Pretty disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. First, I specifically booked this hotel because the main Hilton website and app mention "free shuttle to Toluca International Airport (TLC)." This is apparently false as I called the front desk who had no idea what I was talking about and offered me a taxi. Second, they wouldn't let me charge dinner to my room like every other hotel I've stayed at so I had to go to my room to get my credit card. The restaurant manager had the waiter follow me to my room like I was going to skip out on the bill (as if they didn't know where I was staying). Finally, I noticed that the room rate they charged me was $20-$30 USD more than what I booked. I asked and they said it was due to the exchange rate. Turns out the exchange rate they are using is fairly higher than normal, explaining the difference. I think it's pretty dishonest to quote room rates in USD and then only charge in pesos at a high exchange rate. I will not be staying here again.

I spent 15 days in this hotel. It is a very good hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant has a lot of options and great food. The only problem, which is not trivial, is that the restaurant staff is always trying to overcharge. If you do not pay attention to the bill, you might get overcharged. It happened a lot with me. For example, you can order an item in the menu that costs 160 mxn, and the bill shows this item with a cost of 220 mxn. It's absurd. Their system should not allow an item to be charged more than its cost on the menu. This is not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. PS: I emailed Hilton a week ago, and I got no reply. 😞

The location of the hotel is in an unsafe area and the neighborhood looks bad. The service of the restaurant and bar staff is very friendly, however the valet parking staff is quite rude in serving you. Improve your TV channels and verify that they are functional.

Great place to stay in Toluca city. Nice spacious rooms, nice people helping you everywhere. Great experience

The Room was spacious but has no refrigerator. That wasn’t good for my long term stay. And having to park across the street every night and walk across the bridge to get back to my room was a bit inconvenient. And the breakfast was horrible! There’s no way that food was freshly cooked, it tasted like it came out of a can. The whole breakfast menu needs to be revamped. Customer service was overall decent, the staff was friendly. The hotel has potential, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Two twin beds. Warm blankets. Extra blankets in closet. Complimentary Walnut and Chocolate Chip (OH NUTS!) Cookies. (Cookies taste amazing) Blackout curtains. Great view of volcanoes. Unfortunately this beautiful building is plagued by nonexistent staff and awful restaurant food quality. Don’t waste your time at this location. Just keep driving… 07-14-2022. Good luck.

Hotel is clean, heating was not working and once on breakfast there were more then 10 people it got little bit messy with organization. Otherwise hotel is good, location could be in "safer" area but there is nothing to do about it :-)

The restaurant service is horrible. They wanted to charge us 2 time the breakfast even if we paid it with the reservation. They would say that there is a price to eat from 6 to 10 and another one for 10 to 12. Then they would say that you picked up something that was not included in the breakfast and for this reason you have to pay 15 USD more the 15 USD you already paid to breakfast. The quality of the food is mediocre. The rooms and the hotel services are ok.

Stayed here while on business and was not disappointed. Service and food was good although somewhat limited due to Covid effecting travel. Beautiful Christmas decorations at this well-maintained facility.

The interior spaces are very inviting. Great open feel, vintage architecture, with modern appointments. Rooms are modern, clean, efficient. The mix of materials throughout the property is very appealing. The menu selection at the restaurant is diverse, and the meal was very good in terms of presentation and palette. Being a coffee fiend I was very happy to see that they serve Starbucks.

You will not believe it, but a Hilton Doubletree does not have even one bottle of red wine and the only available white wine is sweet. And obviously the main income are parties, the noise on level 4 was incredible. At least after insisting heavily it was possible to change the room. I cannot recommend this hotel

Place us perfect for business and vacation purposes. Rooms are clean and comfy, AC is also available. Service at the counter is always kind and informative. The location is perfect for me in terms of business needs and you are about 20 mins from downtown. Overall this place gets a 5 ⭐ evaluation. What can be improved: The menu (in my consideration is a little bit limited), still good options. One topic that the hotel can't control are some of its guests, some of them make too much noise or have children that basically ignore all the hotel rules.

Good hotel for a good price.

I stay at Hilton properties only when I travel. This property is one I would neither recommend or stay at again.

Almost everything was great. Except on their ad, it said we pick up from the airport but went I call them. The receptionist told me the van was full and couldn't pick us up from the airport. I call them 5 days before our arrival. Also, the Receptionist gives us the wrong our about the buffet.

Hotel is old but nice, service on the restaurant seems a bit slow, and bar was deserted. They can get better. Location is good for work but not for leisure walks on the area

Best hotel ever I love the service !

Located near the GM Toluca factory, this unassuming hotel has a beautiful interior. Not too small and not too large, the size is just right for staff to know their regular guests. During December 2020, the pool was closed but the gym was not.

I have contacted Hilton and Doubltree Hilton Management, but no anser received have the changed anything? I I hope so because no answer received if the had changed something Service make the difference, take care if you want do back in healthy condition fo not choose this Hotel, because this Hotel was or current? working against Basic Covid 19 regulations.

It was decent stayed, the hotel itself is very spacious lots of room, but during my stayed not one person around. Ac in the rooms ran hot, I had 3 rooms during my stayed with the fam and they all ran hot, not until we said something they miraculously got better. The Starbucks on premises is not a real Starbucks. They said they are not affiliated with Starbucks no more but the sign is there. Overall service was fine. If you're in the area and need a place to stay for a day or two not bad other than that eh.
