One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Good service, only the food service leaves a lot to be desired

I expected less and it surprised me

If you are traveling to the borders between Mexico City and Toluca, you undoubtedly need a comfortable, accessible hotel with good amenities. Also located very close to the bus terminals and outlet plazas, it doesn't have many staff but they certainly make an effort to offer you the best.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, if not the worst. The bathing water comes out super warm and lasts 5 minutes. In the mornings it takes up to 15 minutes for the more or less hot water to come out for bathing. It does not have heating so most rooms are super cold. Internet's gone. The staff is friendly but what's the point if the services are bad.

At first we had an unfortunate incident due to an alarm in a motel on one side that left us having the worst night, but the next day they resolved it fantastically to the point of turning off the alarm, recommended for a stay of 4 days maximum

I had a reservation and they didn't respect it. When we arrived they gave us the rooms they had (308, 223) and they were in very bad condition: 1. There was no hot water (the receptionist said it took a long time and that we should leave the tap for 20 minutes... how wasting water for that amount of time was a good idea) 2. Walls swollen with moisture. 3. One room did not have a telephone. 4. They told us they had heating and there was none. We asked for blankets and they no longer had them. 5. The rug in the rooms in poor condition. Obviously none of this was mentioned to us before paying nor were we told that they were in terrible condition. How unfortunate that a good hotel chain leaves such a bad experience in this place. It lacks maintenance.

I was still charged a cancellation fee, less than 10min after the booking. A very unpleasant experience

The rooms are very nice and the punctuality of the check in and the check out is something I like. The public toilet down stairs is really clean and the personal working there is very nice. The beds are comfortable so you can spend a very good night there. The price is OK.

Clean, quiet, affordable and near Issemym (a hospital here in Toluca). I'm quite happy with it, not a single problem, has breakfast included.

Horrible antiquated hotel. The front staff is petty and has horrible customer service. During winter the rooms are freezing and the little heater they give you barely works. I love Best Western but this place does not feel like the usual ambiance or service. Never ever again.
