Pretty
disappointing
for
a
Hilton
branded
hotel.
First,
I
specifically
booked
this
hotel
because
the
main
Hilton
website
and
app
mention
"free
shuttle
to
Toluca
International
Airport
(TLC)."
This
is
apparently
false
as
I
called
the
front
desk
who
had
no
idea
what
I
was
talking
about
and
offered
me
a
taxi.
Second,
they
wouldn't
let
me
charge
dinner
to
my
room
like
every
other
hotel
I've
stayed
at
so
I
had
to
go
to
my
room
to
get
my
credit
card.
The
restaurant
manager
had
the
waiter
follow
me
to
my
room
like
I
was
going
to
skip
out
on
the
bill
(as
if
they
didn't
know
where
I
was
staying).
Finally,
I
noticed
that
the
room
rate
they
charged
me
was
$20-$30
USD
more
than
what
I
booked.
I
asked
and
they
said
it
was
due
to
the
exchange
rate.
Turns
out
the
exchange
rate
they
are
using
is
fairly
higher
than
normal,
explaining
the
difference.
I
think
it's
pretty
dishonest
to
quote
room
rates
in
USD
and
then
only
charge
in
pesos
at
a
high
exchange
rate.
I
will
not
be
staying
here
again.
