Easy parking. Comfortable rooms. Good WiFi. Poor breakfast (HIE Oaxaca has the Best!) kind staff!

There will definitely not be a next stay. The hotel as a whole is not up to date. Old, partly dirty carpets in the corridors and rooms, dirty wallpaper, the TV in my room didn't work. The security is catastrophic: my colleague was robbed right outside the front door. The breakfast is unacceptable. The entrance hall is unheated and furnished with old armchairs. There is no bar. The whole ambience is uncomfortable and out of date.

Hotel and rooms are clean and well kept. Wish my room had a fridge and microwave. Nice shopping mall is about a 5-10 minute walk by crossing the walking bridge.

Very good and clean accommodation, for a reasonable price. Just that breakfast is not that good.

Great hotel. Room was clean. Bed was beyond comfortable. The breakfast was very good. They offered what I expected from the chain. The location was also great.
