I really love this place, and specifically it's speed roller rink. It was renewed about 6 months ago and it's perfect for spending hours speed skating or doing slalom in the center area. It's in open air, so you get lot of sun and fresh air. So immediately you have better mood after spending an hour or so. Great place also for running or just walk.

Parque de los Venados is a station on Line 12 of the Mexico City Metro. The station is located between Zapata and Eje Central. It was opened on 30 October 2012 as a part of the first stretch of Line 12 between Mixcoac and Tláhuac. During the line's construction, the remains of people believed to be of the Aztecs were found at the station site. The station is located south of the city center, at the intersection between Eje 7 Sur Municipio Libre and Calle Uxmal. It is built underground. The name originates from a nearby park, commonly known as "Parque de los Venados" (Park of the Deer) on account of the deer statues located there, but which was originally named "Parque Francisco Villa" in honour of the eponymous Mexican revolutionary leader.

Lovely park, great playground. Came to find the amusement park and games have apparently been removed 😥 and there was no water in any of the fountains.

'tis a great place to stroll and relax. Usually on Saturdays you can find a little local fair during the evenings. Bring your bike or park next to the park so you can enjoy with your family. There are plenty of restaurants around the park and people often sell elotes or antojitos inside the park. Soccer and basketball courts are also available and can be used for free. Also, it is a dog-friendly park and usually on Saturdays you can find puppies for adoption on site.

It's a nice park to run, play some street soccer at the cages or just have a good time at the permanent fair with mechanic games, target shooting, marbels and fishing (not real fishes). It's a cool place to enjoy some time alone, with your family and with your date.

A fun park with lots of things for little kids to do. Our niece and nephew rented little gocarts and drove them around the park. We bought fruit cups while they painted. It’s a nice place to bring the kids for an afternoon.

Nice pet-friendly park. Visitors are locals with a higher pet-culture than other parks of the city. Good place for having a snack or a cold drink. There are many options to keep children playing and enjoying the park. Quite safe, there are constant police rounds.

Nice park, so many activities to do! Love it! The playground is totally cleared from trees so kids and people waiting for them don't have any chance to be protected with some shadow, that's the only reason I give it four stars. Also it have barely a few benches in the playground.

Nice park. Apt to walk and run. Some facilities closed due to Covid. Safe and crowded at times (before sundown and weekend mornings).

👍👍 It is a self-guided tour, you begin by going down to see the foundation and they do have displays that show the history as well as some interesting facts. Once you're done with that, you go back up where they take your picture in front of a green screen (you see the pictures at the end of the tour)....
