I went to Coyoacán to Hernán Cortèz's house, when we entered a police officer told us that he offered himself to us and we told him: -Excuse me, is there access? -No - This is Hernán Cortèz's house? -No, these are offices here, that's what it's called, but Hernán Cortèz didn't live here!!! -Oh well thanks... :( Now looking at the reviews on Google maps I feel confused! Not anymore if the police lied to me!

It currently functions as the headquarters of the Coyoacán mayor's office. But it was the house of Hernán Cortés

Historical place where the Great Hernán Cortés is said to have lived for a time and helped create the ancient city of Coyoacán. How a historical site is worth visiting

Beautiful building by Hernan Cortes, it is a shame how poorly maintained it is.

The people working there are friendly. Not sure if an actual house was there. They have converted the grounds to be used for businesses and government work. Cool to walk around maybe there was more that I missed but the yellow is nice.

Cultural heritage 🥰, a little bit of history, the property is somewhat neglected and there are several closed areas, everything around it

A quiet place, they have very beautiful monuments and decorated for the season of the dead with an altar, it is seen that they are renovating it, nearby restaurants with calm prices, and you should visit the craft market that is half a block from Hernan's house Cortez.

(Translated by Google) Currently it is the Civil Registry of Coyoacán, I recommend it for experience by civil marriage because the judge makes a special moment, the procedures are not as bureaucratic as in other places and the people who work there are very attentive and committed to their work. . This house belonged to my grandfather's aunt. She was a very famous clothing designer. In the end I gave it to a father from a church. If you are interested in knowing more, comment and I will tell you how all that happened.
