If you want to ruin your vacation or business trip at Toluca, please visit this hotel. Bad customer service at the reception, bad customer service at the restaurant when asking for ice and salt, they treat you like a thief. Just one access card which is basically difficult to work with if you forget it at your room. The food is not good if its not ordered directly to your room. Morning and afternoon buffets sometimes have food that has been sitting there for a while, you can know it because it gets dry. Security issues, as there was a man hitting a woman, screaming all around the corridor. The guy was knocking all doors from other guests looking for her. Well oh well.... and basically, when complaining to the reception lady she didnt care at all. She said the only time I can complain is when I fill the online survey when leaving the hotel. Or at 8 am when the "manager" is here.......

Excellent experience. The hotel is centrally located in Toluca so you're never far from restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and the room was very nice for the price. I really enjoyed the small gardens that my room's window faced.

Cozy rooms, although the facilities seem a bit old and somewhat shabby, as if there hasn't been maintenance for a while. What actually builds this place is its people, they are caring, easygoing and kind. This is a place I'd definitely come back to, but still has its flaws.

Still under construction/renovation. Check back in 6 months- should be better. Good buffet as always. Reasonably quiet rooms even though they are on the main hiway if you get a room that faces the courtyard. Traffic in this area is tough morning and evening. Have had good luck with their WIFI.

In the website it looks nice but not in reality! But ppl are nice, trying and doing their best.

Ive been coming here for 27 years. Great people. Comfortable room in executive area. All you need for an extended trip. Will be back.

Located on Vialidad Tollocan is near the center of toluca. Good rooms. Includes swimming pool and a small games rooms. Quiet enough despite being so close to Tollocan. Food is good but tends to be repetitive. Nothing will surprise you. Good service from the staff and clean rooms.

The event I did attend was Expo Anime Tour. I loved it. The organization was fine, the place was secure, clean and big enough for al the people who attended the Expo.

This hotel is very comfortable, have a lot of livings room for all kind of event and is perfect be cause is in de Downtown city and on important highway

Came here for a medical convention, went to the restaurant. Only 3 waiters for the whole event, took forever to get some food.

The service was great abd the location was perfect.

Hotel am Rande des Industriegebiet. Alt und schon abgewohnt, je nach Veranstaltung teilweise sehr laut. Zimmer mit Fenster auf den Flur, schlechte Schalldämpfung, wenig natürliches Licht im Zimmer. Gymnastikraum benötigt ebenfalls eine Erneuerung, Pool teilweise dreckig und teilweise sehr warm, wenn nicht gerade frisches Wasser drin ist. Allerdings nett gestaltete Innenhöfe, freundliches, fleißiger Reinigungs- und Restaurantpersonal.
