Check in was fast and smooth. Fer is the greatest host you can meet. You feel treated like an old friend. The room was incredible and you wouldn’t expect it but in a 5* boutique hotel. Lots of light, space, plenty storage, big flat TV. Breakfast was great and fun, and a good opportunity to meet other travellers from all over the world. Visiting Mexico City was super easy with Condesa Haus tips and their recommendations positively surprised us. I am already missing Mexico and specially Condesa Haus.

Our room (Puebla) in Condesa Haus had a real case of Instagram vs reality. While the stained-glass bathroom window looks nice, the reality is a window that's falling apart, and this kind of sums up the whole room. Towels and bed linen were worn and stained, while the bathroom had chipped and missing tiles, a heavily stained bath and dust everywhere. The receptionist was pleasant enough and the breakfast was fine, but we decided to eat elsewhere with there a lot of nicer cafés/bakeries within walking distance. The only real positive is its location and the fact that you're unlikely to be in the room much anyway if visiting Mexico City for a holiday.

I consider myself to be a frequent guest at Condesa Haus. Since my first visit in 2014, I have stayed quite a few times. In 2018 I even stayed for a whole month while taking an intensive Spanish course. The architecture of the house itself is stunning. I've stayed in 3 different rooms on different occasions and found them all well-appointed and all with comfortable beds. For me, breakfast is of great importance and Condesa Haus does not disappoint. Overall it's just a beautiful, comfortable experience--my go-to place for lodging when in Mexico City.

Very cute, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Front door is not super obvious to find if you are on the street looking for the place.

Great place to stay in Condesa Area in quiet street so very peaceful. Extremely well located, close to good restaurants, groceries and bars. The installations are very clean and the service exceptional. Good speed of internet. The healthy breakfast was good enough to give energy for the day. I stay for 1 month and Fernando, the owner, made my time there great thanks for every detail to fill anyn of my needs and expectations. I surely recommend this Hotel if you want to explore and experience the truly and real city of Mexico.

Condesa Haus was the perfect place to host and stay for our friend's recent birthday party. Fernando and his crew are more than helpful and accommodated us in so many ways. The neighborhood is amazing with everything you need within walking distance. Lots of room options and ours had a balcony overlooking the street. The rooftop area is awesome as well. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulously charming villa in a gorgeous leafy neighbourhood. Walking to loads of restaurants and bars. The best is the staff - so friendly and helpful. A very personal experience with only 10 guests. Loved it.

I absolutely loved Condesa Haus! I stayed here for a week and it is by far a top choice to book, located in the heart of La Condesa, CDMX. It has a mix of classic/modern architecture and design which makes it super charming. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is always served on time. Highly recommended Condesa Haus to anyone wanting to visit this vibrant neighborhood!

Condesa Haus was an absolute blast to stay in! I visited for a month and stayed in Suite #2. Fernando is the perfect host and has a great eye for design as the apartment has a great setup! Any time I had a question or request he responded to it almost immediately. I would definitely come back to stay longer!

Absolutely love CondesaHaus! The architecture is beautiful and design is tasteful! Fernando was so accommodating and helpful with everything we need. He speaks perfect English. I stayed in the extended stay apartments that were fully furnished and cleaned weekly. I absolutely love the vibe of the house, everyone is so friendly. The rooftop has so many plants and is perfect for sunny days. Living at Condesa Haus made Mexico City feel like home. Highly recommend Suite 1 - I love the beautiful windows and tall ceilings!

House and room were beautiful on a quiet, green street. Fernando and staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us and made themselves available via Whatsapp for anything we needed, even when we needed to extend our stay. Check in and out were fast and easy. It has the character you might look for from an Airbnb but the convenience and safety of a boutique hotel - best qualities of both.

Highly recommend this hidden gem. Apart from the beautiful feel and rooms, Fernando and Josue were so helpful when there was problems with my flight. They re-ordered PCR tests to come straight to the hotel. Made loads of photocopies required for my work. Good vibes.

Absolutely loved it! Clean, comfortable and cool design. My wife and I went down for a mini-vacation. It was quiet enough for business calls (since we each a few). It was close to the major parks and museums. Condesa is great area and Condesa Haus was on a quiet street, but had access to bars, restaurants just around a corner or two. A wonderful owner/host makes this a special boutique hotel...and this is place is perfect. I'd highly recommend, and would stay again. 💯
