Beautiful hotel. Great alternative to the chain hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel with great style, though it seems a bit out of date. Seems to be under renovation, I just hope they keep their classy Mexican style, because this place has a lot of potential.

Talk about a clean place to stay! This place is so quiet, with lovley balconies, beautiful garden with fountains and benches to sit and take it all in! 2 playgrounds for kids! Comfortable beds great pillows and soft comforters! Will need to come back to eat at restaurant. Swimming pool area so huge with warm water.

We arrived late that night, and Brandon in the front office was exceptionally helpful, kind and polite. He opened the gate. My mom uses a wheelchair and he gave us a hand pushing her chair up to our room.The room was spotless. Toiletteries were great quality. We had breakfast and it was awesome. They have 3 stars on Google maps, but they are 5 stars indeed. A place that exceeded my expectations by far.

Tried to contact the hotel via email (I used the email adress on the bill) to get a correction on the bill, but never got an answer. Even after a reminder. This is not acceptable. Also waited about an hour for the breakfast in the morning, so we came late for our meeting. Never ever again! ----- Wow! Immediate response on a one star rating, but no answer on emails. Could you provide an email adress that will be read and answered other than the one on bill?

This hotel is a hidden gem. Was absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable and detailed oriented. Gorgeous grounds and architecture. I was beyond impressed. I was with my family on a stop over so wanted to stay near the airport and i would suggest this place to everyone. Would have liked to stay longer even though we were only there for a quick turnover.

About the service: the service was amazing but the menu of the buffet was very simple, maybe you can add some pasta or maybe more options

I have stayed here many times over the last 30 years. It is my favorite hotel in Toluca. The staff is wonderful. The food is prepared with much care. I will continue to stay here every time I am in Toluca for business or pleasure.

A hidden gem!!! The street view may look like much but behind the doors is a cute gift shop, indoor pool, beauty salon, spa, gym, restaurant, lush green landscaping with fountains and it even has a cute chapel.

I had a room on the first floor towards the back. The architecture is astounding. The level of detail in this establishment has no limits. Great amenities, great service, rooms are very comfortable. Will stay again.

Good stay but bad internet

Excellent food and service. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Exceeded our expectations
