I came here for lunch because I was really craving seafood. It’s a lovely space. I like the fact that I asked for steamed vegetables on the side instead of salad and they were very flexible and also said they could provide fries and other sides. I ordered the “Pulpo a las Brasas” (grilled octopus) with a side of steamed vegetables. Very lean and light. It was a large portion & better than “ok” but not spectacular—especially for the price of $380 pesos (almost $20 USD). A thin can of soda here costs you $50 pesos ($2.50 USD—really??!). They’re really taking the piss on that one! I also ordered a starter which was the salmon tostada…you should know it’s actually raw salmon, so sashimi style. It was excellent!! Super fresh and placed on a nice chipotle aioli base. COVID Safety: one thing that stood out at this place, which I appreciated, is that they have open air seating upstairs and downstairs and had panels separating tables. The first cdmx restaurant I see with this—excellent practice. I gave it 4 stars bc for the price, it didn’t quite hit the mark. I ended up paying $600 pesos for lunch ($30 USD). That’s steep in any country... I NEVER spend that kind of money for lunch in LA or Austin. Sooooo. I wouldn’t go there but once and a while. It’s good, but not $30 USD for lunch good. Seems like more of a special occasion place. Also they have a full bar and DJ booth so I think pre-COVID it was a place to get turnt on a Friday or Saturday night.

The pulpo tasted delicious and it was the whole octopus, so that was great. But... The waiter was pushy for us to order the most expensive dish on the menu and more and more drinks. The cocktails taste alright, look good, but are overpriced. What really made us want to eat fast and leave was the extremely loud music pumping in a speaker next to our table like if it was a nightclub. We were not able to hear each other speak. Also quite expensive, but I guess this is what to be expected in the neighbourhood.

food is delicious, but service is terrible. waiting 30+ minutes for a breakfast, they messed up the order several times and two people of our group only received their food once the others already finished. they also brought the wrong food/something we did not order to the table several times. and at the end they tried to charge it all. incredibly slow and confused staff.

Really some of the best oysters I ever had. They were served ice cold with lemons and the size and quality is hard to match. The tacos / flautas were also amazing. This place is worth eating at, I had a great time and the food is pretty to tier

Was very pleased with the food and service. The oysters were outstanding, they were fresh and tasty. The grill octopus was done perfectly. The tamarind fish was not over seasoned. The litre beer was not on the menu, so ask, a better deal then getting bottles.

The restaurant has a nice, relaxed vibe with good background music ranging from jazzy to a little more upbeat-- but not overpowering. The staff is friendly. My fettuccine de mariscos had a good flavor but was lukewarm and the crab claws in it were more work than I wanted. I'm sure another dish would've been more to my liking. The shrimp quesadilla that I began with was tasty.

I ordered 3 Tosdatas (perfect portion) - ceviche, pulpo, salmon They offered me “caldo de cameron” which is served as a warm shot and its amazing and pairs well with a fresh squeeze of lime.

I have had a hard time looking for good food in Mexico. But then I came across this restaurant and absolutely loved the shrimp and fish taco. They have sauces, salsa and guacamole in the taco enhancing the flavour. I was a returning customer as it’s the best safe option if you like seafood!

Service is terrible but the food is amazing. I had to get up to ask the hostess for utensils and a straw. Our server would agree to bring something or offer to bring hot sauce but he would just walk away and gossip with coworkers, which I could clearly see, and we still didn't get what he offered, or the utensils came 5 minutes after our food came. The most redeeming quality of this place was the food. We ordered drinks too, and we enjoyed the mezcal drink very much. For food, we ordered aguachile verde, 6 pc oysters and atun tostada.

We went on a rainy Monday night, so the restaurant was empty and the service was quick. The restaurant/terraza is very nice, it felt fancy. We ordered the shell fountain which was tasty, but the oysters weren't shucked well and were torn and still stuck in the shell. The clams were also chopped into pieces (I assume intentionally, but why?) We also ordered the taco snack plate (4 shrimp and 4 marlin tacos) but these were very simple and bland and we didn't finish the plate. The Jamaica octopus aguachile was definitely the best plate we ordered, it was spicy, sweet, and tangy. Our waitress pressured us into ordering camarones al mojo, which was a plate with garlic shrimp, rice, and vegetables. The shrimp were very overcooked but tasted good. We didn't eat the rice or vegetables because they were also very bland. I definitely wouldn't recommend going on a Monday because it seems like the preparation of the dishes was poor. I hope their busier days have more skilled kitchen staff. Overall for $2000 pesos for 3 people, I don't feel like it was good value, and unfortunately we won't return.

Be careful with spicy! Waiter didn’t warn us and main course was basically inedible. Good vibe in the place, outside sitting, and large menu. Food (at least those that we could eat) was average, for the price.

Quick service. Great seafood. Try the grilled tuna! The hostess is friendly and welcoming and the servers on top of it! Great stop before catching a foreign film at Cinemex Casa De Arte.

Popped in here to avoid a heavy downpour and shared some fantastic appies. The empanadas were excellent and the grilled octopus, which our server recommended, had to be one of the best octopus dishes we've ever had. Service was attentive as well as unobtrusive. We will have to return another night when we haven't already had dinner.
