, nunca la encendieron!!! Mi problema solo era cuestión de una purga, que por cierto tampoco tuvieron la amabilidad de ofrecer, en fin, decidí regresar a casa con mi cafetera. Como tip, volví a comunicarme con Dolce, les expliqué lo ocurrido con este lugar y solicité me pudieran enviar el dichoso kit de purga, así lo hicieron, fue gratis el envío, ahora, tengo café de nuevo y mi cafetera funciona como debe y aquí hasta la bomba de agua querían cambiar por $680, vaya que sí es un mal servicio.

    They force you to bring the devices for "inspection." The only thing they did is press the buttons and say that the circuit did not work, call to quote the replacement. They were able to do that with a couple of WhatsApp videos without making me take a 3-hour drive (if they had opened the machine that would be the reason for having to take it). Basically it is a store with a repair service that has been operating for decades and they do not care or are interested in updating because they have a lot of people in part from being the official service of many brands. Unfriendly people neither on the phone nor in person. Just look for a closer option.

    I liked it a lot because it is in a convenient location and they fix almost anything or have a wide assortment of spare parts. It hadn't been cheap to me, but it wasn't that expensive either. The last couple of times, it was extremely expensive and the service was disdainful. The person at the counter even seemed a little offensive to me... as if he raised his shoulders and said, "well, that costs, and if you want..." they charged me half of what my new equipment costs to change the button. turned on and it took them not even 5 minutes to do it... they also wanted to make me turn around the next day... when it could be done instantly... if I don't say anything, they'll have me turning around...

    Very bad service, the repair of my coffee maker did not turn out well. I took it under warranty since November 22 and that is the date they did not deliver the coffee maker supposedly because the replacement part did not arrive. I talk every week to find out about the cafeteria and the same excuse. Terrible service, they do not resolve, they do not get the replacement if it is guaranteed. But what if it is a new service, if they charge you a lot and if there are spare parts. I do not recommend this business at all, it is not formal.

    No es por nada. Los técnicos son muy buenos, sin duda. Pero la atención en mostrador tiene muchísimo que desear. Son prepotentes , groseros, no tienen idea de qué pasa con los productos a reparar. Ahora ojo aquí, estando en la fila (generalmente larga, supongamos que es la carga de trabajo) he escuchado en varias ocasiones que “no encuentran las cosas”. Afortunadamente no me ha pasado pero si son varias veces, significa qué hay un problema con el inventario.

    Deje mi cafetera, se la quedaron 1 semana y me dijeron que las válvulas necesitaban cambiarse y el costo era de $3500, casi la mitad del precio de la cafetera, y cuando pregunte el porque necesitaba cambiar las válvulas dijeron que solas se rompen y no me dieron otra explicación, la cafetera solo estaba tapada por sarro

    NADA RECOMENDABLE Pésima experiencia en una garantía tardó más de un mes por una pieza que ellos rompieron y sólo se limitan a decir que no es su problema que no la vendieron ellos y que yo hable con el fabricante para que se Apure o que los demande por que ellos no harán nada hasta que llegue el cambio el Dueño muy agresivo y grosero no deja de ser un changarrero realmente NADA RECOMENDABLE si quieren tener problemas lleven sus cosas con ellos.

    Hay muchas refacciones y artículos nuevos disponibles, el inconveniente es que siempre es un lugar concurrido y el espacio dentro de la tienda es reducido, el hora no es confiable. Según esto abren a las 10:00 am pero aún a las 10:30 está cerrado. No parecen ser puntuales.
